In town to visit a local college and could not be more pleased with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn. It was definitely up to Hampton Inn standards. The staff was helpful and considerate. The room was clean and staff did a good job keeping it that way during my stay. The hotel was conveniently located to the town, including retail stores and restaurants, […] and just minutes to downtown commons and the colleges in town. "Nice hotel"
We were visiting Ithaca College. This hotel is just 5 -10 minutes away from the college and to the area for restaurants. The best part - queen size beds. Why don't more hotels have them! So much nicer. The full breakfast was really nice and saved us time and money. Staff was wonderful.

The hotel was well maintained. We had two rooms and both were clean, good sized and comfortable. Staff was helpful and cooperative. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The hotel is located in a commercial district with lots of big box stores, not near Ithaca College or Cornell. "NIcest people"
The staff here is just over-the-top friendly. Breakfast buffet was a bit nicer than you'd expect, and there were hot drinks available all night.
We liked the breakfast buffet.

Hotel is new and well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and included hot items, variety of breads, fruits, etc. Location is pretty commercial but convenient to most points of interest in Ithaca. Definitely one of the better hotels that we have stayed at in Ithaca.
"At such an exorbitant price you'd expect much more"
Upon arrival the front desk was unsmiling and acted as if I were infringing. Once checked in, the room was average, with a view of the auto mechanic shop across the street. The bed was clean but average comfort. The TV received standard channels. The sofa was small and uncomfortable. The free hot breakfast was horrible, nothing was fresh but the coffee. very happy with our stay, nice variety for breakfast
Great family friendly hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was clean unlike the previous hotels we stayed at. The breakfast staff was friendly and cheerful. Just what I needed before coffee. I would definately recommend the Hampton to family and friends.

Great Hotel! Firstly, it would be worth a call to hotel before booking to find out what exactly you would get with the room. My wife and I were under the impression that the room would have a jetted tub, but we got to the room and found that it had a standard tub. We didn't make a fuss about it because the room was great! This hotel had everything.....Good staff....very, very clean. Nice Pool. Microwave and fridge....Very close to everything in the city. Wired Hi-speed which for us is a bonus......

Taxis are a crock here... $13 to get anywhere. Better to get a rental car!

Hampton Inn Ithaca was a very good experience. Stayed only one night, but would like to stay there again. Hotel had everything. Free parking, internet, Gym, Pool and breakfast.
