We had a 4 night stay at Balladins, and we were impressed by the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is just across the road from the Lille Flanders station, and a 10 minute walk from the Eurostar station. Very convenient for the main sights, including tourist office and shopping areas, restaurants and "the Old Town". We were on […] 6th floor and were not bothered by noise, although street below is busy. Breakfast buffet is on 7th floor with balcony, ideal to watch the city go by on a sunny day. Good selection of bread buns and croissants, cold meat, cheese, cereal etc As with most budget hotels in France the bedroom was not large, but it was adequate for a short stay, The ensuite looked as if it had had a recent refurbishment - very clean and up to date. Clean and comfortable. But we were shocked to have to pay for lockers in the hotel lobby both on our day of arrival and departure because the hotel refuses to take care of luggage. I have never encountered this before. This is just another money-making scheme!

I was in Lille for a cultural weekend with a friend. This hotel definitely offers great value for money. When I arrived the staff were welcoming and explained everything clearly in French and then English when my language skills failed me. I was staying in one of the twin rooms: it wasn't palatial but was modern and clean, which suited my purposes […] well. It was also warm, which was very good for a cold February weekend. Very nice location, & better for short standstill.

The location of this hotel is excellent - close to the train stations and the city centre. The room is very small but fine for those who just need somewhere to sleep. The room is not air-conditioned and there was a draft in the room. The heater was not adequate. As with all Ballidins hotel, you normally get a basic but clean stay. If like me you are only here a few hours and using Eurostar it is perfect. I stayed on the fifth floor and in the corridors it smelt a little drainy but this was not the case in the room.

Just on the left, across the street as you exit the station. Small room, decent shower. Bathroom was clean. Had to use internet from the restaurant below - their internet requires use of a mobil phone. You have to pay for them to keep you luggage but the lockers were full so they "watched" our luggage (anyone could of just picked it up and left) It […] it was ok for a cheap hotel near the train station. We were very happy with our stay in Balladins. Apart from one guy on the last day, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was tidy and comfortable, if a little low on space. The hotel is located literally a stone's throw away from Lille Flandres train station, and within short walking distance of the city's main sites.

The Balladins hotel in Lille is great. It has everything what it should have when you are on a lower budget: its clean, modern, located near the staion and in the centre. It could be easly a 3star hotel. I really relaxed there. Do recommend higly!

Value for money. Only problem: Gets warm inside though and opening the window invites ooze from restaurants inside.

Stayed here early April. Room smallish but functional and very clean. No air con in my room so not sure how hot this would get in the summer. Fantastic location a stones throw from the eurostar and Lille Flanders station, places to eat and drink very close by. Reception friendly, spoke different languages. Down side is whilst there is a reception desk […] it has no other facillities - ie lobby etc, so you are either in your room or have to go to a bar outside. You also have to pay for a locker to leave your luggage after checkout which seemed a bit cheap given the room was not that cheap (3 nights around a couple of hundred pound mark for the room total in lower season). The hotel is directly across the street from the entrance to the Gare Lille Flandres train station (main train station) and just a few blocks down the road from the Eurostar train station. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with what turned out to be a great restaurant recommendation for dinner (we went to a French restaurant almost directly […] behind the hotel, one road over). This hotel is ideal for a short break - located right opposite Lille Flanders station and 10 mins walk from Lille Europe where Eurostar arrives / departs from. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly enough. If you like walking and a central location to stay then this is a hotel for you. Bear in mind virtually everything in Lille is closed […] on a Sunday plan to go to Paris or Belguim on a Sunday if you're staying for the weekend! Chambres vraiment petites pour 1 hotel 3 etoiles : vraiment le strict minimum nécessaire pour circuler entre le lit et la salle d'eau. Espace bureau vraiment exigu à peine utilisable : c'est dommage pour les clients professionnel qui peut juste et difficilement poser un PC portable, mais il n'est pas question d'ouvrir un dossier à coté.

Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel. Le seul inconvénient - bruits de la gare et consignes payantes pour ceux qui veulent laisser leurs bagages à l'hôtel et profiter de la ville le jour de départ. Et oui, aussi des mauvaises odeurs des égouts dans la chambre et le couloir. Sinon, propre et pratique (pas loin de la gare Lille Flandres)

Lille Europe駅を利用し、Lille Grand Palaisに3日間通うイベントで利用しましたが、その両者が徒歩圏であり、かつLille Flandres駅の駅前、また近隣にはスーパーマーケットやレストラン、マクドナルドまであり利便性は非常に高いです。 ホテルのWiFiはSMSが受信可能な携帯電話が必要で、若干手続きに手間取りましたが速度や通信環境には問題ありませんでした。 ツインルームを利用、若干手狭ではありましたが清潔感等に問題はありません。気になった点と言えば、シャワーカーテン等がなく、Restroomがシャワー時に水浸しになりかねない点でしょうか。 部屋までのエレベーターが若干小さいので、荷物の運搬等には苦労するかも知れません。

Hôtel propre et récemment refait. Les chambres sont plutôt grande et moderne. Juste la salle de bain un peu exigu. Seul point négatif : l'insonorisation. On entend tout ce qui se dit / se passe dans le couloir. Ma chambre se situait juste sous la salle du petit déj et on entendait les va-et-vient de la femme qui gérait la salle (réveil à 06h). petit, propre, bruyant, central : voilà en quatre mots comment résumer cet hôtel. Chambre mouchoir de poche, et merveilleuse intimité avec vos voisins de pallier (inutile d'emmener un réveil) mais très propre et très central.

Après un accueil plutôt sympathique, nous sommes montés au 6 ème étage où le couloir était très froid avec une peinture grise qui donnait une impression de pas fini. Mais l'arrivée dans la chambre fut très décevante: une très forte odeur d'égout, d'humidité vous prenez à la gorge donnant une très mauvaise impression générale. J'ai été très déçue par le rapport qualité prix. l'accueil est froid, la chambre minuscule (impossible d'aller ouvrir la fenêtre sans enjamber le lit). Le placard salle de bain litéralement inondé dès la première minute d'utilisation de la douche. Selon moi ce n'est pas acceptable pour ce niveau de prix. Cdt

nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel. l'exterieur ne paye pas de mine (on a failli pas le trouver tellement l'enseigne était petite!! ) mais à l'interieur c'est tres correct!!! l'hotel est tres bien placé, juste en face de la gare, et tres proche du centre ville a pied! La chambre n'est pas tres grande, mais elle est largement suffisante pour y […] passer une nuit. la literie et la SDB sont tres propres. petit bémol, la consigne payante!! en arrivant le matin, et en repartant le lendemain soir, nous avons payé la consigne avant de prendre la chambre, et aussi apres l'avoir rendue. je trouve cela pas très commercant!! リールフランドル駅近くで快適、朝食は７階で眺めもよかった。チェックアウト後、荷物はコインロッカー利用。

The hotel is alright and it has clearly been renovated recently. My major problem was that the internet worked very poorly. They have a system of loging on and writing your phone number in order to get a password - never worked. Had to go to the reception to get a password, but several people had apparently received that code and only a certain number […] can log on per code. Which could be a bit problematic. tres bien situe, propre, central, il y a tout a proximite. demandez une chambre au 6ieme avec large balcon, tres ensoleille. bon sejour!

La chambre était particulièrement chaude et je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la fenêtre car beaucoup trop de moustiques. Mais le problème majeur est certainement la connexion internet. Même si on vous indique free wifi, ça vous prend un téléphone portable car c'est la seule façon de recevoir votre login et mot de passe.

hotel avec un accueil impèccable mais avec une forte odeur d'égout dans le couloir du 4 ieme étage alors que les autres étages n'avaient pas de problème nous avons vérifié. et deuxième chose la grandeur de la salle de bain nous tenons a féliciter l'architecte car faire tenir 1 wc 1 lavabo et une douche dans un mètre carré alors là bravo!!!!!!! L'hôtel a été récemment rénové, les chambres sont propres, très agréables et les salles de bains sont spacieuses et très jolies. La qualité/prix est excellente. Le petit-déj est pas mal, servi au dernier étage, on peut le prendre sur la terrasse, avec une vue magnifique sur la gare de Lille. Très satisfaite. Okay hotel next to central railway station and 8-10 minutes' walk from TGV-station in Lille. Restaurants nearby. Basic standard but clean and okay standard rooms. If staying several nights or leaving after checkout, 1-3 Euro key lockable luggage lockers are for rent by the reception. TGV is about an hour to Paris Gare North or CGG, and the hotel is […] thus an alternative if hotels are full or rooms expensive in Paris. Il y fait très chaud la nuit, plutôt à privilégier en périodes fraiches donc...

Wij waren 4 dagen in dit hotel. Gastvrij, schoon, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. T.o..station Lille Flandre. Bezienswaardigheden en winkels in onmiddellijke nabijheid. L.A.M. (museum voor moderne kunst ) en La Piscine in Roubais goed bereikbaar met de metro en bus vanaf het station.

Les chambres sont renovées et propres. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de la Gare. Toutefois, au regard de la taille réduite des chambres, le prix se révèle plutôt élevé...

Très bien situé. Tout à fait satisfaisant vue la situation (juste à côté de la gare et du centre de Lille). Juste un peu bruyant le soir.

Il y avait marqué qu'il y avait un parking mais il n'y en avait pas. AU centre ville, ce n'est pas facile pour garer une voiture. Surtout que le stationnement est cher.

un bon rapport qualité/prix pour une nuit.

L'hôtel est face à la gare et au métro. Le personnel est sympathique et très pro. Le buffet petit-déjeuner (en supplément) est bien garni. La place de la Gare est mal fréquentée la nuit. Attention donc pour les dames seules.

Sité au centre face a la gare. Pratqiue et proche de tout, centre commercial, place pietoniere, restaurants....etc les chambres sont petites mais correctes et propre.

Hôtel propre, confortable, belle SDB mais le seul petit problème, notre chambre était humide
