Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in quanto vicino allo stadio San Siro dove ero diretta. Il personale è stato sin dal primo momento tanto gentile e disponibile. La camera era grande e pulita con tv e mediaset premium, la colazione è inclusa a buffet, con cornetti confezionati ma di ottima marca, come tutto il resto delle cose per la colazione! ottimo il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati da loro al momento... Per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione: difronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus 69 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro, oppure alle spalle dell'hotel vi è la fermata del tram 14 che di ferma fuori al duomo! In generale quindi posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta di questa esperienza, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti e non mancherò di ritornarci io personalmente in future occasioni!

This was a great hotel, superb location and it had a real positive energy. Would definitely stay here again. The only down side was I arrived late and room service was unavailable.

"For a Wacky experience - Hotel Straf"
Hotel Straf is definitely a hotel for the curious. The decor was simple, with bare concrete floors and walls. The door handles were not obvious, and switches were sort of mysterious, and the best way to uncover the mystey is to just press. The bathroom floor was made out of brass and adopted a bare metal finish. Hence, you couldn't tell if the room […] was really clean or not. The overhead rain shower meant that you must have your hair washed even if all you really wanted to do was to wash your feet. An additional hand shower would have made the experience more tolerable. There was also no where to put the soap and the height between the sink and the sinktop was too distant, and you had to bend down each time to take and put back your toothbrush or toothpaste. There were too few power points in the room, and if you charged one handphone, that means the laptop would have to wait its turn, and by the time you're done with the phone, it would be time to wake up and go. Using one userid for one device for the wireless access resulted in having too many calls to the reception. So with an iPad, iPhone and Laptop, you would have to get 3 ids, and because this was not told earlier, it took 3 calls before I realised how the system worked. The silver lining is the excellent customer service that made the physical environment tolerable.The reception was really helpful and polite, and provided the requested service almost immediately. The reception staff were friendly and provided the right directions for everything and deserved full commendation. What made me also overlook all the physical flaws was the proximity to the main attractions and access and location of the hotel. This was also mitigated by the excellent human service. The linens and towels were excellent and clean as well, and breakfast impeccable. All in an unusual experience made happier by the customer service staff and location of the hotel. Continua a leggere

Excellent location ! Perfect location, right behind the Duomo Square. Close to all major points you would want to see when visiting Milan. "Far too trendy hotel for me"
Absolutely fabulous location. Hotel looks great. Staff friendly and helpful but far too trendy for me. Nothing in the room was intuitive. For example, plugging in a laptop is a challenge and only once I'd moved the furniture around was a plug to be found; there were so many light switches and associated lights, you have to go through a 5 minute light […] show to switch on the light you want and turn off the lights you don't want (one set of bathroom lights stayed on for the 3 days because I could not find the switch!) and that's without mentioning the shower and frustrating controls (a shower curtain would have spoiled the look, but would at least have stopped the water from flooding the floor). Breakfast was a cramped affair with a range of food which would not deviate an aspiring model from her diet. "Centralt men ändå lugnt"
Allt var till belåtenhet men rummet var lite deprimerande, såg inte ut som på någon av bilderna som jag sett på olika hemsidor. Men vi var ändå mycket nöjda.

O quarto e um pouco pequeno, mas a localizacao e perfeita!!!! Nao e um hotel 5 estrelas mas para sua categoria atende muito bem. Café da manha nota 10!!!

Sehr modernes Hotel, super Frühstück, geniale Lage. Obwohl wir befürchtet haben dass es laut sein wird waren wir sehr positiv überrascht unser Zimmer (im 4Stock) war sehr ruhig,

sauberes , absolut zentral gelegenes Hotel - Designerhotel - praktisch alles in Schwarz und minimal eingerichtet- man muss es gern haben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Riktigt bra designhotell. Ganska små rum men fullt tillräckligt. Grymt läge och riktigt bra frukost. Dessutom en trevlig hotelbar. Stort minus för att trådlöst internet kostar 13 € per dag. Annars ett jättebra hotell. Priserna på minibaren löjligt dyra men det är som alltid...
