Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 6 nov 2012Rapporto qualita prezzo ottima,con 25 dollari in taxi si arriva al centro di boston oppure con 2.50 in metropolitana.Pulizia dell hotel perfetta,piscina piccola ma carina e colazione abbondante.Se pero vi recate dall aeroporto in metro all'uscita della fermata non troverete taxi percio occhio!Lo consiglio!

Camera curatissima, un'atmosfera incantata eppoi ti coccolano veramente: ogni sera trovi davanti alla camera biscotti fatti in casa con burro e cioccolato, in camera cioccolatini e poi, la mattina, una colazione ricchissima con quiche fatta in casa, uova, prosciutto, formaggi, marmellate fresche, latte e caffè e la simpatia della signora Joan che ti fa fare un tour della casa. Se volete un perfetto punto di partenza per gli outlet di Wrentham e Attleboro, non cercate altro.....

"Wonderful Anniversary Getaway"
My husband and I got a room here for 3 nights over the weekend of our anniversary. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly front desk receptionist who kept us chatting for the few minutes it took for the room to get its final inspection. When we got to the room, everything was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful and the bed incredibly comfortable. […] On the 7th floor, you hear little to no noise at all. However, if you are looking for a spectacular view, which we were not, this is not the hotel for you. My husband and I were also pleased to find that just about anything you want to do is easily within walking distance and/or various T stops. The hotel itself is kind of bordering the craziness of Boyleston. So it's perfect! It is a 3 block from Newbury Street, which was great for me. We had stayed at two different hotels in the 4 yrs that our granddaughter went to Conservatory of Arts bc those hotels were closer to her school. If you are staying here with the intentions of it "looking" like a Lowes property-beware. Lowes just purchased the existing hotel (I believe the Back Bay Hotel) in February. The entire hotel -lobby, restaurant & rooms are in dire need of makeover/renovations. Which I was told were going to be happening in Nov. of this year. Until then, though, you […] are paying Lowes prices for a room in a hotel that is not of Lowes standards. It was clean but the carpet was run down, the furniture old & chipped. I am a bit of a hotel snob so I am usually pretty brutal in my reviews. However, I loved this hotel! The service was just outstanding. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Deepak, the porter, took time out to show us some of the hotel's history and gave my 6-year old a coloring book and a few chocolates to boot. The rooms are clean and stylish, […] coffee was hot and good in the morning, and the basement bar was a great place to hang out. This hotel is also just a few blocks from the best Back Bay neighborhood. We walked everywhere during our stay...even to Fenway! I have stayed to The Back Bay Hotel 4 - 5 time over the past three years and have always found the staff to be exceptional. We are visiting Boston this time, to attend my daughters Commencement and ordered roses, via the Hotel Concierge Niki, to give to my daughter at dinner, but dinner was cancelled. All in all, a decent hotel, conveniently located between the South End and the Back Bay. Generally great service. However, the street and Mass Pike noise was incredible. Landed late so needed to rely on room service which was extremely limited. After placing the order and calling back an hour later we were told the order had never been received. Very odd. Had spoke at length with the individual taking the order each time.Room was great.Hotel restaurant spendy but decent. Over all a good stay but not remarkable.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

rarely do i give reviews so i will make this very brief - i enjoyed my overall stay. there was a fire and ice location around the corner and newbury st wasn't far from as well. the staff was fairly friendly and our room though it didnt have the best view was very cozy and intimate. thus i think i will make an effort to book this hotel every time that […] i'm in boston for a night or two. "Great hotel for families with one or two children."
We had a great stay at this hotel. We had two adults and one teenager in a room with two double beds. When we checked in, the woman made sure to give us the largest room at that level she could find. The bathroom was large and well appointed. The food was excellent--we ate breakfast and a room service dinner. And the location is great--an easy walk […] to Newbury Street and other sites. "Attractive hotel in Back Bay Boston"
The hotel is well located for activities in the Back Bay area of Boston. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Public spaces nicely appointed, well lit, pleasant surroundings. The room was adequately large, the linens and toiletries nice. Flat screen TV nice. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The coffee maker was not in the room on arrival; […] the CD player did not work [never did, even after 'engineer' checked it out], toiletries not replenished regularly, coffee not replenished daily, found candy wrappers not mine under furniture, spots on the rug. "Great Boutique Hotel for couples,business families"
We really enjoyed the ambiance ,location,comfort and service at this hotel. I am a loyal Loews customer and would expect no less. I understand there is a major renovation planned for the near future and look forward to returning. The only complaint we had is the Cheeseburgers were terrible.The bread was dry and meat chewy! The location is good, just 15 minutes walk to Chinatown. It has many bars and restaurants nearby. The loud music coming into the room from a night club near the hotel every night. We could hardly sleep.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Close to Back Back Station"
Close to Back Bay subway station and less than a mile from the South End's restaurants and shops. Also less than a mile from Newbury street shopping--we walked to both areas easily during our trip, eliminating the expense of cabs. One elevator was broken at the hotel, but there still wasn't much waiting. The downstairs bar/restaurant was lackluster, […] but the did have 24-hour room service, which we took advantage of one night at 2am.
