Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 4 notti ad aprile 2012. Amiamo viaggiare e quindi siamo abituati a vedere strutture alberghiere di ogni genere e tipo ma dobbiamo ammettere che questo resort è veramente unico trovandosi all'interno di un condominio di lusso che si affaccia sul quartiere di Bay side. L'esclusività dell'arredo e la ricercatezza del design vanno a pari merito con la cortesia del personale. Di facile gestione anche il parcheggio auto che richiede necessariamente il valet e quindi un supplemento di spesa. L'hotel trovandosi in un quartiere molto ricercato non ha purtroppo store di generi alimentari o caffetterie vicine. Tuttavia all'interno dell'albergo il caffè e le bevande calde venivano offerte gratuitamente. Va specificato in ultimo che la struttura, traffico permettendo, dista solo 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, una comodità che deve essere valutata. Ottima esperienza! Laura e Domenico

Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura attrezzato e tavolino pranzo.Spazio per far giocare i bimbi. Bagno un po' piccolo. Perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini. Disponibilità anche di lettino da campeggio.

"Hotel Stay"
My husband and I really enjoyed the hotel. Plenty of things to do for us, whether it was drinking by the pool, gambling or simply walking outside in the shops. We enjoyed having a late dinner and then heading to the outside bars afterwards. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Went during the week on the way to Key West. Only issue was the "clubs" closed rather early that were located with the property. Only one or two of the places was open after 12. Still not bad if you want a place close to FLL.
"Somewhat pricey and disappointing."
Nice accomadations but expensive. No discount for players club members. No dining discount coupons for staying there. Also, room was booked 5 weeks ahead of time and we still had a room that was the absolute FARTHEST from the elevator! Disappointing. Pricing and the other complaints really makes it difficult to want to stay here again.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and that it was as nice as it was. The rooms were quite nice. My husband & I were put in a room next to the elevator & electrical room.. We worried about that & it did prove to be quite noisy, waking me up many times. I called down the next day & they immediately […] changed our room to a much larger one. The staff was very friendly & always helpful. We enjoyed the pool. The waterfalls & slide are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel & we did win a small amount also. (although we did better next door at the Seminole Casino). The area around the Hotel is a bit seedy, but it made for a quick trip to Fort Lauderdale & to the Miami stadium to see the Marlins vs Phillies baseball game. Continua a leggere

This hotel was awesome! Great pool & bar. They give you coupons for 2 for 1 drinks & one to try the casino. In addition there is an entire mall outside the hotel. Great restaurants, shops and entertainment. Really cool place. The pillows were a bit soft for my taste, but I just used all of them =)
"Great hotel"
The rooms are fabulous. Spent 1 day in Fort Lauderdale after our cruise and intended to explore the area but the Hard Rock was so cool, we spent the whole day there

Great hotel, lots of restaurants and bars, nice pool. Had an awesome 40th birthday celebration...all you could want!

Great stay. Beautiful rooms with great service. Beautiful pool which was great for our little kids. Just couldn’t stand the cigarette smoke filled casino.

I can't believe people are still smoking like that and allowed in hotels ugh. Also I have never not been able to get into the room before 4pm. By that time even the kids were sick of the pool which was nice by the way, except yes more people smoking. Shopping was ok and I picked up some clothes and small items at the hotel shop/hard rock stuff.

My husband and I took our three kids there and had a GREAT time! Our kids stayed in the pool all day! The drink service and food service is excellent! Our kids did not want to leave and wanted to stay an extra night!

You can have all the nice people in the world but when you try and nickel and dime the customers to death it just kills the experience. The food was terrible and over-priced. Apple Cobbler which tasted three days old, garlic pizza that had so much garlic you could kill a vampire and a coke with so much Ice I thought I saw the Titanic floating in it. 3rd stay here and service and quality are great. Parking is $ 15 extra and the casino is very smokey though.

We had booked the HardRock 2 wks in advance and would be traveling with a 10yr old. We were told they had a GameRoom and Pool. We called ahead to let them know that we were a late check-In. We arrived at 8PM and our Room was NOT ready! We were told there was No Gameroom for children and the Pool closed at dusk!!! They promised a room in an hour but […] 2 hrs later our room was still not ready!!! I finally spoke with management and we were given a room at close to 11PM!!! The room and hotel property was beautiful, but I would not stay again as the smoke from the casino drifted through the air conditioner vents and we could smell the smoke in our room all night.

Embarrassingly bad customer service. I've never been told the word "NO" at a hotel so many times in one afternoon! No, we cannot put a roll away in your room, NO we can't make a dinner reservation for you, NO we can't give you the phone number to do it yourself, NO we can't call the valet to bring your car around, NO we only have ONE wine and it's $6 […] and I wouldn't recommend it! Our room wasn't ready at 6:30 pm so we were downgraded to a Queen with view of the roof instead of pool...,A man was still in room cleaning when we got up to the room..What a way to start off my birthday celebration and we drove 4hrs to get there! Room was okay, nothing fancy....

Much larger room then expected and was very nice. Would absolutely stay there again. Only complaint was that they charge hotel guests for valet but self there was plent of self parking.

"Hard Rock Hollywood"
The hotel is awesome. Was very beautifully decorated for Christmas. Room was spacious enough for 4 people to be comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hard Rock but will definitely not be the last. Service, room and cleanliness were superior.

Customer service: bad example: desk person spoke to another employee entire time while dealing with us. hardly acknowledged us. Many more examples. room: good and bad example: Bed and amenities very nice. Carpet had dog stains very thin walls. grounds: nice but smokey. Restaurants and entertainment. average. Lots of restaurant choices but Johnny rockets […] was the best food we had there. Gaming is very tight, its not vegas, ac. Overall it was decent for the deal I got, but it is not up to the standards I expect from a 4.5 star hotel/resort. Customer service needs a makeover, plenty of employees with bad skills. From check in to check out....Seminole Hard Rock hotel was safe and we enjoyed our stay in a suite. Great party place!!!
"Worth it to go once"
Hotel and grounds were very nice, and the pool area was gorgeous. Had a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool area. Overall, it was nice, BUT overpriced !! Even at midweek prices, let alone the weekend !!! Would i recomend it,...yes. Would i stay there again.....not at that price ! Dropped a grand in 2 days easy.

The hotel room was clean. The room service prices are rather high. The bottled Evian water in the room was $7 per bottle. They did give me a $20 credit to use on the slots. I won another $20 from that, so that was like free money. The pool area is incredible. It includes a water slide as well. The fitness room was okay. "Wonderful Birthday stay at Seminole Hard Rock"
The day started off with an up-grade on our hotel room to a suite overlooking the pool for a very reasonable price. The suite was beautiful and very comfortable. The food was very good at the restaurant we ate in. The musical show we attended was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much and would good back again.

"Very nice hotel"
Extremely nice room and great security. Casino is a little smoky though. Bed and linens were excellent and very clean. I'd definitely return. p.s. careful of noisy late night swimmers that the pool if you are an early sleeper.
