Semplicemente perfetto in tutto, pulito e con molti comfort..è ben collegato con la metro Botzaris a soli 200mt..di fronte ha il Simply x fare la spesa..il personale è cortese e disponibile..tutto ok!!!

E' un hotel situato a 2 passi dalla fermata della metro quindi comodissimo per raggiungere qualunque area di Parigi, il personale è cortese e disponibile. La camera (noi avevamo prenotato una quadrupla) era un vero e proprio appartamento dotato di tutti i confort e molto pulito. Our family of 5 adults & 1 child stayed at the Adagio City Aparthotel for 4 nights. It is a convenient walk to the Botzaris & Butte Chaumont Metro lines. The neighborhood seemed safe & there is a good grocery store (Simpy Market) close by. Disappointments - The toilet in this aparthotel is in it's own separate room. This room smelled horribly of urine […] and got stronger the longer we were there - nearly unbearable. We started taking the elevator/stairs down 4 flights to use the lobby toilet. Also, there is no oven in the kitchen area & the dishwasher didn't clean dishes thoroughly - there was a powdery residue left on all the dishes and some still had food left on them after going through a complete wash/rinse/dry cycle. There are 2 washers & 1 dryer for the entire aparthotel to use for laundry. The washer cost 5 euros & the dryer 2.5 euros...kind of expensive. We also found the desk staff to be rude & not very customer friendly. They would answer questions but never went out of their way to be helpful. Really nice apartment in a convenient location. It was small for a family of 4 but adequate. We stayed there 4 nights, it would have been better to have the room serviced at least once during our stay. Kitchenette was small ( no oven) but fine. Enjoyed our stay as it provided the needs for the family of 4 especially the kitchenette where the cookwares are top of the line. Much savings in terms of food. Taxi calls are fast though we have to walk for like 2 minutes as no vehicles can park in front of the hotel. Takes like 20 minutes via taxi to go downtown area where the tour sites are. Turnoffs: I WAS ASKED BY THE HOTEL RECEPTION TO PAY IN FULL UPON CHECKING-IN AND I HAVE TO ARGUE WITH THEM THAT I ALREADY PAID IN FULL WITH HOTEL.COM. I HAVE TO SHOW THEM MY CONFIRMATION DOCUMENTS (BETTER BRING THESE PAPERS IN YOUR TRIP) AND THEY HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK IN THEIR SYSTEM AND THE WAITING WAS SUPER STRUGGLE AND UPSETTING WHICH ADDED UP TO OUR FATIGUE DUE TO OVER 10 HOURS OF FLIGHT FROM SAN FRANCISCO. MY ADVISE IS TO PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH THE HOTEL TO AVOID TENSION AND EMBARASSMENT ON YOUR CLIENT'S PART. We requested for a clean up of the unit even if we pay for a surcharge and provide us with clean towels etc. but their was no action on the part of hotel. The apartment was clean, though we stayed 1 week and with that the hotel policy is to clean the room every 7 days, so we did not get our apartment cleaned! The apartment is supplied with dish washer, vacuum, iron, microwave, stove and different cookwares. it has free WiFi internet. The location is within walking distance to a metro station, so you can […] reach any place easily using the metro. The reception were helpful and they allowed us to check in at around 1 pm. We really enjoyed our stay with grandparents and our family of four. Would recommend the Indian restaurant in the neighborhood, the simply market grocery store around the corner. Loved the set up of the rooms..it had both a shower and tub in different rooms so getting ready in the morning was much faster. The neighborhood was safe and we loved to stroll at night. The suit is very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well equiped and a supermarket is only 2 minutes away. This helped make our own breakfast. Two different metro stations are within 6 minutes of walking from the hotel and the metro service is very good. (Be prepared to walk and climb stairs inside most of the metro stations. Buy 10 tickets at a discount). Hotel […] staff speak good English and help when required. The street in front is closed for vehicles. Be prepared carry your luggage and walk 40 to 50 meters to get to the hotel lobby. Minus point is that we requested early check in but the room was not ready until 2 p.m (May be because most of the guests are long term guests with few rooms become available every day. The hotel employees were very helpful. The floor plan of our apartment was good. I liked having a window to a green backyard. I really appreciate that. The location was OK although could be better. There was a lot of noise at night. The sofa bed was not clean enough or in good shape. My daughter got Lice and I think it's from that sofa. She was already […] itching at the airport and she was the only one sleeping there. I think sofas exposed to that MANY people should be covered with and easy to clean fabric such as vinyl or something that can be wiped with antibacterial or disinfectant liquid. There was a BIG problem with the light outlet on the wall to the bathroom. My son Francisco almost got electrocuted! He got so scared that was shaking for a while. That happened when he tried to turn off the light in the hallway. Fortunately, the power went off right away but still this shouldn't have happened in the first place. We told this to the hotel personnel. So, I guess the hotel needs some serious maintenance in that regard. The apartment was far more modern then I expected with dishwasher and new kitchen. The bathroom was split over 3 rooms which was a welcome surprise. I didn't feel comfortable to walk around the neighbourhood alone in the evening as it was lower socio-economic and quite a lot of young men socialised on the street. The address is street that is not driven on so no one knows it. A little hike to the metro and this is usually 2 trains to main destinations. So, knowing that, if you want a very modern, very nice comfotable LARGE space it is great. We have 3 boys and we all fit easily.

Hotel was very roomy considering all the comments about Paris hotels which say how small they are. There was 4 of us, three adults and one child and we had enough room to move around. The beds werent the best but comfortable enough for a good night sleep. As this was an apartment, it had a little fridge and stove which was great as we could buy a few […] things for breakfast, snacks, etc. The hotel has shops, bakerys, restaurants, chemist and metro withing a couple of minutes so its very convenient. The location is a few metro stations and line changes away from all Paris touris points however, once you workout the metro system, getting abouts is convenient and very cheap. We planned our target the night before, worked out the metro/train route and we took off in the morning and only came back to the hotel to sleep, this was perfect and worked out to be very cost effective. Hotelli oli mukava ja siisti! Jourdainin metro-asema lähellä, joten kulku keskustaankin oli helppoa ja vaivatonta. Ensivaikutelma hotellin ympäristöstä oli vähän huono. Bodde der i 4 netter. Rommene var kjempe fine, god standard og koselige rom. Var kjempe fint med kjøkken mulighetene. En stor ulempe med rommet vårt var åt vi fikk på bakkeplan. Var mye støy fra resepsjonen området. Ble vekt rundt kl.6 hver morgen av støy fra gangen og heisen. Var også en gjeng med unge gutten som lagde en del støy på fredagkveld til […] langt ut på kvelden. 2012年8月2日～8日に、2LDKタイプのお部屋に、家族5人で宿泊しました。 歩いて１分の所にスーパーが有り、とても助かりました。駅は2つ利用可で、BOZARIS(メトロ7bis線）まで2分、JOURDAIN(メトロ11号線）まで、５～６分でした。但し、メトロは設備が古く、エレベーター、エスカレーターの無い駅も多いので、空港からホテルまではタクシー利用がお勧めです。（5人＋荷物5個で　値段交渉後、約６０～８０ユーロでした。必ず値段交渉しないと、200ユーロふっかけられた人もいたそうです。） 　昼間は白人女性スタッフがフロントにいますが、夜間はボビー・オロゴンのような黒人スタッフなので少々怖かったです。コインランドリーが壊れているのに、コインが返金されず、毎日繰り返しても　なしのつぶてであき […] らめてしまいましたが・・・。 お部屋の中は、12畳位のリビング＋カウンターキッチン（食器洗浄機付き）、８畳位のベットルームが２部屋（1つはダブルベッド、もう１つはツインベッド）、リビングにソファベッドが1つでした。 トイレは1つ、バスタブ付きお風呂が１つ、シャワー室が１つありました。 8月でしたので、日中は30度近くになる日もあり、夜もなかなか室温が下がらずエアコン無しでは大変でした。暑いので、窓を開けていると・・・・蚊が！！虫さされ注意です。 大人数のご家族にはお勧めです。なかなかパリでは、２LDKのコンドミニアムは見つからないので、貴重なホテル？（何もサービスは有りませんが）だと思います。 でも、３人家族だったら、OPERAに近いホテルが良かったかもしれません。 （ホテルからOPERAまで、メトロで約３０分位） Continua a leggere

Lägenheten var rymlig, praktisk och ren. Sängarna var bra och köket över förväntan vad gäller utrustning. Spis med fyra plattor, diskmaskin, Micro, tillräckligt stor kyl, vattenkokare och kaffebryggare. Lugnt läge nära två olika metrolinjer och jättenära till livsmedelsaffär. Das Hotel/Appartment war echt super in Ordnung, es war sauber, die Bäckerei (mit super gutem Brot) und auch ein Geschäft sind gleich in der Nähe. Die Metro ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Nur die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter (außer eine Dame) lässt mehr als zu wünschen Übrig. Guten Morgen oder Guten Abend sind offensichtlich für die Pariser (generell) […] Fremdwörter. Appartement: großes Lob an die Planer der Innenarchitektur; praktisch und ansprechend bis ins Detail. Lage des Holets: Wohnungen, Schule, Park und Kneipen sowie wenig Autoverkehr bilden eine Wohlfühl Umgebung mit der Möglichkeit das normale Leben in diesem StadtViertel kennenzulernen. Det är andra gången som jag åker till Paris, men första gången med större sällskap. Hotellet fungerade alldeles utmärkt med många nödvändigheter nära till hands såsom mataffär, bageri och restauranger. Fast vill man äta på ritkigt bra restauranger får man nog bege sig till andra delar av Paris där det är mycket bättre och större utbud. Vi bodde i en […] liten lägenhetshotell som hade en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa. Vi hade dessutom en liten bebis med oss och det fungerade alldeles utmärkt med resesängen. Köket var väldigt litet, påminner om ett pentry men är mycket bättre utrustad som t ex kyl, spis, mikro/ugn och diskmaskin. Vi köpte hem en del mat och lagade lite mat ibland också, så det passade oss som reste med litet budget. Man kan på så vis även testa på olika franska delikatesser uta att bli ruinerad. Det är rätt lyhört, så om man är känslig, så ska man kanske ta en tankeställare. Vi är inte jättekräsna av oss men vi tyckte att det faktiskt var fint och att det låg bra till. 2 familjer med barn bodde där i 4 nätter. Trevlig personal som hjälpte till med det mesta, inga problem med engelska språket. Fina lägenheter, bra utrustade, ok sängar. Mittemot en för/lågstadie skola. En bra stormarknad på hörnet och när flera olika tunnelbanor (bruna linjen vid Jourdain snabb linje och där går det undan till city). Vi är en familj med två vuxna och tre barn. Vi trivdes mycket bra på hotellet. Det var en lägenhet med 3 rum, 2 badrum och en toalett. Rummen hade bra sängar. Ett av rummen hade barkök och matplats. Köket hade bra utrustning för att laga mat och frukost. Somos una familia con 3 hijos, estabamos muy comodos, aunque es servicio tipo apart, sin limpieza diaria. La ubicacion es un poquito alejada del centro turistico de Paris, pero muy bien comunicada por medio de 2 lineas de metro (en 15/20 minutos estabamos en cualquier lado)

Serdeles fine og lyse leiligheter til å være 3 stjernes hotel. Stor og god plass til 6 personer. Tbane 5 min unna og stor matbutikk 1 min unna, Svært varierende service, penge rot, urin lukt på toalett og dyre Taxi turer (opptil 100 % over ordinær pris) bestilt via resepsjon trakk helhets inntrykket ned en del.
