Ottimo hotel, camera spaziosa e comoda e ben tenuto. La gestione dell'hotel è eccellenyte e la cordialità del personale è massima. I costi del ristorante sono invece eccessivi per quanto offre

Novotel Bern Expo si trova a Berna, a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: Expo di Berna, Stade de Suisse Wankdorf e Bundeshaus. Nella stessa area sono inoltre presenti: Museo Paul Klee e Berner Munster.
Caratteristiche dell'hotel

"Problema della lingua."
Mi sem bra assurdo che nei due giorni nessuno della reception conosca la lingua italiana, una nazione che confina con la Svizzera.

L'hotel sorge in posizione decentrata , ma ben collegata con il centro storico. E' un pò anonimo , ma tutto funziona per il meglio e il personale è disponibile e simpatico.

"Good hotel for visiting Bern"
This hotel is of a good standard and is in a good location for visting the city. From the tram stop opposite the hotel you can get directly into the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room comfortable.
Part of the Novotel chain - a certain standard is assured.
"NOVOTEL BERN EXPO"
I would highly recommend this hotel, it was such a pleasure to stay in it, after 11hrs on the road it was great to lay down on a most comfortable bed! They are also very child friendly and the breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you. i also found the rates to be very good.

A perfectly adequate, although not luxurious, hotel in Bern. We thought it would be within walking distance of the old quarter, but it really isn't. You need a car to get around. Only accessible by bus or taxi. Lack of dining options in the area. Have to walk for about 20-30mins to get to Old Town. Did not like the fact that the toilet area and shower area are separate. (They are at 2 ends of a L-shape). Really quiet area.

The Novotel was one of only a few hotels that had availability on short notice. It was quite expensive, but comparable with other places in Bern. The breakfast was good, but again fairly pricey and NOT included with our room price. The people at the front desk were better than good they were extremely helpful A young lady named Marina was more than helpful .

The only thing to improve is the cleaning and change the bed sheets .

At least with a Novotel you know what you're getting. No charm, but a clean consistent room with a decent bathroom. This place is located within easy walking distance of the old city and is easy to get to with a car and has underground parking. I would stay there again.

The hotel room is excellent, nicely decorated with lots of room. The hotel is not as close to the city center as one would like. But there is a convenient tram station right outside across the street from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel highly.

"Sauberkeit, Zimmermädchen"
Haare im Wasserkocher-Filter, Zimmermädchen kam 2-mal ins Zimmer am Sonntagmorgen während wir noch dort waren, um 0800 und um 0900, beide Male mussten wir rufen sie solle weggehen. Wir haben nur eine Übernachtung gebucht, deswegen verstehe ich nicht warum das Zimmermädchen vor unserem Auschecken überhaupt reinkommen sollte. Weiter war im Fernseher noch […] zu lesen "Guten Tag Herr Rene Meier", obwohl ich Gerber heisse. Der Fernseher ist überhaupt für ein vier Stern Hotel veraltet und mühsam zu bedienen (Musik kostet, Fernseher konnte ich nicht innerhalb von 5 minuten einschalten, also habe ich es sein lassen). sehr ärgerlich war, dass die Parkgarage voll war und die obenstehenden Parkbuchten so eng, dass wir unseren Jeep sogar an der Mauer beschädigten. Dies dürfte bei einem Preis von SFR. 14,-- /Tag nicht passieren. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde erklärt, dass die Parkplätze an Eishockey Gäste verkauft wurden und wir nachts um 12 umparken könnten...
Freundlicher Hotelservice, gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis, gutes Morgenbuffet. Kann nur weiter empfohlen werden.

Ideale Lage. Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Zimmer gut. Guter Preis. Aber Zimmerpreis ist nicht gleich Endpreis. Man sollte etwas mehr auf Frühstückkosten achten! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.

Wir suchten nach einer geeigneten Übernachtung in der Nähe eines Restaurants und haben deshalb im Novotel gebucht. Alles war prima. Zimmer sauber, modern, zweckmässig. Super wäre, wenn man am Morgen einen 'Kaffee to go' an der Bar oder im Zmorgenrestaurant bestellen könnte. Leider hat es keine Becher zum Mitnehmen. Sonst alles prima.
"Als Austeller an der Messe ideal"
Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar neben der BEA EXPO, der Berner Messe. Als Austeller ist diese Nähe super. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet wenn auch meiner Frau die Steckdose im Bad für das Glätteisen gefehlt hat. Leider war es nicht möglich eine 2. Bettdecke zu erhalten.

Las habitaciones eran correctas, los baños tambien. Las vistas malas porque era el 2º piso. Un poco lejos del centro. Pero la impresión del hotel ha sido buena. Importante zona wifi e internet gratis en la planta baja.

"Super Preis Leistung Verhältnis"
Super Hôtel, leider ein bischen weit weg vom Bern Zentrum, aber Perfekt für Messe und Sportanlass. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr gross, aber gut konzipiert und sauber. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und kompetent. Bei unserer nächsten Besuch in Bern werden wir wieder zur Novotel gehen.
Ideal für Messebesuch, Besuch der Arena oder des Stade de Suisse.

Deux remarques: - je m'attendais à pouvoir me faire comprendre en français, à la réception d'un grand hôtel suisse: ce n'était pas le cas - la chambre ne possède pas de store: le rideau, même pas foncé, ne filtre pas du tout la lumière, qui nous a donc réveillés à une heure très matinale.
