"Best Western Inn in OK City"
This is a great Best Western with a fantastic price for rooms. However, everything is updated EXCEPT the carpet. The carpeting was quite alarming to me in dirtiness; however, with all the other updated fixtures /ammenities, I'm hoping it's just one of the last things to be replaced and we were there on the tail end of the remodeling scheme. "Best Western Inn & Suites--Covered the Bases"
This was is a nice "step-up" hotel with an indoor pool and good breakfast. The room and hallways were clean, though it seemed like they were covering up some bad odors (smoke/pets) with an equally bad smelling deoderizer. Conveniently located on the Kilpatrick Turnpike. We would stay here again.

This hotel was typical for star rating. Pretty much had to drive to anywhere for food, shopping, etc. Accomodating front desk staff. Would stay again if needed.

All was good with exception to the bed; it was really soft/broken down making you feel like you were going to fall out of bed; the other bed was fine and I switched beds, but if we needed both, someone would've been uncomfortable all night.

very pleasant stay, we wanted to get for labor day, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

My sister and I have stayed at Best Westerns in the past and this one is not even close to what you would expect. The had not wash clothes in the room and I had to go down to the front desk to get them. No shower curtain for the tub. The front desk act like they were doing us a favor allowing us to stay there. "Unexceptable"
They do not change the sheets. I am not sure if they changed them the first night they felt dirty then i put a mark on them and i know they didnt change them. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the carpet was not clean. It was not the greatest hotel and the manager and front desk people were not the nicest.
