Our stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. My son loved the indoor pool. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. I loved the pillows. We will stay again if we are passing through.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great hotel, modern, extremely clean, and with a great workout facility. The lobby was cozy with a nice bar and food. The only recommendation is that the beer selection should contain some good micro brews.

The staff are beyond the norm in service. I booked a room for a meeting, but when the attendees suddenly increased, the man from engineering, Lamont, made sure that the facities and refreshments I needed for a successful meeting were provided in short order. "Nice Stay"
We stayed in this hotel for 6 days while visiting family. We were pleasantly surprised by the divided suite-style room. I was expecting a half-wall at best, but the front room was divided from the back room by the bathroom, allowing for more privacy and separate TV watching. The only negative was that we were assigned a handicap room (perhaps due to […] our late check-in?). We missed not having a tub for the kids, and the roll-in style shower left huge puddles of water on the floor that the bath mat couldn't begin to contain. Also, a consistent problem with all the hotels we stayed at recently was that they only had towels for three even though we had four people registered for the room. The night housekeeper was getting very familiar with us by the time we figured out we needed to leave a note for more towels every day. The room itself was very comfortable and the adjustable air bed made for an exquisite night's sleep. Breakfast was not included with this hotel and the breakfast buffet that was offered in their restaurant seemed over-priced ($10.95/adult) for the typical breakfast items that were offered. Though I can't hold the hotel responsible, our rental car received several dings on different nights while parked in the lot. Nice and bright entry, friendly staff. Happy Hour is OK - prices good, but a bit on the quiet side. Full dinner menu, breakfast buffet only OK. Pool, fitness, hot tub were nice and clean. Was disappointed that the cleaning crew did not change the sheets during a 3-night stay.

had a pleasant stay, very nice hotel. The bar could stay open later and the restaurant is a little on the expensive side

The Hilton Garden Inn Temple, is the nicest place my husband and I have stayed in. It is clean, spacious, well located, the people that work there are so nice and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I only wish that a continental breakfast was available. I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

The Hotel was a little difficult to get to. Once we found it, it became a lot easier to access. I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and the room they promised me was not what was reserved for me. The hotel manager an staff were great about cleaning up hotel.com's mess. Would love to stay at the Hotel again but will not use Hotels.com again.

If you have any work at Scott and White Hospital at Temple, TX - this is the place to stay. It is even serviced by the Hospital shuttle - being across the street from them. Small rooms, but well maintained. The restaurant in the lobby is pretty good. The surrounding area is dead. Nothing happening. I was at first taken aback by the fact that after check in....I walked to my room and found dirty glasses and linen in pillow cases outside my room I was just checking into. Then my phone in my room didnt work...they replaced it that one was not working....several times I had to ask for toliet paper when it should havbe been in the room on the roller....also […] everyday the dirty glasses were left outside the door for someone to pick up and I had to go to the front desk and tell them,same with the laundry of dirty towels and such...will not stay nor recomend to anyone else....was beyond disgusted...the Baymont in Decatour was much better than this one ...never again! Also the partys and such business meetings and people lining the hallway was loud after 9pm so putting a child to bed was not happening ! Very dis-satisfied! Continua a leggere

Second time to stay at this hotel. Very nice, clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Bar area is a bit small but the patio right outside of it is nice and relaxing.

Very clean rooms and lobby. Pool is indoor and small (more than 1 family is very tight).
room was clean, had to wait for hotel staff to ensure that room was ready when we got there, would be nice if pool were heated especially in winter and early spring. seemed like the air conditioner was on the first night we were there and the pool was cool almost cold. have stayed here before and will do so again.
The room was very nice and clean, the bed was great. Saw reports of problems with hot water, We did not experience this at all. Had grandchildren, they loved the pool.

Friendly, helpful staff. This is our second stay at this hotel. We stayed there because it is just across the street from Scott and White Hospital and Clinic. We got a special rate because husband had appointments at the clinic. The hotel restaurant is excellent, reasonable prices, very good service. We requested a later checkout time and were granted […] an additional hour with no issues. Things I rated a 4 - I did not particularly care for the comfort select bed, as I forgot to adjust it before retiring for the night! There was one bulb in the bedside lamp that had melted part of the lampshade, so think the bulb wattage was too high. It did not cause us any problems. "the best bed"
it was a very nice hotel. very close to all resturants and the mall. the bed was the vest best. i havent slept that good in a while. the only thing that i didnt like was there was no xbox connection. you had to buy thiers.

Room was very comfortable and clean, although there was no TV remote when I got in, but they got one to me in short order. My only complaint is the cost of the breakfast buffet on the weekends is pretty high $$. It's not a bad buffet at all and they do fresh cook omelets but it's still pricey. I was very pleased with all aspects of the hotel. Some prior reviews were negative and I almost changed to a different hotel. I am very glad I did not change. I have family in the area and visit Temple 2 or 3 times a year. This is, by far, the best place I have stayed and will plan to stay there from now on. The staff was very pleasent. The indoor pool […] and spa both appeared new and well maintained. The maids were very helpfull and responded quickly to all request The resturant and bar had good service and food. The hotel has a small but very well stocked area next to the front desk that contained various food and beverages as well as items usually found in a convience store. "Nice hotel--But has some maintenance issues"
Hotel was very attractive and staff was pleasant and helpful. 1st morning of my stay, there was no hot water and poor water pressure. Also the air conditioning wasn't working properly. These same problems were mentioned in a review of the hotel 1 week before my stay. Next morning water was functioning. I had requested a 1 hour late check out at check […] in and it was granted and noted by the front desk staff. When I arrived back at my room at 12:30 pm, the key no longer worked. Housekeeping informed me I was not on the late checkout list, but let me into my room so I could change clothes & check out. Grill in hotel was small but food was very good and staff very friendly. The room was either hot or cold. The air had to be turned down to 62 to keep it cool throughout the night. Otherwise the room would get warm when the air condition cycled off. The sink and the bathtub both backed up with water when in use. Both nights when we went to take a shower there was NO HOT WATER! Had to call and wait.
