Camera ampia e confortevole, da segnalare però l'assenza del frigorifero in camera. Zone comuni con free internet, in camera da richiedere a pagamento. Zona bar carina e accogliente. In generale giudizio positivo. Tornerei!

"Una notte nel cuore di New Orleans"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 3 set 2012Ho soggiornato una notte presso questo hotel e mi sono trovata veramente bene. Le camere sono ampie, pulite ed in pieno stile coloniale (il letto comodissimo…poche volte ho dormito così bene…), il personale disponibile e cortese. La struttura dispone anche di una piscina e di un parcheggio interno (a pagamento, ma è sorvegliato dall’albergo e all’esterno non c’è posto per parcheggiare). E’ in pieno quartiere francese ed è in una posizione ideale per girare la città. Per la sera è perfetto perché rimane in una zona tranquilla a 2 passi dalla vita di Burbon Street e da tutti i ristoranti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

I spent 6 nights for a business trip and the hotel was great. I liked having a small kitchen and my room was huge for one person. There are washing machines and dryers for guests at no cost except you need to buy your own detergent. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The fitness room is small but […] was fine. I used the treadmill almost every morning at 6:30am. Never had to wait. In the early evenings they had full on meals from Tues-Thu. Hotel was clearn, staff was friendly and good location, across from the W hotel. Air conditioning was good and view from hotel window was good. Only problem was free breakfast got there 15 minutes before the end time and they were already out of some juice and food. My friends and I stayed there during Memorial Day. It was a nice hotel, the room was big enough and the breakfast was great! It wasn't too far from the French Quarter and everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed this hotel. Brittany at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! We liked how close the casino is to the hotel. The only thing that was a little lacking was breakfast. The staff was so nice and the hotel itself was close to everything. The breakfast was wonderful and Tuesday- Thursday they have a free dinner which was good also. "Just on the edge of French Quarter"
The only things about the hotel that we're negative was that one of the elevators was not working during our 4 days at the hotel. There was often a line to take the elevator (we stayed on 10th floor so stairs weren't always a faster option). Dirty hotel. Smells bad. Nonsmoking rooms smell like smoking rooms. Had to go back to get another only to get another smelly room. Night staff not as friendly. We had been encouraged to stay close to the French Quarter, but because we were going to be in New Orleans during the Festival the prices of other hotels and availiblity was out of our price range. I stayed at this property two years ago.back then it was recently renovate, service was good and rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The room was what we had expected sense we have stayed at a Staybridge before. We stayed five nights Their was a slight odder in the room other then that we liked it. "Rock and Roll Marathon"
This hotel was perfect for everything we needed while in NOLA for the marathon. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere the whole weekend. The hotel was secure and clean. The only complaint was our room was not cleaned all weekend and we had to call for clean towels each day. They were promptly delivered. "great price and good value"
3 people in my party stayed at the Staybridge Hotel. The suite was spacious and very clean. We had daily housekeeping and the front desk staff were professional, helpful and very accomodating. "Convenient to everything and great time had by all"
The hotel was convenient to everything and the staff was outstanding in making you feel comfortable, answering your questions and giving recommendations for places to go, things to do and how to get there. The included breakfast was a plus and the weekday social was another unexpected plus. The only problem was the fan in the bathroom was loud and wouldn't […] turn off during our stay and it couldn't be repaired because they stated they needed to go through a room that was being occupied. They offered to relocate us but the view and room location was too good to give up, so we slept with the bathroom door closed. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and can't wait to return. "Very nice stay"
Very good experience. Spatious, comfortable room. Good breakfast and I appreciated the 24/7 coffee. Would be better if they had milk available for the coffee all the time. Very close to all the action, particularly during Mardi Gras. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were free and reasonable so we can't complain but the real bonus was the'social hour' between 5.30 - 7.30 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings when a free meal, wine and beer is provided to encourage guests to meet and mingle. "Walking distance to everything"
Our stay during Mardi Gras was wonderful. The parade came right in front of our hotel. Right down the street was Harrah's casino.
