Le camere non sono nuove ma pulite, bagni piccoli ma puliti. servizio in camera veloce.la navetta per l'areoporto è puntuale in partenza dall'hotel, a volte occorre attendere dieci minuti in partenza dall'aeroporto.come tutti gli hotel nei pressi dell'aeroporto è rumoroso ma non da su una grande arteria. È inserito in un quartiere residenziale.

Tutto bene ma la cucina del albergo deve considerare i gusti culinari dei turisti, quindi varietà della cucina europea e' indispensabile .Ho notato in frigo bar acqua s.pellegrino frizzante che era acqua normalissimo di rubbinetto .sarà un caso ?

the staff at the reception is polite also the room are sufficient comfortable but for an Hotel enough new we can expect that some details have to be taken more care as for example the bath door and the furniture in the bath still are not appropriate as for the lobby, in any case the room is comfortable and all is taken clean. The breakfast in the morning is enough various also with occidental and Indian food.

Very good rooms, fantastic food and very friendly staff. I have stayed at this hotel many times and enjoy my stay without fail. The only negative is their rigid/ inflexible online booking rules. In the latest incident, by mistake I booked a room for two adults(the default setting) and all that I wanted was to correct it to single adult. "Best experience for first time visitors to Mumbai"
The whole experience was amazing. The hotel is located in an excellent position to enable easy access to South and North Mumbai. The hotel staff was extremely helpful; however I did find the reception could have been slightly more organized. My husband had emailed the hotel to request flowers and chocolates on arrival for me, which I did not find. So […] after a few queries and emails I received these 2 days later with the wrong message printed on the cake. Other than that the staff as a whole was very helpful and pleasant. The Chinese restaurant was great, possibly the best Chinese food I have tasted ever!!! That is saying something after coming from Hong Kong! So well done to the Chef. All in All the hotel was well presented, clean and well priced. I would definately go back to this hotel again and recmonned to any firends thinking of staying in Mumbai. "Exceptional standards"
Stunning hotel room. Not the most impressive views unfortunately because of the location. Stayed in the Towers so had access to Point of View lounge, which is as impressive in the day as it is at night. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Quite a lengthy checkin procedure but that's thanks to Govt regulations. Brilliant hotel. Very comfortable, clean and wonderful food options. The hotel has beautiful features and amenities but the level of service is definitely not the one of a 5*. They did not refill the shampoos/shower gels in the bathroom when cleaning the room and we had to call them twice to deliver them. ITC Grand Central is located in the heart of Mumbai, easily connected to most parts of mumbai. I stayed for 5 nights, I stayed on the 17th and the view was unreal.
