Affacciato direttamente sul golfo, l'hotel gode di una vista meravigliosa ed è vicinissimo alle principali attrazioni: spiaggia, negozi e vari intrattenimenti per bambini (giardini, giostrine, scivolo, etc). La camera con vista mare era sufficientemente ampia per ospitare due adulti e due bambini di 9 e 2 anni. La pulizia è senza dubbio eccellente così come la cortesia del personale, soprattutto della reception. La colazione è abbondante, non continentale, e forse un po' troppo ricca di prodotti confezionati.

Hotel in buona posizione rispetto alle principali attrazioni della città, con parecchi ristorantini, trattorie, bar per colazioni nelle vicinanze. Le camere sono pulite e abbastanza confortevoli, tenedo conto che ci si rimane solo per fare la doccia e dormire. La moquette avrebbe urgente bisogno di essere sostituita, è proprio usurata dal tempo. Di notte si riposa tranquillamente, i rumori del traffico non arrivano. Il bagno ha spazi decisamente ristretti, una persona sovrappeso potrebbe avere serie difficoltà ad incastrarsi tra water e doccia per usare il bidet. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Tutto sommato è stato un gradevole soggiorno.

gentilezza e cortesia, pulizia camere e zone in comune ottime, secondo me la pecca dell'hotel e' la zona colazione, scarsa e non troppo ben curata. nel complesso non ne posso parlar male, ci tornerei nuovamente alla prossima occasione

Ideale per soggiorno al mare.Tutto è andato benissimo, l'Hotel è fronte mare, le camere curate, la colazione soddisfa qualsiasi tipo di palato o di dieta alimentare. Consigliato caldamente a chi ama la tranquillità e contemporaneamente le comodità.

molto confortevole e moderno, con persone molto professionali. Qualità prezzo è uno dei migliori hotel che si trovano a Genova. Lo consiglio di cuore a chiunque vorrebbe passare delle vacanze a genova. Direi un hotel spettacolare e molto confortevole

Good hotel, good staff, charge to much for wi-fi and it would go down well if they did like others and provide it free. Distance to town is an issue. You go over the bridge to catch a bus. It is not expensive but it takes about an hour and it gets very full. You could stand most of the way. In the summer it is very hot which makes the journey worse. My wife and I were en route to Siena from France to rendezvous with our three children and their maternal grandparents to celebrate a "milestone" birthday mid June 2011. Rate was very VERY attractive (i.e.cheap for a 4 star in Europe), the warning lights were flashing but I ignored them. Location looked like a housing project from the former Soviet […] Union crossed within an industrial neighbourhood. Hallways were stained and dirty. Reception staff were dismissive and disinterested. We got the message, guests are unwelcome inconvenience in this hotel, we won't ever, EVER return. Bottom line: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Continua a leggere
"Wonderful room"
This was a stop on the way to France so the location was not a concern for us. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms large and comfortable, the king size bed was a huge plus. Breakfast was good and had plenty of selections. The staff was freiendly and tons of close parking. Can't say enou nice things about the hotel... This was one of the better hotels we stayed in on our 5 weeks away. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful with directions to town and bus numbers etc. The location of the hotel is nice but a bit distant from town and restaurants etc. Overall a nice quiet place to stay and represents fair value for money

Pleasant hotel set on the outskirts of the city centre, though it is in an industrial area across a small river. Would need car or taxi to get to hotel. Next to small shopping mall which has a rather large supermarket inside too with reasonable prices. Staff were very helpful and very well informed about the local and surrounding areas. Rooms were clean […] and fairly spacious and service was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of pastries/cakes, cereals, breads etc. Restaurant staff were very helpful. hotel is erg netjes, alleen het ontbijt is voor een paar keer goed te doen. brood is droog en moet je roosteren anders is het niet te eten. drinken is uitstekend en zoetigheid bij het ontbijt ook. het beleg viel een beetje tegen. voor een paar keer is het goed maar wij bleven een week en dat was ff teveel voor het onbijt. hotel is voor de rest wel lekker […] om te blijven. airco maakt een beetje lawaai, daar hadden wij gelukkig geen last van, maar voor mensen die last hebben van geluid kan het storend zijn. Het hotel ligt gunstig tov de uitvalswegen. Ideaal dus als je op doorreis bent. De kamer was netjes. De service in het geheel was voldoende. Voor Italiaanse begrippen was het ontbijt goed. Gunstig gelegen, dichtbij de tolweg. Grote gratis parkeerplaats hetgeen uniek is voor Genua. Zeer tevreden over de service en netheid van het hotel. Rustig gelegen dicht bij de Tolweg en een groot winkelcentrum.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, tout comme le reste de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très sympatique. Présentation du déjeuner agréable et bon. Cependant, voyageant avec un enfant d'une année (ce qui été précisé lors de la réservation), nous déplorons le fait qu'aucun lit enfant ne soit mis à disposition. Véhicule indispensable

Hôtel très bien, propre, grand lit de 180, malheureusement pas de peignoir dans la salle de bain, dommage pour un 4 étoiles.l'hôtel est assez loin du centre historique, mais difficile de faire mieux car la ville s'étend sur plusieurs km, bon petit déjeuner.Peut être plus destiné au voyage d'affaires qu'aux amoureux !

La situation n'est pas du tout ideal et le restaurant n'est pas très bon. En dehors de cela, hotel confortable. Seul le petit déjeuner semblait sympatique cependant il faut arriver bien avant 10h00 pour ne profiter (même si les horraires indiqués mentionnenet jusqu'à 10h30).....
Hotel très intéressant avec un accueil complet avec toutes les informations, de plus le personnel d'accueil parle francais. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
