Staff was inattentive but otherwise the rooms were clean and comfy. We were there New Year's Eve and the party was loud, so we were worried we wouldn't... get any sleep, since our room was at the top of the stairs, open to the lobby. We didn't hear a thing and slept through it all. The staff acted like we were always bothering them, but we got what we needed and had a good night's rest. There are trains running often nearby and it might keep a light sleeper awake all night. My main concerns in a hotel are clean and comfy. This fit that bill.
