Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

Classico Hotel della catena. Camera grande, pulita, letto immenso. Frigo bar ben fornito. Unica pecca una strada, a poche centinaia di metri, dall'hotel piena di barboni e gente poco raccomandabile. Comunque posizione comoda per girare Toronto a piedi!

Accoglienza calorosa con bicchiere di limonata ancor prima di avvicinarci al banco check-in, personale multilingue, stanze enormi (le più grandi in assoluto incontrate nel nostro viaggio), pulite; una lavanderia è a disposizione degli ospiti e il personale è stato gentilissimo nello spiegarci il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici e ci ha fornito gratuitamente il detersivo per il lavaggio. Ottimo il servizio al bar. La zona è centrale e piena di locali, alcuni dei quali aperti 24 h. Non concordo con le recensioni negative espresse da altri utenti. L'unico neo è il valet-parking molto caro. Ma proprio alle spalle dell'hotel esistono molti parcheggi più economici.

Hotel carino, pulito ma un po' distante dal centro quindi e' necessaria la macchina. l' uscita dell'autostrada e' a due passi e se vuoi fare shopping o mangiare(qualsiasi cosa) a poche centinaia di metri c'e' SEARS(centro commerciale). Per chi viaggia con l'auto e' l' ideale .... La zona dove e' situato l'hotel e' molto tranquilla e non trafficata, inoltre l'hotel ha il suo parcheggio .. Per noi e' stato Ottimo

"Great except for uncomfortable Beds"
I liked the hotel alot. I loved the location and the fridge etc in the room, The martini bar was cool and everyone was friendly but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds i've slept in. The second day we requested different pillows and that helped but it was still a very hard bed. "Close proximity to downtown sights"
The hotel has the feel of condo living. Great location and very quiet.

The Pantages has everything you need when you're travelling. I was taking transit so the lack of surface parking downtown could be an issue if you're driving around. The hotel is really close to lots of shopping, and the subway/streetcars are all easily accessed. * Pillows were too firm. I couldn't sleep all night. * Sick and tired of hotels charging me for internet. the biggest down side to our entire visit was the bed. I expect that when staying at a top end hotel, that their beds be the same...top end. They had a bed that i would compare to a $50.00 a night motel. They should ask the Sheridan chain where to get thier matresses.

"Great boutique hotel"
Really good value for the money. A full kitchen with supplies, 2 queen size beds. Very quiet good neighborhood.
"Pantages just misses luxury status"
Great location, and the interior is fairly modern; But cleanliness was not perfect, and the hotel was very noisy with no attempt by the hotel front desk to control unruly neighbors to our room on our floor. If I'm going to pay for downtown Toronto luxury with modern contemporary decor, I expect a little more. Will go somewhere else next time.

"Pantages"
Didn't appreciate the large blood or lipstick smear on the side of the counter in our bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable but we were not fans of the pricey valet parking.

Great hotel. Good quality for your $. In the heart of the city, close to the Eaton Center and the Theatre District. In fact, its quite close to everything tourists want to see. Furthermore, its quiet enough for you to be able to sleep at night. I go to Toronto regularly and have finally found a hotel I really like. Will be back often.

Really didnt know what to expect but have to say was MORE than plesently surprised. Decor, rooms and customer services was EXCELLENT, in fact probably the best hotel I was in on my 5 hotel stay of Nort America.

The difficulty of getting to and from the hotel and the Pearson airport was noteworthy. This caused us problems both arriving and leaving, affecting our planning and ability to be at activities arranged. "Condo style Pantages"
Excellent rooms. Very comfortable bed and nice kitchen area. Definitely reminded me of a bachelor pad condo. Will definite stay at the Pantages again.

The rooms were somewhat noisy, the doors need be insulated as the sounds from the hallway is most evident. Loud music on the Saturday night in the early morning hours. Parking and the fact it is valet only is not clearly marked or posted. We followed the Pantages parking "in" signs to get in and find out that we could not access the elevators. We had […] to walk up with our suitcases 3 floors in the underground parking to reach the outside and then proceed to the lobby. We met another woman in the parking with the same problem. The fact we left for the day and both our keys were deactivated and we needed to return to the main desk for new keys was not handy! The staff was not overly friendly. "Pantages Hotel in Toronto"
We stayed at the Pantages Hotel in Toronto. It has a great location. You can walk to Younge Street. There is $15 dollar parking in a basement garage. I parked at a $20 a day street lot and someone broke into my car but luckily didn't steal anything of value. The hotel is really modern. Very cool atmosphere. The door man was really nice. Very comfortable room--I was surprised to find a full kitchen with pots and pans, and dishes for two and a washer/dryer IN THE ROOM! A bar-height table with stools also was wide enough to roll up the bed for breakfast in bed. I could have had a seriously extended stay here. Traveling alone for business, the kitchen turned out to be great--I ate out […] a few times, but also could eat take-out on real plates, and make my own toast in the morning. Great firm bed. Times-Square like location--this is the broadway shows, bustle, tourists, but very close to the subway station Dundas, and easy walk to Queen West or Chinatown/Little Italy. I do have one big complaint. You pay extra for internet in room. And the business center costs $5 just to sit at a computer, then .50c per minute after that! I couldn't believe that they'd have a kitchen and washer/dryer as standard, but for wifi I had to pay an extra $30 for my 2-day stay! pretty cheap for such a swank place. All the staff we encountered in our one night's stay were helpful and friendly. We were a little cautious about how good a sleep we would have being across from a major hospital in downtown Toronto but to our surprise, not a sound was heard from within our walls--and it was a Saturday night!

On my arrival the original room I had booked was located directly behind the elevator also the refrigerator had mold growing in it. I took the complaints to the front desk and they gladly upgraded my room to a full suite (stove, microwave, freezer / fridge and sink) for no extra charge. My 5 day stay was quiet, comfortable and convenient.

Very well situated hotel next to Massey Hall and the Eaton Centre. We had a corner room with lots of windows - some that opened but it is a very noisy area, even at night. Love that there is no carpets on the floor. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spotless. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

The staff were great!! Very personable and polite. The location couldn't have been better. We were attending a concert at Massey Hall and we could see the building from the window in our room. The location is superb, are are the lobby, the front desk and overall service. However the rooms are tired--almost shabby and the hallways are very dark. The hotel needs a facelift.

Great service and very clean hotel. Room was very large, clean and bright. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Our room temperature was a little on the cool side, but we didn't complain, just made good use of the nice thick duvet. We stayed here because we were going to a show at Massey Hall, and it's right across the street, so perfect for […] a show. There is a lobby bar which unfortunately was closed for a "private" party so cannot comment.
