Hotel nuovissimo, posizione ottima. Ristorante non ancora funzionante, per cui la colazione, se richiesta, viene servita in camera. Camera di tipo alternativo, con bagno inserito dentro la camera, con pareti di vetro, trasparenti. Si può tirare una tenda chiara, ma con luce accesa dentro il bagno, la privacy scompare del tutto. Gli amici nostri avevano però una camera tradizionale, con bagno a pareti in cartongesso. Giudizio finale: BUONO

Ottima la posizione (nel quartiere ebraico dove si possono visitare le sinagoghe), a 2 passi dal castello ed a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza del mercato che è il cuore di Cracovia. Confortevole la camera. Un po' sbadata la signora delle pulizie nel cambiare gli asciugamani senza mettere quelli puliti, ma il personale ha subito rimediato con molta gentilezza. Buona la colazione all'italiana. Molto abbondante la colazione salata. Giudizio complessivamente più che positivo. Da consigliare.

Siamo rimasti positivamente sorpresi dalla camera verde pastello,molto pulita,romantica e carina (n.27). Hotel a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e dalla stazione dei treni dove si arriva con il treno dall'aeroporto, in un quartiere molto tranquillo,dove si può assaporare anche la vita quotidiana della gente normale e nn solo zona per turisti. La colazione: da provare!

Struttura molto buona, il servizio del beauty center è soddisfacente, unico problema riscontrato in questa struttura la piscina troppo fredda, decisamente non accogliente, comunque ottimo Hotel consigliato per questo primo aspetto. Posizione non ottimale per visitare la città specialmente se fuori fa -15°, probabilmente molto meno importante il fatto che sia più lontano nel periodo più caldo.
Posizione
RT Galicya si trova a Cracovia, a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: Bonarka City Centre, Castello del Wawel e Museo ebraico della Galizia. Nella stessa area sono inoltre presenti: Vecchia sinagoga e Fabbrica di Oskar Schindler.

"Great staff, not too keen on the location"
We were happy enough with the price of this hotel but thought the location was just a bit too far out of krakow centre. We did not find any nice places to see or eat at around our accommodation. The other issue I had with this hotel was I emailed twice to ask how to get to theri acccomoation by public tranport and i did not receive a reply at all. To […] find out howto get to this hotel I had to go on the tripadvisor forum and ask someone ther eif they knew how to reach the hotel. Someone on the forum answered me right away but I thought this was bad PR not to answer my email and I emailed first and then waited 2 days and afternot hearing from them I emailed again and still nothing. This to me is so bad not to get back to guests. If the person had not answered me from tripadvisor I would have no iedea how to reach the hotel. Continua a leggere
"RT GALICYA - KRAKOW"
Four nights here last week. Absolutely no complaints at all. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Spotless room and toilet/shower room. Excellent buffet breakfast spread. Had dinner in the restaurant on one evening and would highly recommend. This hotel is only 10 mins. from city centre by frequent tram service and was […] ideal: public transport in and around the city is frequent and cheap and a great way to see beyond the city centre, hop on and off and explore. Would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and would recommend to family and friends if visiting Krakow. "Noisy at times but staff helpful"
we read reviews of how noisy the place can be, so we were expecting it. The sound insulation is non existant, resulting in noises seeping into our room. One night was particularly bad when a group of guests returned at 3am, drunk. The staff were accomodating and we changed rooms the next day since the noisy guests were still there. "RT Galicya on the unpronunceable street"
This is the first time I've ever gotten a hotel room which looks like the photos in the advertisement! You be the judge whether that's a good or bad thing. The beds were quite hard and creaked a lot, so this is not the place to spend your honeymoon. Only one English speaking TV channel, and the shower cabinet leaked somewhat after each shower. I usually […] sleep in and avoid hotel breakfasts, so I don't know what people tend to expect of these, but Galicya's was quite ok. The sausages and some of the cheeses (or whatever they were) looked pretty creepy, but I got cold cuts and scrambled eggs and was happy with that. The hotel is situated just a few kilometres outside Krakow's city centre; we actually walked the whole way in by accident on the first day looking for something to eat, so it's definitely doable. The tram is very cheap and stops pretty much right next to the hotel if you don't feel like walking. (But beware; ticket controls are frequent and the ticket vending machines on board only take coins, so make sure you've got some on hand if you're taking the tram) Speaking of coins: on checking out you have to pay a "local tax" which is usually not much, but the catch is that they'll only take cash for that. We'd already left all our coins for the room-maid, so we had to run to the nearest ATM (on the other side of the road w/the tram stop). Other than that, we had a great experience. Continua a leggere
"Fint hotel"
Fint hotel, ok morgenmad, manglede dog aircondition i den polske hede, som gav en dårlig søvn, 30min gåtur til centrum, flinke og imødekommende personale...

Helt grei beliggenhet..Trikken går 2 min unna.. Fine rom, rent og pent. God frokost. Og suveren service!

Proximité du centre-ville avec accès très rapide par tram.
Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet. Wifi kostenlos. Mit Eisenbahn oder Auto in ein paar Minuten in die Stadtmitte. Alles im allen ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis.

"rigtigt fint til prisen"
et super mellemklasse hotel til en billig pris. Dejlige store værelser. Man skal man være opmærksom på at der er nogen ventetid på sporvogn til city, men taxa er billig i polen. morgenmaden var ikke noget specielt.
"Varning för sängen"
Det var ett fräscht hotell, entré och restaurangen var det som gjorde bästa intrycket. Badrummet var som nytt, det som inte var lika bra var att det var heltäckningsmatta i rummet och sängen var det mest obekväma jag sovit i. Det fanns ingen bäddmadrass så man sov direkt på resårbotten. Frukosten var kanske bra med polska mått, det var många olika pålägg, […] men brödet kändes som om det var gårdagens. "Mycket prisvärt"
Ett klart prisvärt hotell. Spårvagnen stannar 100 meter från entrén och det tar 8-9 minuter till centrala Krakow. Rent och snyggt rum, bra städning och trevlig engelskspråkig personal. Frukosten höll bra klass.
"valuta för pengarna"
Det bästa med detta hotell är förbindelserna till centrum. De är utmärkta och det är väldigt billigt att åka spårvagn, 2.5 zloty. Frukosten är OK men inte mer. Det var tråkigt att bar och restaurang stängde så tidigt på kvällen,22.00. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och pratade bra engelska.

Hotellet er å anbefale. Trikkene går mindre enn 300 meter unna, både til gamlebyen og til Shoppingsentret. Samt bussen til saltgruvene går ca 5 meter unna
"Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ok"
Hotel ist gepflegt, Personal Freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sind modern und freundlich eingerichtet, für den Preis ein gutes Hotel. Habe für Polen weniger erwartet.
