We were very pleased to find a refrigerator and microwave in our room. We were also impressed with the eco-friendly products and recycled paper products, thereby saving thousands of trees. This hotel is very environmentally friendly. Keep up the good work.

We were evacuated from the beach because hurricane Irene was coming. The hotel was very efficient & professional. They assisted me on finding a route out. Nice, because we came all the way from wa state. Told us they were refunding our entire stay. Location is phenomenal, parking is free. I was at the Inn for a couple of night with my girlfriend for a getaway and it was just what we needed. It was close to the beach, all the shops and restaurants, and it was clean. We got a really good rate from Hotels.com. Overall I would stay there again. It was much less expensive then some of the other hotels in the area. The only suggestion I would […] make would be to supply the rooms with hair dryers and irons. We called the front desk and they gave us one at the beginning of our stay for the length of our stay! the hotel was very easy to get to when arriving. The room its self was a very typical hotel room with two double beds and bathroom. It was clean and close to the beach. You just had to walk out of the hotel parking area and you were amist all the shopping and restaruants. Great place to say for a beach adventure.

Not the fanciest place in the world but the staff is pleasant and the location is perfect. Not right on the beach but about a block away. Several great places for beer and drinks all within walking distance.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for a quick beach getaway for one night. The pictures online made it hard to tell how nice (or not nice) the rooms were and it was much more reasonably priced than other hotels in the area. For these reasons, we were a little unsure of how our stay would turn out but were very pleased! First, we arrived very […] early on the day of check in (around 11am). The women at the front desk were kind and accomodating, and had no issue letting us park in the lot before our room was ready. They also upgraded our room to a King bed instead of two doubles without any hesitation and did not charge us any additional price. Finally, they offered to call when the room was ready (and did so, about 2 hours before normal check in!). Customer service alone made the stay memorable. The room was also clean and accomodating. The bed did not have one of those dingy, questionable looking comfortors like most hotels, but was dressed in crisp white and yellow linens which gave it a welcoming anc clean appearence. Everything else about the room was standard and what you'd expect from a lesser priced hotel. Location was perfect...right on the main strip in Rehoboth and only a SHORT walk to the beach and boardwalk. Only downside of our stay was the pool. It was pretty small, and most of the chairs were on a separate sundeck and did not surround the pool. Also when we went to use it, it was occupied entirely by kids so we opted to spend our time elsewhere. Not neccessarily the hotel's fault but had the pool been larger it would not have been a problem. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again and reccommend it to others! Fantastic location, very short walk to all of all the resturants, shops, boardwalk and the BEACH. Parked the car in the hotel parking lot and did not move it for 3 days!! This motel at the beach (1 and 1/2 blocks away) has very basic amenities (bring your own hair dryer). But the location is great and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Ridiculously overpriced, they false advertised a free continental breakfast and provided no such thing and the front desk was very dismissive and rude. Also showers were either extremely hot or extremely cold.

It was about a quarter mile from the beach, and in the heart of the downtown Rehoboth area. The room was standard, staff was friendly. I did not go to the pool, but it looked neat. No frills but great location and cheaper prince than many.

The hotel/motel is conveniently located in Rehoboth; in the center of all the action on Rehoboth Ave. Walk out onto Wilmington Ave. to get to the beach w/out having to walk through a crowd of people & explore all the quaint restaurants & shops on that street. Very well kept and clean hotel room. The beach is only a short, 2 block walk away from the hotel and there are so many shops and bars/restaurants in between that you hardly have to do any traveling to find what you want.

A bit pricey for a weekend stay, but that's what you get a couple blocks from a nice beach. The pool is on the third floor and well maintained, but no bathrooms nearby. Try to get a room on the third floor if you can. The hotel staff is courteous and friendly. Parking tags are given to guests, and if you have more than one car per room on busy nights […] you will be asked to park one car at their sister hotel out off route 1. That's not a huge sacrifice considering some hotels in the area don't have sufficient parking at all. The bathroom in the room we had was recently remodeled, somewhat poorly. "close to boardwalk"
This hotel was conveniently located only a couple blocks from the boardwalk. The rooms were clean and the area surrounding the hotel wasn't noisy. There are restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. I would stay there again.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice affordable hotel that was within walking distance to the beach. After a ton of research we decided this was the perfect place. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. After using the bathroom I noticed that our toilet wasn't working properly. I called down to the front desk and they said they would be up with a […] plunger. A couple of minutes later they brought it up and handed it to me and left. I thought this was a little strange and that they should be the ones to take care of this and not a guest. Anyway I was not able to fix the toilet so I called back and they said they would call the maintenance guy. He showed up like 30 minutes later and was able to snake the toilet. The other issue with the hotel was the walls were really thin and you are able to hear everything that went on outside. The outside is set up more like a motel in that you enter your room through the outside. Kids were constantly running back and forth outside. In a perfect world I would have preferred private balconies instead of more of a public balcony. A couple of minor things were a clogged up sink and the room gets very very cold with the AC on. The location of this hotel was perfect. A block and a half away from the beach and it is located on the same block as a ton of cute shops. The staff there was very nice and greeted you almost every time you walked in the door. The rooms were very clean and the price was just right. The location is fantastic. It's a no-frills place, so you won't want to spend a lot of time in the room, but with that location, that's totally fine. There is a rooftop pool but the pool is tiny and the deck was dominated by spring-break-types so we didn't spend any time there. My only complaints were that the shower water alternated between freezing and scalding, and the sheets weren't very comfortable - but these are minor things. We were very happy with our stay. "Nice "downtown" Rehoboth Hotel"
The Atlantis Inn is a nice choice for the family who wants to be within walking distance to the Rehoboth beach and all that the main Rehoboth drag has to offer. This hotel is close to the beach/board walk area. It was very clean too! I had booked a room with 2 double beds and asked for a king, which they accommodated! I would highly recommend this for price and location. The pool is quite small, but understandable as the hotel is in a very congested area.

Did not move car from time of check in. Everything within walking distance; beach, boardwalk, shops, etc. Skip the outlets. Bike shop within 1/2 half block of hotel. Good rentals and many trails to follow. The hotel is a good two star hotel. Our room was clean, AC worked well, small fridge and microwave in room, nice little swimming pool. "Convenient Location"
You can't beat the location. Right on Rehobeth Ave. with shops and restaurants to the right and left, 1 and a half blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The beds are sort of snall (doubles)but with all the surrounding entertainment, you really don't spend much time in the room anyway.
