I was expecting a little more. Maybe that was the problem. It was a good value in a good location. The room was very small with little walk room between beds and furniture. The mini fridge was very loud. The TV was LCD but no high def and it took 2 seconds to change the channel - slow processing. Many of the channels (half) did not work but that was […] not reflected in the channel guide. The bed and pillows were great. Shower was hot and room was clean. The lobby and hallways were under construction which made it unsightly. The pool was very small. There were so many chemicals it burned your eyes when you walked in the room. The water really dried our skin and caused a rash on the kids' legs so we were not able to return to the pool. The workout room had windows to the pool so we could do both at the same time. Breakfast was very good and complete but in a construction zone. Check in/out was easy and they let us in early. The coffee was good, parking was free, but the remote control was terrible. I travel some so it was convient for me . It was comfortable and clean and a good value. The breakfast was good but would like to have seen more hot food but it was complimentary so I can't complain. My stay was very good. Thank you

The hotel.com overview of this hotel explains they have select comfort beds this is not true. The bed is stiff . The room is clean and well laid out but the heat wasnt the best.

Had a strong cleaner odor that didn't go away. Shower curtain bar was falling and curtain kept coming open. Room was just a plain old room nothing nice or comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not a lot there. Seemed like an old hotel ok for just passing through. Stayed at aloft this past weekend it was better in all aspects and cheaper. Wouldn't recom […] mend. The staff here were very nice. There was no problem checking-in. It is near the Interstate, there is a coffee shop and Costco across the street and not much else. The breakfast was fine; although it felt kind of cheap. The room and hotel is dated: older TV, furniture, decor, etc. The worst part of our stay was the bed. Nice and new, located close to 81. Easy to find. Close to shopping and lots eating places.

It seemed like they were expecting me as soon as I walked in the door. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff were great. Booked a stay on my return trip as well because I was completely satisfied. Needed a wheel chair accessible room and they had a great one. Will stay there again.

Everything was perfect at this Inn, from the friendly greeting on our arrival, the fresh baked cookies, the listing of area restaurants and discounts. Room was spacious and clean, it was a delight to stay here, unlike the Fairfield Inn on I95 South in Savannah.

This is a dirty moldy hotel with limited amenities and/or broken amenities. The staff was not at all helpful. Upon checking in I was asked to pay again fora prepaid room and prove payment. I was then assigned to a handicapped access room with a dirty bathroom, moldy shower, and no ventilation. I asked to be reassigned bythe "helpful" staff abd was told […] all the rooms were sold out; two couples came in off the street with no reservation and were given rooms. The fitness center was non functional with a sign saying the equipment was broken' the pool was closed due to problems. The place was noisy, smelled and dirty. Plastic covering the mattress makes sleeping uncomfortable. Clean the mattress clean and you won't have to cover them with plastic. Will not stay at this location again.

Our stay at the hotel was nice. We stay in Winchester VA as our half way mark on our way to North Carolina. It is very close to super market a Costco inexpensive gas if your a member, and many different types of places to eat.

Contrary to previous reviews, I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff professional. The breakfast bar is well stocked (waffles, juices, cereals, pastries, coffee / tea, etc).
