Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 25 dic 2012Ho soggiornato una notte in questo albergo nel mio viaggio attraverso gli states e sono stata colpita piacevolmente dalla cortesia del personale in reception e dalla camera silenziosa, pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo direi! E nei dintorni abbiamo pure trovato un tipico locale texano dove abbiamo mangiato a meraviglia!

Prezzi di listino un po alti rispetto alla struttura ma se si trovano offerte commerciali il rapporto qualità prezzo diventa interessante. Fatevi due chiacchere con Lenny in reception!

Great location if you are flying out/in of DFW. It is also near the very large Grapevine mall. It is a safe location, near lots of hotels. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. "Great hotel - Breakfast area a bit small"
The hotel rooms and location were great! The only complaint we have at all is the breakfast area. The wall causes the area to be single line fashion and very crowded. No backtracking if you forgot a condiment, you have to go get back in line. "Great getaway"
I stayed here with my two little girls for a spring break getaway. Access to Dallas and Frisco was easy and Grapevine Mills is just across the street. My girls (9 and 6) and I enjoyed the breakfast and the spacious suite. We hit a small snag the first morning when our toilet clogged but Senta at the front desk sent someone up immediately to fix it. […] All the staff we met were friendly and Senta was top notch. My only complaint would be that the pool was cold and looked cloudy. This did not impair my girls' enjoyment of it though I could not tolerate the temperature. This was my second stay here and I will definitely choose this hotel again. "Excellent Hotel"
Everything was excellent. We had a shuttle to the convention center every day and a free happy hour when we got back.
