Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in quanto vicino allo stadio San Siro dove ero diretta. Il personale è stato sin dal primo momento tanto gentile e disponibile. La camera era grande e pulita con tv e mediaset premium, la colazione è inclusa a buffet, con cornetti confezionati ma di ottima marca, come tutto il resto delle cose per la colazione! ottimo il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati da loro al momento... Per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione: difronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus 69 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro, oppure alle spalle dell'hotel vi è la fermata del tram 14 che di ferma fuori al duomo! In generale quindi posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta di questa esperienza, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti e non mancherò di ritornarci io personalmente in future occasioni!

We thought we would take a little trip to Lake Como from Milan - where we were staying. I was worried about the location of the hotel but it is literally only a 15 minute walk to the waterfront, plus a lot of this walk is through the old town with its little cobbled side streets, markets, cafes etc. The hotel is also about a 10 minute taxi ride from […] the stations. The room was comfortable and clean. No noise from outside. The hotel was great, the staff very helpful, and the breakfast tried to cater for the many nationalities. Bacon, eggs, toast - perfect for a brit abroad. On a side note they had a good selection of whiskeys in the hotel bar including Drambuie - which is a rarity in all the places we visited in Milan. "Non arrivate di notte"
Amici viaggiatori..., chi per motivi di lavoro si vede spesso entrare ed uscire da alberghi, tende a crearsi dei "punti fermi" su cui contare.. Avrei voluto pensare.., "ha si, nella zona di Como, sto tranquillo...vado all'Hotel Como.." Amici.., non andate, e soprattutto, se in necessità, dovuta alla mancanza di alternative, non arrivate di notte. Il […] portiere di notte era un automa. Impersonale, freddo e distaccato. Era la versione "viva" di un risponditore automatico, incapace di considerazioni che prevedono un ragionamento autonomo. Ho scelto questo hotel sostanzialmente per il parcheggio e per le 4 stelle.. Non esiste nessuna delle 2 cose. Il portiere mi ha detto "il parcheggio è completo"..... E' completo..? io sono un cliente, arrivo stremato alle 2 di notte e devo svegliarmi la mattina alle 7 e mi dici che il parcheggio è completo e che "se voglio" posso parcheggiare in strada...? Il parcheggio di un hotel NON PUO' ESSERE "PIENO" per un suo cliente. Poi passiamo al bagno.. la dotazione di saponi ecc, è quella del livello di una Pensione ad una stella, asciugamani consumati ed "ombrati" ... Hotel confortevole e accogliente, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione e vicinissimo al centro storico. Personale cordialissimo e disponibile.
"Away from the lake but also the noise"
A very nice hotel with large rooms. Breakfast was very filling with plenty of options. The hotel is about a 15-20min walk from the lake but not far from a train station if arriving by train. A Coop supermarket is also very close by.

Hotel Como is easily found at the back of Como old town. It is about a half hour walk from the ferry terminal but taxis are easy to find. The hotel has recently been refurbished and some work at the top of the hotel is still in progress. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One minor criticism is that the carpets in the corridors outside the bedrooms were old and dirty but perhaps these will be replaced before the refurbishment is complete. "Inter rail trip to Como"
The hotel was welcoming and comfortable. It was a shame that the restaurant was apparently only able to offer frozen food on the evening of my stay (as explained by the Manager, so I gave dinner a miss), but the staff were all very obliging and the bedroom was fine, with flat screen digital television etc., though it was slightly strange that the only […] dialling code not included in the guide to international dialling was the UK! It's a little way out of the town centre, but only about 10-15 minutes (and a level walk). Being absolutely honest, the hotel is probably more three stars in terms of British standards, but that is not meant as a criticism, simply an observation (I was unable to experience dinner on this occasion, which is a fairly major part of a normal hotel stay). "Nice hotel, but a bit of a walk to the lake"
A good 20-30 min walk to the Lake, but a nice hotel. For the same price you can probably get a room in a hotel on the lake
"Will be better when construction project done"
The hotel itself was very nice. Clean and safe. There is a big construction project going on next door and at 8am sharp the jackhammer starts. If you get a room facing the project there is no way to sleep in and the noise continues until 5pm. It was also windy when we were there and the metal shutters on the windows made noise all night long. I did […] not sleep at all for the two nights we were there. "Customer Service Extraordinaire"
I recently stayed at the Hotel Como for three nights. I booked a single room through hotels.com and was given a very small, musty room under a stairwell. When I went back to the front desk to talk to the clerk about it, Nadia was extremely kind and went far above and beyond to make sure I got a different room, if it was within her power to do so (it […] was, with some perseverance on her part). "Hotel Como, Italy"
Great Hotel!! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this hotel. The roof top pool was so nice and the breakfast buffet extensive. Our room was well equipped and very clean and also very large, very nice which is rare in Italy! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very comfortable hotel. Parking is limited on site, but multi storey nearby with reasonable cost. Breakfast very good, nice outside area on the roof next to swimming pool, for sitting and relaxing. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes doing a steady walk to the Lake via the shops. Most restaurants/cafes are near the Lake.

"Lovely hotel"
This hotel was as pictured, clean, comfortable and friendly, loved the views here, the staff, the service. Has a swimming pool and bar on the roof, and breakfast was great. Even had WiFi in the room, though chargable at 5 Euro an hour. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was easy to find by car and had plenty of parking right in their driveway. The rooms were very nice and the service was great. The 20 minute walk to the lake was easy and pleasent. The hotel is outside the old city but close enough to enjoy dinner and strolling in the old city. No view but very clean.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel! À 10min d'un centre ville et 15min du bord du lac. Hôtel très propre et personnel très accueillant. Parlant bien français et donnant plein de conseils sur les endroits à visiter!
DasHotel wurde von mir als Zwischenziel genutzt, für eine Nacht. DasPersonal war freundlich. Das Zimmer einfach aber sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. WLan war inklusive. Ausblick zum Comer See ist nicht möglich, da es sich inmitten einer Wohnsielung befindet. Zum Comer See sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
"Das Hotel liegt zentral, nahe der Fußgängerzone"
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Deutsch sprechend, sehr sauber, schönes Bad, schalldichte Fenster, großer LCD-Fernseher (leider ist nur ein deutscher Sender, RTL2, zu empfangen - ARD oder ZDF wären wünschenswert), reiches Frühstücks-Buffet, kostenloser Parkplatz. Bahnhof Como Nord Borghi ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Züge nach Mailand alle halbe […] Stunde. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich z. "Hotel Como mit wunderbarer Dachterrasse"
Das Hotel Como in Como liegt südlich der Altstadt und ist zu Fuss vom Zentrum (See) erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse mit Swimmingpool bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr sauber.

Hotel Como heeft vrij ouderwetse kamers waarbij je je afvraagt of het qua elektriciteit allemaal wel veilig is. Aan elkaar getapte elektriciteitsdraden en stopcontacten/verlichtingspunten die spontaan uit de wand komen bij het aanraken. Bij gebruik van de douche viel de thermostaatkraan in de douchebak en die hadden we liever niet op de voeten gekregen. "Hotel Como i Como ligger lige udenfor den gamle by"
Fin Hotel med god standard og store værelser til rimelig pris. Hotellet ligger 5 minutters gang fra Como's gamle bykerne. Parkeringsmuligheder på hotellets egen parkeringsplads lige foran receptionen - har aldrig parkeret tættere på :-)

Hotelli oli erittäin mukava, etenkin kattoterassi uima-altaineen oli viihtyisä. Huone oli siisti ja mukava - ja kuumasta säästä huolimatta mukavan viileä. Miinusta tulee siitä, että ensimmäisessä huoneessa oli lattiakaivo tukossa, mutta saimme kyllä seuraavana aamuna uuden huoneen. Aamiainen oli ihan ok, mutta ei ihan suomalaiseen makuun.
"Unable to understand the customer"
Maybe it's just me but I made a reservation online for one night and the criterias I'm looking for in a good hotel is 1. secure parking since I drive a brand new BMW and 2. WIFI. This hotel had both free of charge so I didn't hesitate to book. When I got there at 12.30 AM I drove down the ramp to the garage and rang the bell. "I have reservations and […] wish to park" The woman in the reseption answered me that there is no room for my car and I have to find somewhere else around the hotel to park (which seemed pretty full by the way). There were several availiable places in the garage and I asked why I can't park there. Obviously those were reserved (in the middle of the night!). I ask how about me? I have chosen a hotel with free secure parking - why haven't you reserved a space for me then? Am I not also a customer? No good answer other than that "it is impossible to have a underground garage that can fit all the customers cars". ehh.. no, it isn't. I should know cos my company build garages among many things. You just need to build a bigger one obviously. It ended up with I had to park in front of the entrance where it was full and I had to get up at 8 am to move my car so anotherone could get out. That sucked, so did their ability to understand that also this customer wishes to park his car somewhere secure. It was like talking to a wall. What didn't suck though was their breakfast. I think it was the best one from my 4 weeks long trip in France and Italy. Nice terrace and pool on the roof of the building, really nice. Too bad the hotel doesn't have view over the Como lake though. Then maybe I would have forgotten all about the parking by now ;-) PS! be aware of their ramp to the garage - I could hear the pavement scratch the underside of my car quite clearly even though I drove down it slower than a french snail on holiday! "Kan inte rekommenderas"
Vi hade bokat parkeringsplats via hotels.com, men väl på plats var parkeringen full och vi hänvisades till en gatuparkering. Tyvärr känns inte områdt i sig säkert. Vid påtaldent av detta blev vi otrevligt bemötta. Inte nog med detta så var rummet som en fängelsecell, med galler på insidan. Inte alls bra städat...flera hårstrån i sängen och badrummet […] hade en ofräsch känsla. Smuts mellan kaklet i duschen och slitna golv. Kan verkligen inte rekommederas. Continua a leggere
Restaurant en bar op dak hotel gesloten. Restaurant op begane grond slecht. Knap dat ze in staat zijn om een eenvoudige Italianse maaltijd te verknallen. Hotel in buitenwijk, maar enkele parkeer plaatsen bij hotel. Overige moeten op openbaar parkeerplaats parkeren. Niet erg veilig met alle vakantie bagage in de auto.

Beliggenheden er forholdsvis langt fra Como-søen og den gamle by. Kvalitet og interiør på værelse svarer ikke til et 4-stjernet hotel.

"Gutes Hotel mit Pool und Bar auf Terrasse"
Zu Fuß liegt das gute aber etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel etwa 12 Minuten außerhalb des Zentrums. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Besonders ist der Pool und die gute Bar auf der Terrasse, von der man einen tollen Blick über Como hat. Das Hotel ist für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt in Ordnung. P.S. "Hotal Como - i Como"
Dette er et by-hotel og ligger forholdsvist centralt i Como (ca. en halv km. fra centrum). Det er et nydeligt hotel med gode værelser, god morgenmad og hyggelig tagteresse. Ønsker man Italiensk landidyl, bør man i stedet vælge et hotel uden for Como by.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.. Unser Zimmer war gross und verfügte über einen Balkon, auch Minibar, TV und Safe waren vorhanden, die Möbel sind einfach, die Dusche könnte jedoch eine Renovation gebrauchen! Vorteile sind Pool auf dem Dach, und Tiefgarage (für 10 Euro/Tag), sonst sauber und OK, sogar Personal recht nett und servicebereit für italienische Verhältnisse. Minus ist dass es ca 10-15 min von der Altstadt/Zentrum/See liegt.
