Charming International Hotel Napoli

Not a total service high price hotel but small,close to airport,with clean rooms and everything you need. staff very friendly and helpful. pool was great on hot , humid day.

Dreadful hotel but location means it may be your only option to stay within walking distance of Naples airport. The surrounding area is horrible as others have described. Finding the hotel was tricky but not as bad as feared. However the one 24 hour petrol station was closed on arrival meaning we had a nightmare trying to find another one. The roads […] are so confusing around there that even with sat nav we ended up on the motorway going the wrong direction. As for the hotel, the receptionist was clueless. Just trying to find the way in from the rental yard proved impossible due to her bad instructions. For some reason you have to give in passports for an overnight stay of less than 5 hours? And then they keep the air con and tv remotes behind the desk for each room. Despite requesting a room away from the road we got one on the road. Single glaze windows in an airport hotel on a main road? It was noisy. It was also uncomfortable. The beds were poor quality, the shower rail fell off the wall in the bathroom when I tried to adjust it. When I saw the Naples airport there were many waiting areas with long benches. These would have been preferable to this horrible hotel as we were only there for a few hours. Too expensive, certainly not 4*, and certainly not charming. I would only recommend this hotel if you have a very early flight out of Napoli. If you are staying there to visit the city I would stay somewhere else. I booked this hotel because I had a 7:00am flight out of Napoli and it was the closest one I could find. For this purpose it was terrific, only a 5-10 minute walk to the airport. We didn't want to […] risk trying to find a cab at 4:30am to get to the airport. The place has locked doors that buzz you in so you really don't need to worry about safety. Although the surrounding neighborhood wasn't very great. We ended up having dinner at the airport because of the horror stories we have heard about Napoli. The room was okay. Bed was a little firm but everything seemed to be clean. The first room we were in did not have a working AC unit so we had to switch rooms. This wasn't a problem for them and they were very helpful. This hotel is wonderfully located if you are flying out of Naples - an easy walk from the airport. Service was very good and welcoming. Breakfast was really not good and the water pressure was very low, both of which kept the rating down, making me hesitant to recommend the hotel.

Everything was fine--except the air conditioning didn't work so I couldn't sleep the first night. The hotel was full so there was nothing anyone could do.

The hotel was just a short walk from the airport and was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and fairly spacious. We would stay there again. The restaurant appeared to not be open on the evening we stayed.

The hotel was located near the airport - which was nice. The surrounding neighborhood was a bit shoddy and there was only one decent eatery within walking distance. The room I had was small and in need of repair - especially the bathroom. Several times throughout my stay, fixtures in the bathroom would fall to the floor (towel rack, bottom piece to […] shower head, etc.) The breakfast was very basic - some pastries, cereal and a coffee machine (not so tasty). The staff did have a nice understanding of English, which was helpful. Very busy road in front of hotel - but it didn't pose much of a problem for me - as my room faced the side of the building. This hotel is a stinking dump in a horrible neighborhood, but it's the only one within 10 min walking distance to the airport. We stayed there for 1 night since we had a 7 am departure. I survived it, but didn't sleep well because of a musty smell. We were on the 1st floor and had to close the window and roll down the metal shutters for security, which […] gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. This hotel is old and run down, everything is ancient... furniture, towels, bedding, carpets... We were afraid to walk to the airport at 5 am since it was dark, so we took a cab for 10 Euro. Walking during the day seemed ok, since there were a lot of people around. There is a large parking for taxis just around the corner. There is also a big parking lot behind the hotel which stretches all the way to the airport. I'm not sure if it belongs to car rental agencies located there or if it's just a long term parking for the airport. Either way, it was a safe way to walk thru to get to the airport. This served a purpose of a brief overnight stay after a late flight arrival. Took 5 mins from leaving the airport to check in. Glad we took earplugs - apartment backed on to a four lane highway. Local pizza restaurant was no frills but great pizza, hotel kindly rang ahead for us. Breakfast was shockingly awful. Would look elsewhere next time. Poor value […] for money. Continua a leggere

空港から徒歩5分程度でとても近いです。翌朝6時発でしたので市内ホテル早朝チェックアウト＋タクシーよりかはこちらのホテルを選びました。早朝発の客が多いようでチェックイン時に頼まずともモーニングコール時間を聞かれたのは気が利いていると思いました。ホテル付近にはほとんど食事できるところはないため市内で食事を済ませたうえで、朝までの寝る場所と割り切ったほうがいいと思います。設備とコストは見合っていませんが、空港までのアクセスを考えると選ぶ価値はあると思います。
