It's as close to Disneyland as you can get, but the room was run-down and dirty, and it was the darkest hotel room I've ever been at--one lonely lamp. I presume they furnish no lights so you can't see the grime. The room was cheap and convenient, but it was scarcely any better than pitching a tent in the parking lot.

Nice location but no bathroom fan seals this as a one star hotel

The hotel is a little old, but reasonably clean. It's a great price for a big room (with 3 beds), microwave, fridge & free parking!

It was very reasonably priced for being so close to Disneyland. Also very close to 2 nice diners. The one across the street is MUCH cheaper, and they stay open later. Breakfast at the hotel was just pastries. Not enough towels, washcloths, or hand towels, but we just walked to the office and asked for more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No […] vent in the bathroom, so the moisture level was high. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. I liked the way the TV stand was able to be pulled out and twisted around. This motel is great for what it is: a bargain motel near Disney. The motel is old and shows its age, but overall has been well maintained. Our room was clean but simple, and there was a fridge and microwave if we were self-catering. The staff was very friendly. Look, this place ain't the Hilton--if you want that kind of lodging, then go around the corner and pay for it. Rooms smelled bad. Hard to get maid service. No net like advertised. Very dark and grungy

If you're looking for really cheap in easy walking distance to Disneyland it's ok. Mold, mildew and some kind of raw sewage smell every time we turned the shower on. The staff was top notch. Very informative and helpful but the building should probably never pass a health and safety inspection.

The only good thing about it was the proximity to Disneyland, it was " walkable" by about 2 miles to Downtown Disney and there were 2 close restaurants to the hotel. We were able to use their small ofc for internet and printing and basic continental breakfast with drinks and breads. The bad things were the condition of the hotel, very old, definitely […] need upgrade, filthy rooms ESP bathroom. Cheap towels, would recommend to bring your own, still had old hairs left on them. Sheets had old stains very low quality, had to use my own pillows. Did not feel very secure with location. Not even reasonable with price no matter how cheap it was! It was easy to check in. The lobby staff was friendly. The cleaning staff not so much. I had to ask for wash cloths. I had to ask that the garbage be removed from my room. The only thing this place had going for it was that it was accessible to the convention center. (A short 3 Min walk)

Nice location, just a short walk from the back entrance of CA Adventure. The rooms were a bit cramped but the beds were very comfortable. Our room had 4 beds so everyone had lots of sleeping room. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

The service was not so bad. The room was good. However, I could not get WIFI. If you need it, you need to ask the room near their office. Otherwise, I like this hotel.

I was a little hesitant about this property, but was pleasantly surprised. While it is older and lacks luxury, it was clean, quiet and very convenient to Disney. The beds were comfortable, but the towels were in need of replacement. Great place to stay if your on a buget. its walking distance to convention center, very short drive to disneyland parking. had some things to be desired though, door lock was hard to lock, bathroom wasnt the nicest but seemed clean, the contanental breakfast was muffins and coffee, how about some fruit? Location is great, the hotel itself is not. The towels were ratty and stained, the bathroom was gross, old, ratty, chewed up cabinets and mildew covered fixtures. The sheets on the bed didn't even fully cover the mattress. I could hear the neighbors talking and every time they would go into their bathroom it would make our "suite" door shake like they […] were trying to break in. The parking lot was a mess, and filled up so that we had to park our car illegally in the lot on one night. This hotel is the most run down, uncared for hotel I have ever stayed in. I wasn't able to check in until 3:30pm. The first room I was offered smelled like pure urine. I complained and at least was moved to another room on the lower level. The carpet was very dirty. The bathtub was chipped and cracking. The towels in the bathroom looked like maid services […] cleaned with them and then washed them. I was very disappointed with this hotel overall. So close to Disneyland but needs updating in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are small and in need of repair and updating. bring your own pillows and towels.

Great location the hotel is a little old but it works out.

We had the 2 room "deluxe suite", and while it was 2 rooms, suite is overstating it. Reading the other reviews, we came prepared with slippers for our feet, and they were needed. The place is definitely old and in need of some work to update. We didn't see anything wrong with the surrounding neighborhood, and it is a short stroll to the parks. If you want breakfast don't stay here. The continental breakfast consists of packaged muffins and coffee. You also need to get down to "breakfast" before 8:30, if not they pack it up EARLY and you get nothing. The room we stayed in had a huge iron burn in the carpet and the carpet was dirty. First, the room is disgusting. It was not clean, the shower didn't work and the tub was chipped over about 30% of the tub. It was gross. There was hair everywhere. The room smelled horrible and when I turned off a light switch the outlet sent out sparks and pops. Very dirty. If you are looking for cost, then this is an acceptable motel. If you want the normal amenities, stay away.

This hotel was a great price and a good location to get to Disneyland. The staff was also nice, however the rooms really need to be remodeled. The size is great but it was so old and dirty, we had to leave as soon as we could.

Hotel was horibble! Do yourself the favor and spend the extra $20 to stay in a nicer place. You get what you pay for.

Pros: Price, Fridge was really cold, employees were very kind and friendly. Pool is heated. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of room to move around and nothing to worry about the kids breaking. Cons: Cleaning service could have been better. Shower curtains were made of cloth causing water to pool outside the shower. Complimentary continental breakfast […] was just packaged pastries (They did tell us this in advance because I called and asked.) We had to request towels multiple times. This hotel is OLD and has not been updated in quite awhile. We had a no smoking room and were told that if we smoked they would charge a fee that was more than the nightly room rate. The room already smelled like someone had smoked in it and the bathroom window was open when we arrived. I've been to some pretty horrible hotels/motels all over the country, and this is by far one of the worst. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are in the same price range and are so much nicer. Just an FYI.

It is a nice hotel. But the shower head is good for someone who is about 5 ft. The channel selection is poor. But nice that it is a block from Disneyland.

It was horrible experience. So durty, so noizy.... I will tell my friend and our community not go to this motel. Service also so terrible.

Super friendly staff, great location. No laundry or hot tub, no in room coffee maker but the staff is great and there is continental breakfast. We had an unexpected car problem and thy were nice enough to let us fix it in the parking lot and even loaned us a few tools.

We visit Disney frequently and have stayed at nice hotels and cheap hotels. There truly aren't any that are both nice and cheap. We need to rent two rooms due to our family size so staying at more expensive hotels is double what a family of four would spend, so when we expect to stay at the park all day and just sleep in the room, we bite the bullet […] and go to one of these less expensive hotels. So, on the positive side, it was cheap. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really liked that they had a computer in front to check into my airline and print out my boarding pass. When we had a clogged toilet, they were responsive to deal with it. It is very close to the park (we enter through the Grand Californian which now lets anyone with a ticket to enter California Adventure through that hotel). It is across the street from Coco's which is a fine place to get a hot fresh breakfast. Parking is free. On the negative side, the rooms had a dank smell. It didn't take long to get used to that - but I wonder what is in that air. The rooms are about the size of any basic hotel room, but the bathroom seems a bit smaller. The water would go back and forth between hot and cold. The carpet was frayed so much between the bathroom and the bedroom I stepped on the carpet tack strip. Our Internet access seemed unavailable so I had to go through my phone for it. We were able to hear our neighbors on all sides very easily, especially the screaming parents next to us who were up at 6 AM and in bed by 1 AM. That all said, we got what we paid for. It was cheap, some of it was nice, we were close to the park, and the staff was friendly. We didn't sleep all that well and the showers were kept short, but it was OK. If you want to save money and are willing to overlook some things, this is a good place to stay. Continua a leggere

This hotel is very old and has no upgrades! Our room heater didn't work, the shower rod was peeling however for the price is was just fine. The sheets and towels were clean and since we only slept there it is fine. We bought a $10 bus pass and the stop is just a 1/2 a block away and takes you to main gate. It is located next to cocos and tiffys, two […] great, cheap homestyle restaurants. The pool isn't heated but it is refreshing. It's incredibly close to Disneyland, but without the "resort taxes" other hotels/motels charge. The motel is rather old, but in good repair. My room didn't have a bathtub and I was traveling with my kids who love a good soak, but the evening manager made it right and transferred us to another room immediately. Excellent customer service! Older hotel. Tub enamel was peeling (personally, if I was the hotel owner, I wouldn't rent out that room until the tub was reglazed, very poor taste). Staff is very nice and helpful. First we find the hotel would not let us park a second car because we get one parking space and the clerk proceeded to tell us "well most people car pool" so rude. We had to park a block down the street and check on the car daily. The hotel was 3miles from disneyland not across the street. The shower was full of mold. The door wouldn't shut. The room […] was dirty and ran down. The hairdryer didn't work. The outlets didn't work. Everytime you walked by the tv the picture would go and everytime you sat on the bed the light would flicker on and off. The breakfast is packaged pasterys that taste like old dirt. This used to be the Parkside years ago..a ultra run-down place that was very poorly maintained and rough-shod. Now known as the Eden Roc we took a chance on a one night stay..assuming it would at least be updated..nope..our room 407 (etched on an actual old key !) was as expected..a very old run old spot with dirty curtains, a shower straight out of […] the 60's with broken drain, the mirror was chipped, the towels threadbare, the clothes rack with no hangers and so on...this spot charges a rate close to the nearby Quality Inn and Best Western which are *worlds* above in terms of comfort and cleanliness...it does surprise me this property wouldn't invest in better fixtures since it isn't hard to get new items such as a mirror at Home Depot for next to nothing, so I don't feel bad about giving it a not-recommended for anything beyond a place to sleep short term since they clearly don't aspire to being anything more than they are...1 step beyond a hostel... which, to always end on a positive, if that's what you're looking for, at least it's location is decent, and has an OK pool. Hotel requires a deposit that is more than the cost of the room for damages or smoke. Using a credit card takes 3 to 5 business days to post back to your account. If you pay cash you get your money as soon as you check out without the room being inspected. So what's the point. The room was old nothing modern, hardly any lights. When I arrived, Sara was on duty. She was very polite, professional and let me take a look at a room to make sure I liked it. When the heater did not work, they changed me to another room close by, and again let me first inspect it. This hotel had 3 of the top things I deem important; a soft clean bed, hot water and a close walk to Disneyland. That was about it. The suite had a lot of room which was good for our family. For the amount of time we spent there, it was tolerable. I am not usually a picky person but I must admit that the bathroom was horrible. If just a little money was put back into the hotel for for a fresh coat of paint and an update of the bathroom it would make all the difference. So my family and I went to Disneyland. Since we were spending most of the day at the park we only really needed a place to sleep. This was the cheapest place around so we thought we'd give it try. It met our needs. It had a grab and go breakfast that was perfect for eating on the way to the park. It was about a 15 minute walk or so. We would cut through […] Downtown Disney. Right across the street was a Coco's restaurant. It was perfect because it was way cheaper than food at Disneyland. We'd stop their on the way home and eat in the comfort of our own room. Our room had fridge and Microwave. We happened to have one of the updated rooms. Some of our family was on the other side of the hotel and was more outdated. We didn't run into many problems.
