I needed a hotel for a business trip that was easily accessible, clean, & safe wtih business ammenities. I found the staff responsive, the room clean and comfortable, nice bathroom, & coffee and tea station always available. However I needed a late checkout, and because I went beyond 2:00 there was an extra charge. I would have liked to have known that […] was an option in the first place so I wouldn't have stressed rushing to make that cutoff time that I passed anyway. "Home Away From Home"
I loved this hotel; my daughter and I were on a college tour trip and we just felt so welcomed and cozy as soon as we walked in the door. From the friendly staff to the brownies , cookies and coffee round the clock we have never had a better hotel experience. We will definitely return.

"Great Hotel stay after a bad college visit"
I had been in the area to tour colleges and the best thing about the trip was the Country Inn and Suites in Cortland, NY. After a long drive from Massachusetts and not finding that perfect college match we found comfort in the great stay with welcoming and accommodating staff at Country Inn & Suites. "Close to SUNY Cortland"
My family went to visit SUNY Cortland and stayed at the Country Inn And suites and had a great stay. The staff was friendly and the room were clean. We enjoyed our free breakfast the next morning Good Food! We will definately be back. Loctated across from the atletic field of the college.

"THE BEST"
Over the past 2 years we try to get away from home at least once every couple of months. This place "Country Inn Suites Cortland" is the very best we have stayed in and we will recommend it to everyone that is looking for a quality Inn, Hotel, Motel or any such get-a-way.

I've stayed at a lot of really nice, expensive hotels and this cheaply priced hotels is right up there with them! Newly refurbished with new carpeting and a pristine indoor pool and jacuzzi. Refrigerators and microwaves in room. We went to the gorgeous grocery store down the street and had a picnic in our room one night. The staff was super helpful […] and caring. "Wonderful"
We have 3 families with us and we all have a wonderful stay. The front desk was great, the dessert, breakfast and staff were helpful in every way! We will defiently stay here again!
I had blocked a group of rooms for a hockey tournament from my very first phone conversation everyone was wonderful! When we arrived we were 1 of 3 or 4 hockey teams staying at the hotel and Kelli who checked us in told us immediately that in light of the hockey schedule they were keeping the pool open an hour later and opening the breakfast buffet […] an hour for kids with early games. Great place to stay for business or visiting S.U.N.Y. The hotel was clean and well kept. Front desk was very friendly suggested a great place to have dinner there was free coffee, tea and snacks all the time and they even cleaned the snow off the cars in the lot that fell overnight.
"Comfortable Luxury with Responsive staff"
Our suite was quite affordable and had every nice touch (fancy folded towels, 2 TVs, range of hot beverages). The breakfast was a notch above. Pool, hot tub and well-appointed exercise room. Great coffee available all the time! Small issue with magnetic keys was fitted promptly. The staff were very friendly.

"Country Inn Suites at Cortland- college visits"
The Cortland NY location offers a great centralized location for families doing college visits. You are central to over 2 dozen private and public college/universities. We toured schools from Elmira to Syracuse with very good accessabilty to all. The facility is well worth the expense.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was the best I have ever seen in NY area and we have travelled a lot. We felt so at home that my kids did not want to leave. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we go back to the Cortland NY area. Highly recommended!

"Cortland Country Suites"
This hotel is a class act. It is by far one ot the best hotels that I have stayed at. Service is top notch. I have stayed in a lot of hotels from California to New York. This is my very best experience. Thank you to all the staff, they really make a difference.

We stayed there for two nights and we were very satisfied, the staff was very professional and helpful, including cleaning the snow off our car. The continental breakfast was very good, it had both cold and hot food to choose from and the area was kept very clean. The price off the room was a little higher than we normally spend but we got a discount […] using the computer to book ahead but compared to the other hotels in the area it was well worth the little extra. "Cortland Counrty Inns & Suites"
The staff was fantastic! Aside from a few issues that led to us booking online and not directly with the hotel, they were great. Housekeepeing even left a little rubber duck for my daughter. The front desk staff were always friendly and happy to answer questions or give a couple extra bottles of water. "Very Nice Hotel"
Very Nice Hotel, the free breakfast very good, only 15 minutes from Greek Peak Ski Resort.

We had a good time, the pool was nice, small but we were the only ones using it, so that was fine. There are cookies or hot chocolate or coffee and eclairs out every time I walked through the lobby, and the breakfast was a nice spread. Not gourmet, but it had enough selection that anyone could find something they liked.

"Country Inn and Suites - Comfortable and Friendly"
We stayed 4 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday, and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a no-frills hotel, but we were treated very well. The breakfast staff did a great job keeping food items replenished and keeping counters and tables clean.

"Perfect place to regroup"
We stayed at the Country Inn Suites in-between dealing with a family emergency and starting our pre-planned holiday in the area and it was the perfect solution. Great comfortable bed, room to stretch out, quiet environment - everything we needed. My only gripe was about breakfast - which was ample but very heavily slanted towards bread products. "Wonderful place to stay"
This is a first class hotel and it was a true joy to spend a night there. The entire hotel staff are INCREDIBLY friendly and courteous. Our room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. They even supply a late afternoon snack! I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was my first time staying at a Country Inn Suites, it won't be my last. Quiet room, very comfortable surroundings and many of the little things you would expect at a much more expensive hotel. Staff was very warm and pleasant...overall just a great experience. Thanks!

"Great for Multi-Day Stay"
Stayed at Country Inn and Suites while taking a 3 day class at Cornell. The drive to Cornell was 35 min. and very easy, little traffic. The hotel personnel were very friendly. My room had 2 beds, desk with swivel chair and free internet which is important to be included. I was able to go to my class during the day, grab some salad fixings at Wegman's, […] eat and work at my desk, and store left over’s for the next two nights. The room also has a microwave and refrigerator. Everything was 95% clean. I am picky. It was a bit dusty and could have used a vacuum that gets into the edges. Other than that. Perfect. Mattress was great too. There were a lot of selections at breakfast and even to-go bags available if you couldn’t eat in. They also offered an appetizer and soup in the early evening and desserts later on. Overall a perfect place for a multi-day or single day trip.
