Charing Cross Hotel Parigi

We chose this hotel because of it close location to train station and in city center. However, we had to let go comfort for three adults sharing a room which is too small. During our stay, the lift (only one) was not working for few days, but it was back to normal before we left the hotel.

Great value for the price.

Never ever we will go to this hotel.

I stayed here for a couple of nights for work purposes and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again as the room was really clean with all modern facilities. Plus, it is conveniently located close to Saint-Lazare station and all the shops and touristy places.

The initial impression of the hotel was quite satisfactory - pleasant reception area and excellent staff. The room however was a different matter, as it was poorly maintained, with several signs of an insufficient cleaning routine. The beds were effectively metal-framed cots, the side of the bath / shower base was so high that stepping in and out (particularly […] when wet under-foot) had to be practiced with caution. The minibar (although supplied with a key) was not lockable, and was using one of only two power sockets in the room (the other was occupied by the bedside lamp). This necessitated boiling the kettle in the bathroom (not the safest environment), and unplugging the lamp to use the power supply for my laptop. The tv was very small, attached very high on the wall (making the screen appear even smaller), and was not moveable sideways on its bracket, so viewing was only practical from one bed in the room. The hotel has no air conditioning. The rooms on the upper floors get hot when the temperature is high outside.

We checked in at 9pm and was allocated room 606 on 3 of us. i booked a triple room and got a double bed and single in a tiny room in the roof. I asked to be moved but the hotel was full.The lift only goes to the 5th floor and the room has one window and is claustrophobic. We needed a hotel near the Rue St. Honore, and Charring Cross was the perfect answer. The manager was most helpful and efficient when we needed to extend the stay and all the major hotels in Paris were booked for the Air Show. This service alone makes it worth recommending the Hotel Charring Cross.

We was looking forward to a great anniversary weekend in Paris but on arrival at the hotel we were very disappointed at the overall apperance of what we saw. The bedrooms wre very small with very little storage available. The bath was so short it was more like a deep wash basin although i have to say the shower was good. Staff were not helpful on check in when we had only 2 beds in a triple room. The electricity did not work either but they managed to fix it. Overall poor service and tiny rooms which were in the end quite expensive.

Be carefull. In this Hotel don´t have any air conditioner. The room is very cold, don´t have any comfort, the room is 3 x 3m , bathroom included !!!! When i check-in, the manager was cut her hair in the reception !!!! The worst of the world !!!! The Hotels.com need to review about comfortable room in his site.

Hotellet har en super beliggenhed. Tæt på Metro, shoppingmuligheder, seværdigheder og gode restauranter. Hotellet er pt. under renovering, så det giver lidt bøvl. Små værelser, men OK værelser. Serviceminded personale.

Nos movimos practicamente a pie a todos los sitios de interes, los regresos los haciamos en metro por el cansancio, pero para dormir y bañarte es suficiente. Comparado con los otros paises el precio es alto, pero su ubicación es muy buena y la terminal del metro tambien.

Très bon rapport qualité prix au vue de l'emplacement idéal . a recommander , simple mais bon accueil .

Hôtel qui a besoin de remise à niveau :sanitaire très en fin de carrière;douche en panne ;on fait à-peine le tour du lit .!! Ensemble propre . 10 heure fin petit déjeuné et si a 10 heure vous n'avez pas fini on comprend vite que l'on dérange . Acceptable pour une nuit !!

Gedateerd hotel, er werd wel onderhoud gepleegd...maar dat gaf een penetrante verflucht. Dat los je niet op met de aangeboden spuitbus met toiletgeur!

MUY MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. LO UNICO QUE SALVA AL HOTEL ES LA UBICACION. LAS HABITACIONES MINUSCULAS PERO LO PERO SIEMPRE EL SERVICIO QUE ES MUY IMPERSONAL

É um hotel simples, porém bem localizado. O preço é compativel com o que oferece. Café da manhã não tem todas aquelas igurias, mas, é bem nutritivo, próprio para quem tem uma jornada pela manhã.

Das Charing Cross Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse, die zum Bahnhof Gare St. Lazare führt. In direkter Nähe hat es eine Metrostation und mehrere Bushaltestellen, sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ich hatte dort ein Einzelzimmer, sabuer, mit relativ neuem Bad, und gut ausgestattet mit Teebar und Wasserkocher. el hotel en términos generales bie, la habitación un poco pequeña. En el baño falta toallero.

I made a reservation for three people. When we got to the hotel, the room they gave us was for one person. We couldn't open our luggage inside the room and to go to the bathroom we had to move one of the beds. They told us the room they had for us had a problem with water, when we ask to see it they said that somme people decided to rent it even though […] it had no water. We had to leave the next morning. Simple hotel, but very good price. Small rooms, the bathrooms were brand new. Perfect for a short stay. The beds were also comfortable.

Une très bonne acceuil à mon arrivée. Le personnel est à l'écoute. L'hotel est bien située les chambres sont propres. Après avoir comparer les différents hotel sur Paris, le rapport qualité prix est tout a fait correct. Je n'ai pas eu à me plaindre sur le bruit, hotel calme.
