ottima esperienza. un 5 stelle reali di fronte al mare e a un passo dalla meravigliosa piazza del duomo. molto bene sotto ogni punto di vista. un po' macchinoso per il parcheggio, visto che è nel cuore di ortigia, ma è dettaglio di poco conto. bravi!

The hotel staff were very poor; inefficient on reception, stroppy in the pool and starchy in the restaurant.

Really excited when we saw the location of the hotel,right on the seafront and looking forward to the seaview room we had paid extra for and the anticipation of really good treatment as I had emailed ahead that it was my husband's birthday.We were given a lovely room,but no view as it was blocked by trees.After 2hours of negotiation,we were reluctantly […] given a room with a view,but the quality of the room was poor-leaking shower,tiny bathroom with no bath.We were promised a better room the next day,but that never materialised.The service did not live up to its 5 star status and the room was only worthy of 3 stars.Very dissappointing for the price. This hotel was located just one block from the Piazza in Siracusa. However, it took FOREVER to find this place! We arrived after dark, and the hotel is not well advertised. We circled the island about 5 times before we realized we kept passing right by it! Hotel location is in the old part of town which is nice however it is situated in a very very noisy location were people congregate on Saturday night until very late to party and since the hotel has absolutely no sound proofing at all, being on the 1st floor, we could hear everything people were saying like if they were in our bedroom. Horrible when […] we had gotten up at 5am that morning to go on our holiday and we had to wait well after 1am the following day to be able to sleep. the inside of the hotel is no better since we could here the maids very early in the morning (we were by the service stairs) and ever during late afternoon - they talked loud to each other and were making a lot of noise at 6pm in the evening??? we were trying to have a siesta as the sat night had been very short but Sunday afternoon was impossible to enjoy either as they still were cleaning some rooms or so it seems. Incredible! the next day, we checked out exhausted at the lack of sleep. That morning I had actually be woken up by a hoover noise in our corridor at 7.30am - when I came out angry I realised the noise actually came from the lobby area - it sounded like they were right outside our door! unbelievable!. I think it is a shame because the hotel is very beautiful inside - I liked the decor and staff were pleasant however they seriously need to sound proof their bedrooms because if clients cannot sleep properly in a 5* hotels this is useless to have 5* as far as I am concerned they might as well have only 2 or 3 or even none. We left really tired when we were supposed to be on holiday for a rest. This is even more incredible because of the fact that it is supposed to be a spa too i.e. have treatments to relax etc... how can you enjoyu your treatments if you cannot sleep at night? This is a gem. Located in a great part of the city, beautiful design of common spaces and rooms, wonderful views. The rooftop breakfast is great and the view from the roof is to die for. As others have noted, it is hard to find this hotel on the narrow, one way streets of Syracusa, and parking is not close to the hotel, but those are minor conveniences […] for a hotel that is memorable. This is a hard hotel to get to, if you don't have a real good map. You can go around in circles a few times, on one way streets that are so narrow you can barely fit. They did not have a bell man available when we arrived. Luckily the manager took charge and helped us with the luggage. The rooms are small but clean and nice. Overall a good experien […] ce. Once we found the hotel,it was great. However, as others said, it's difficult to find, largely because of the traffic situation in Siracusa, and the staff was not helpful on the telephone (told us to go to a geographic landmark and then ask, but we had no idea what or where the landmark was.) The location was very good: hotel is within walking distance from the historic center, and it has a beautiful view of the sea. However, if you travel, be prepared to spend a lot of time, first finding the hotel y most of all getting to the parking, which is at the outskirts of the center. It takes about an hour, first a short walk and then a ride on […] a free bus.The other inconvenience, despite very nicely appointed rooms, was the shower. The floor of the shower was at the same level as the bathroom floor; only a plastic curtain would stop some of the water from spreading around.Excellent breakfast at a terrace overlooking the water. This hotel has a prime location, however, the rooms and especially bathrooms are so outdated.The Entrance and Breakfast area on the roof are impressive, but it's not enough.

Tres bien, petit déjeuner spectaculaire mais service un peu trop long pour le standing et pas assez frais

Cet hotel est vraiment bien. tres bonne situation, a deux pas des lieux principaux d' Ortigie! Chambre tres joliement decore. Petit dejeuner tres varie et avec un personnel avenant. Un reel sens du service! Par contre quelques points negatifs: 1 Mal insonnorise (on entend les voisins se doucher...) 2 Difficile a trouver : remonter la rue aregusa et […] non la rue indiquee dans l adresse. 3 Piscine payante car l'acces n est autorise que si l on porte un bonnet de bain. Tout est parfait... manque juste la piscine mais petite (très petite) plage locale juste au pied de l'hotel.

3年振り2度目の滞在。オルティージャ島のアレトゥーサの泉すぐ側の立地で近隣環境も極めて良好。朝食もとれる最上階レストランは眺めが最高。無線LANは有料。近くに中華レストランも有。宿泊した部屋からの眺望も良好。浴槽有。また来ます。

We booked twin bed but the bed we got was double and had only one big blanket. We saw once a cockroach in the room but it run away to the corridor.

El hotel esta muy bien situado y esta muy bien que disponga de spa, sobretodo en verano que hace mucho calor. La habitacion estaba bien.

établissement très bien situé, en bord de mer (balcon avec vue superbe, notamment lors du coucher de soleil).service de qualité (peignoirs, chaussons, baignoire à remous), belle salle de petit déjeûner avec un buffet copieux et un service attentionné. Zimmer waren sehr schön, neu renoviert. Frühstück war reichlich mit vielen Leckereien, serviert im Restaurant im obersten Geschoß. Von dort konnte man auch auf die sehr schöne Dachterasse mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und Siracusa.

Hotel merveillement situé sur la baie d'Ortigia,ce qui permet de visiter la vieille ville à pied sans problème (parking public de la ville trés bon marché signalé par l'hôtel pour 24h à proximité relative). Nous n'avons pas goûté la cuisine du restaurant.

Hotel muy bueno pero nada recomendado para ir en habitación estandar, nos dieron una que daba a un patio donde estaba la maquinaria de aire y cocina y no pudimos dormir nada, al día siguiente exigimos un cambio de habitación. Creo que se le ha caído alguna estrella por el camino, en la habitación habia ducha en vez de bañera y el baño era pequeño. el […] mantenimiento del hotel no es muy bueno. L'hôtel joui d'une situation remarquable en revanche certains services sont à revoir. Accueil trés limite ce qui a entraîné la recherche de notre chambre pendant au moins 20 minutes. D'autre part la piscine était soit disant fermée mais on nous a proposé de la voir (incroyable). La propreté de la chambre était trés limite ( surtout le sol). Dernière […] mésaventure le lendemain matin quand on s'est présenté à la salle du petit déjeuner on nous a signifié que ce n'était pas compris dans notre réservation. Chambre dite "deluxe" !!! trop petite pour trois. Tres bons petits dejeuners avec vue splendide du 5eme étage. Hotel tres bien situé sur Ortigya. Plutôt 4* que 5*

tres bien placé , de belles chambres Parking a l'autre bout d'Ortygie mais mise a disposition gratuite d'un taxi pour vous accompagner jusqu'au parking.Une belle terrase pour prendre le petit dejeuner
