Ottimo hotel, camera spaziosa e comoda e ben tenuto. La gestione dell'hotel è eccellenyte e la cordialità del personale è massima. I costi del ristorante sono invece eccessivi per quanto offre

Hotel bello, pulito e posizionato in una zona molto carina, bel panorama dalle camere, consigliato.

Ibis Bern Expo si trova a Berna, a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: Expo di Berna, Stade de Suisse Wankdorf e Bundeshaus. Nella stessa area sono inoltre presenti: Museo Paul Klee e Berner Munster.

"Allucinante servizio assolutamente inadeguato"
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia prenotando 2 camere triple, ci hanno offerto solo delle matrimoniali , nonostante la prenotazione fosse assolutamente corretta hanno scaricato la colpa al portale di prenotazione. Le camere sn dei buchi e i bagni sn grandi come quelli dei camper. Soggiorno allucinante!! Mai più un Ibis
hotel comodo per le autostrade e raggiungibile a piedi dal centro città con un piacevole e in certi punti panoramico percorso alberato. abbastanza tranquillo anche per l'esistenza di piani alti. servizio efficiente, personale cortese. da un lato bella vista sulla città. non è stata chiara la spiegazione su modalità di utilizzo e costi del parking.

"Hotel Ibis - attenzione,soggiorno pagato 2 volte"
abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e abbiamo pagato la camera doppia direttamente a Hotels.com, solo che al momento di lasciare la l'hotel, Ibis ci ha fatto pagare un altra volta la camera riservata.

"Nice stay"
Our stay here was very comfortable. We had breakfast here which had plenty of choice for a budget hotel. We travelled into Bern on the bus from a nearby stop (10mins walk from the hotel) as the service is cheap and reliable and saved us getting the car out of the underground parking. Also the buses run later into the night than the shops stay open so […] there was no worry about getting back home. Usually you would have to pay for parking although at the time we were there the barrier was broken and so all parking was free. I would stay here again. Continua a leggere
"Ok, but far form downtown"
You need to take a bus to go from the train station. You can walk to downtown, but it is a good 40min. The room was ok , but it had no alarm clock, or coffee machine. Also, the water kept going from extremely cold to hot on the shower. Other than that it was just ok.

"Just another chain hotel"
Much better hotels were probably available. Very disconnected from the personal side of Switzerland. Ideal if you are wanting a risk free clean room, but a smaller chain would have suited us better. Had to pay for everything else extra including Wifi. Towels very small so take your own or request more.

The receptionist is really nice and in good English. The room is reasonably sized that can accommodate two persons and two luggage bags. The location is convenient and is just opposite to the tram station. It takes around 15 minutes to City Centre by tram No. 9 which is at a frequency of 5 minutes per tram. This is a great hotel for international travelers that need a little extra help in Switzerland. Staff was very helpful, and spoke multiple languages, including english. Recommended for American travelers. Walking distance from the Tram that can take you to the tourist spots in less than 10 minutes.

Der Uebernachtungs-Preis für Einzelperson fand ich überrissen (ohne Frühstück notabene). Das Zimmer war eigentlich als Nichtraucher angegeben, im Zimmer selbst war leider noch sehr stark abgestandener Zigaretten-Rauch zu riechen. Das Schlimmste fand ich aber, dass es nicht einmal eine WC-Bürste hatte... Die Aussicht aus dem 9. sauber, günstig und gut gelegen. absolut empfehlenswert.
"Das Hotel ist mit ÖV sehr gut zu erreichen"
Anregungen zum Überdenken für Sie: Man sollte Zimmer zur strassenabgekehrten Seite bekommen, wenn das Hotel nicht voll ausgelastet ist!!!!! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstücks empfand ich als sehr schlecht im Gegensatz zu teureren Hotels! Entweder billiger oder Auswahl an Brot und Käse!
"Sauber und anonym"
Am Stadtrand von Bern, erschlossen mit Tram Nr. 9 zum Zentrum/Bahnhof, Zimmer mit Ausblick, nicht sehr gross aber sauber. Man bleibt anonym und es gibt einen 24H Service. Preis/Leistung ist echt ok. Frühstück nimmt man besser auswärts.
In der Beschreibung steht, die Bar sei 24 Std. offen. Ab Mitternacht wird die Bar aber geschlossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist dafür ausgezeichnet.

"Effizientes, sauberes Hotel"
Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, allerdings ist die Parkgarage nur für Kleinwagen zu empfehlen und es gibt vier schwergängige Türen zwischen Garage und Hotellift. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber alles ist gut durchdacht und man fühlt sich nicht beengt. "Tæt på centrum med sporvogn"
Et 3-i-et hotel, der kan være vanskeligt at finde på trods af størrelsen. Pænt og rent og udstyret med det der er brug for for et kort ophold. Afslappet stemning og mange unge mennesker, men roligt. Parkering ved og under hotellet. og offentlig transport til centrum lige ved døren.

"Hotel für Durchreisende"
Das Hotel liegt zentral, verkehrsberuhigt nahe Messe und Stadion. Das Hotel verfügt über keine eigene kostenlose Parkplätze. Die daraus zu nutzende Tiefgarage ist eng und nicht unproblematisch. Die Zimmerpreise sind angepasst aber dennoch überteuert. Alles in allem ok, aber nichts für Kenner.

Von den höheren Stockwerken haben Sie einen fantastischen Blick nach Süden in die Berner Alpen. Die Anfahrt mit den PKW gestaltet sich von der Autobahn auch ohne Navi als recht einfach. Für Fussgänger gibt es einen netten Verbindungsweg vom Hotel über ein Reitgelände, wo Sie nach 800 Meter bereits den Rosengarten erreichen und Ihnen Bern quasi zu Füßen […] liegt. It is nice and clean hotel, about 15-20 minutes waliking to city center. The staff is friendly and professional, the breakfast is very good, not too much variety but of very good quality. There is a useful indoor parking. It was a nice experience and I would definitely go there again.

O staff do hotel é bem atencioso e ajuda bastante os hóspedes. O quarto é pequeno. O banheiro é diferente dos de outros hotéis, mas é bem limpo e o espaço surpreende. A localização é ótima.
