Comodissimo ! Sceso dal treno, in 5 minuti ero già alla reception dell'albergo. La mattina dopo, in 5 munuti, ero già a fare il check in all'eroporto. Spazioso, stanze comode e moderne. Due ristoranti per tutti i gusti. Per finire ... mi aspettavo un prezzo più elevato.

Meno male che il Radisson Steanstead esiste! Considerata la scomodita' dei voli per l'Italia, bisogna fare una levataccia alle 4 del mattino partendo da Londra contro le 6 dall'hotel. Ottimo hotel, nulla da eccepire.

Bell'hotel con camere comode, ma soprattutto si trova a tre due minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto cui è collegato con un tunnel.

L'hotel è nuovo e ben tenuto, la camera spaziosa, accogliente e pulita. Proprio a pochi passi ci sono i terminal dell'aereoporto Stansted, ottimo per chi come noi deve prendere un aereo alla mattina molto presto. I ristoranti dentro l'hotel hanno prezzi un alti. Tutto sommato buono il rapporto qualità prezzo della camera.

Nice hotel, Nice staff, Great location for early flights. Just one issue, is about the bathroom door malfunctioning. The bathroom door "automatically" lock if you shut it, but if you are outside of the bathroom you need burglar's skills to open it. Moreover the Air conditioning is vey very noisy.

Ottimo hotel,all'interno dell'aeroporto,perfetto per chi arriva con l'aerea in tarda serata,merita pernottare e poi prendere il treno per Londra la mattina seguente.Ottima struttura,pulito e camera arredata con gusto,letto matrimoniale enorme.....Consigliato...

Good hotel in very good place, if you have a flight from Stanstedt airport early in the morning.

My partner and I had a fantastic long weekend in Dubrovnik in April. Although we were hesitant to stay at a hotel that was outside of the main town, it is a mere 20 minute drive away and approximately 40 minutes from the airport. Taxi's were approximately 350 Kunas (with tip) each way. The hotel has 3 pools (1 indoor with the spa) and several restaurants […] on site. The service is fantastic and the rooms have a coastal colour scheme and the whole resort has a design focus and a great amount of space to lounge in the sun. Our room (deluxe double) had a private balcony with sea view and two sun loungers! The bathroom was stunning with a large glass window to the bedroom with views of the sea. If anyone is looking for a great wedding venue or conference venue, I'd certainly recommend this stunning hotel. Continua a leggere

Stayed here for the convenience of my partners early flight the next day. Room was very nice. I like the fact you can get your ice at the end of the corridor (we made our own cocktails). We had dinner in the NYBG which was fantastic, the waiter was very helpful. Didn't try breakfast, but it is very well located for dropping off and picking up hire cars […] and getting on a plane.Will stay at Radisson again if this is anything to go by. Continua a leggere

Walking distance of hotel, very handy for early morning flights out of Stansted, like me. Hotel is big, airy, impressive. My room was large, very high standard of cleanliness and fixture and fitting. Great location for an early Stansted flight.

Ideal for staying overnight before a Rynair flight early the next morning. Rooms had all you need and were clean and functional. Facilities looked ok. Eat in bar area, food was ok. Recommended for staying only if you need the airport as only a 2 minute walk to check in and no need to get hotel bus/taxi.

Our stay didn't start well - the room we were given stank of smoke, despite being a non-smoking room, so we had to change rooms - to a different floor. The new room was very good, the only negative was they fold the pillows in a strange way (in on themselves) - we only realised what they'd done too late, the following morning. The T.V. sound system […] was interesting : you can hear the T.V. better in the bathroom (there's a speaker in there) than if you're standing next to the T.V. !! Checkout was quick and painless. I stayed at the hotell april 11th 2012. The staff was very welcoming. I stayed in a businessroom with three small children. There is a big gym, a swimming pool and a childrens pool. The breakfeast was super and the staff was helpfull with the children. I had lots of luggage to carry on my own and was approached several times by staff if they could help […] me. Nice hotel, with perfectly comfortable rooms and decent restaurants, but its location right next to the airport terminal is what makes it worth the money. You'll save a little bit with some others, but for early morning flights staying here is worth it. (Food in the Italian restaurant was ok, but nothing special - I'd try the grill.)

I stayed here for one night as I had to fly into London for a job interview and back to Ireland the next day. The hotel is located right on the airport beside the car hire location which was perfect for me as I had to rent a car to get to my location in time. The ease of just leaving the hotel and being able to walk to the terminal at my own convinence […] the next day was perfect as it takes out the panic of relying on a taxi or a shuttle bus. the walk way to the terminal is covered so don't worry about getting wet. We have stayed a number of times in this hotel - it is so convenient for the airport, and it is always a pleasant place to stay. This time we didn't have to get up for an early flight, so could really enjoy the hotel - I went for a swim and a sauna, and felt thoroughly refreshed and relaxed prior to the flight! We will definitely stay again.

The best Stansted Airport by far and the most convenient however there is nothing else walk able. However The hotel more than makes up even if you are paying hotel prices. The wine rack is great entertainment.

Very underwhelmed by the standard of service in a 4 start hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and they clearly only like overnight guests and quick turnaround of clients in the hotel as the effort made to clean our room on subsequent days 2 and 3 was average at best. Reception and concierge service poor. I enquired about attractions for young children in […] the area and was informed 'depends what your looking for'. Surely I didn't know that is why I asked a local expert!!! I received generic advice at best. This may sound pedantic, however in a 4 star hotel and not knowing the area, I was looking for the individual to at least pretend to help or be interested in my request! Breakfast Service and content was excellent however and I would not fault the service in that area (nor the Italian Restaurant even though the price is excessive for Italian Food). Pool area looking very tired and grubby and changing areas not particularly clean. I would only recommend the hotel for an overnight stay when travelling onto another destination. For longer stays, there must be far better, more personable hotels in the area, with a greater sense of attention to detail. I visit hotels regulary, and understand how hard staff work, as such I do not write this lightly, however if you have a 4 star rating you need to live up to the bill, and attention to detail is the key difference to being ok or good. My partner and I stayed for 1 night in the Radisson Blu (16/03/12) and despite it just being a quick stop over we both loved it. Check in at shortly after 8.30pm was polite and fast. The interior at night was quite impressive with the wine tower and choice of restaurants and a party taking place in the function room made for a good atmosphere. Our room […] on the first floor was clean and welcoming after a long flight. The bed was quite uncomfortable though. It was advertised as a "king size" bed but it was clearly just 2 single mattresses pushed together. It was the only disappointing aspect of the stay. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the New York Grill bar and while it was pricey enough (£60 for 2 mains and desserts with soft drinks) it was the best hotel food I've had in a while. No problems at all with noise etc while we slept and check out again was painless. We will be staying again. Continua a leggere

Great location for the airport!

Super stay once again, excellent, helpful staff in a beautiful hotel. Highly recommended.

Wonderful breakfast and a good site when you arrive late. Good value.

Radisson hotels usually pretty excellent, in our view. This one is newish and still sparkly and well above average. This time the price was also particularly good. The room was wonderful!

This is the perfect hotel if you are landing or flying and need a hotel next to check in. kind staff, clean room, will use again.

The perfect place to stay when traveling from or to Stansted. The Wine Tower bar is amazing.

Two night stays as stopovers en route became 4 when the shocking 3 inch snowfal at Stansted meant that Ryanair and Airport security both ceased to operate effectively for a day Plenty of time to kill at the Radisson after this and it proved a very comfortable base. Good food, pleasant ambience in the bar and a much needed and decent pool/spa/gym area […] to while away the time. Only let down I could find was the temparature in rooms. Aircon just couldnt be lowered enough to take it out of a being a near sauna experience on some nights despite being -8 outside Continua a leggere

best airport. However birds staying are not easy to pull. Perhaps you ll get lucky & find eastern european ones ready for quick bang before flying off.

Great hotel and the staff were well trained. I was tired and probaslly grumpy. The receprionist greeted me and offered a coffee, which was an excellent way of making me feel better. They processed my check in fast and I went for a meal. The food was served quickly and was hot. Next morning I left 04.30 am and the service was just as good as arrival […] . Continua a leggere

The room was way to hot and the AC could not cool it. Windows do not open. Otherwise fine hotel

Literally 5 minutes walk from the terminal, so fantastic if you have an early flight in the morning. My only quibble would be that the choice in the main restaurant wasn't that extensive - only 4 different pizzas in an Italian restaurant isn't great - but there are two other restaurants to choose from, so not a big problem.

Disappointed with faults in room that should have been picked-up and rectified. Restaurant was expensive and devoid of any atmosphere.

Brilliantly positioned for an early flight out of Stansted airport and the hotel is very comfortable, We didn't have time to try out the restaurants or pool/spa so cannot comment on those. I found the room very warm but that was dealt with very efficiently when I rang down to reception. This would always be our hotel of choice in the Stansted area.
