Valutare la convenienza della pensione completa perchè appena fuori dall'hotel ci sono molti ristoranti dove si mangia con pochi euro a persona. Il mare in quel punto non era pieno di alghe.

Hotel perfetto in tutto pulito massima cortesia e disponibilità piscina e mare in loco molto tranquillo in zona lontana dai rumori e dal traffico. Diverimenti di ogni genere con sala giochi e moltissime attrazioni nella spiaggia di fronte.

Extremely friendly staff, comfortable bed, great sea view from the balcony. Shower was in a bath which was awkward and the bath leaked which meant the bathroom was awash whenever you showered. There was no tour desk. Staff were not well-informed about possible tour itineraries. They recommended hiring taxi drivers, who would take you to particular destinations, but could not provide combined itineraries such as can be found on the Internet. The hotel is nice, clean, friendly staff, good location on the beach. Just a bit quiet and the bar function is not the best one. I booked just the room but I think is a good idea to get "all inclusive" option its worth the money you pay, the drinks are to expensive to buy apart Good breakfast. Was great holiday!!

We stayed at this hotel in January 2013. We found the hotel OK in general but there were a few things that could be improved. We found that the room was clean in general but the shower curtain over the bath was grubby. A few chips in the bath and sink. The meals were bland and could be greatly improved with a better choice of fruit at meal times and […] not the same fruit each meal time, The breakfast cereal also did not change in our 7 days again could be improved. Stayed from 11 to 19 January. Good friendly and helpful staff. All seemed to speak English and smiled readily, appeared honest. Charges generally quite reasonable. Our rooms were roomy and clean but a little tired, needing some maintenance work to ensure everything worked (fridge needed defrosting, safe missing, basin drain plug wouldn't close .... The […] pool area was excellent. Clean, with lots of shade around the perimeter - great for families, convenient to adjacent beach and various activities. Our biggest issues were services across the street such as currency exchange, supermarket, buying SIM card, etc. Many locals are blatant thieves and use any opportunity to short change transactions in their favour. Myself, wife and three children (19,17,8) arrived at the hotel mid afternoon, We were greeted by two friendly porters and our cases were immediately collected from the taxi and we were escorted to the open lobby to check in and were given free Mocktails while we completed the paperwork. First impressions were very good. We Were escorted to the Deluxe […] Room(s) and were unimpressed, the rooms were not the size, condition or in the position we expected. We returned to reception and asked to a view a superior room but the additional cost they asked seamed excessive as this room although larger also had no view,so we decided to stay in the original rooms. We were also told that no rooms with a view were available as the hotel was fully booked, this was a lie as we discoverd the hotel was only at 60% capacity. We were aware before we booked that the hotel is due for an update this year (although this has now been postponed until next year) and it definately needs a refit and more general maintanance, in our room we had the following problems: Smoke detector missing, Cupboard doors with no handles, sliding doors that would not slide or lock, bath cracked and coating missing, wall lights not working, wires visible to plug in standing light, bathroom floor tiles very badly stained, safe missing! Beside this, the staff were very good, room service was swift, the room cleaning was excellent, food was good, the grounds and pool were well maintained. It was value for money. Continua a leggere

The hotel itself is tired and in need of renovations which I believe is happening this year. Rooms were ok but in need of refurbishing, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing as the food and presentation wasn't very appealing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Over all it was a good experience. But feel that the bathroom should be atleast like a 4*. What we found was a normal bathroom like a 3* one. Other wise location wise is good and food at the Chop-Sticks and Hotel was good.Thanks.

The hotel is a little tired (undergoing a substantial renovation and closed from the end of March next year for a prolonged period) however the facilities, food and service are all good. There is plenty of choice on the varied and changing menu and drinks selection and the 'all inclusive' package is good value.

Really happy with our stay at Club Bali Mirage. Location was fantastic (right on the beach front) food really good, friendly service and nice comfortable rooms. The staff were very accommodating and most of all "flexible". The outdoor pool area was very relaxing and the pool was well kept and a perfect temperature. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel was perfect for my 5yr old son and myself. The staff were wonderful, helpful and cleaned our room everyday . The even spray for bugs and mozzies each afternoon. The pool is a great size, as is the garden. The beach isn't spectacular when you come from Australia but it was cleaned of rubbish each morning. There's a great supermarket across […] the street and plenty of $6 massage and beauty shops across the road, it's not new and sparkly but if you want marble floors, water aerobics, yoga and a bigger pool you can just walk in next door to the bigger Grand Bali mirage for no extra cost. My son loved escaping the afternoon heat there in the bigger kids club room. This place is closing down next April. Such a shame as there's plenty of bigger unfriendly hotels along this road.. Unfortyu7nately the hotel is ageing a little and jthe up keep isn't quite up to scratch it needs a paint job, a derust and a few toothbrushes to properly clean the bathrooms rather then just a wipe over. Our room was looking over the pool and beach. It had a fabulous four poster bed with a canopy (romantic room. The number of restaurants close to the hotel was excellent. We greatly appreciated not being in the heart of the Kuta tourist district. Taxis cost only $8 to get to Kuta to go shopping or sight- seeing. You don't need to dress up and don't pack many clothes - we used one of the laundry services available and they were cheap and easy to use. Being right on the beach there were plenty of water sports activities in which to indulge as well as little shops along the way to buy clothes or have massages. It was heavenly being able to sit around the pool and swim or go to the bar/restaurant if we felt like it. This sort of holiday is made for people who need to relax and unwind but still want to be able to participate in adventure activities or shopping and sight-seeing. A good place to stay for a few days if you don't want to spend a lot of money on accommodation. There are plenty of good restaurants to choose from in the area and access to the beach is directly behind the hotel.

What a bargain, all inclusive is the way to go. The food is pretty average but that's what I expected with the price we paid, can't complain. A lot of the staff were a bit blunt and rude compared the the multiple other accom I've stayed in. Overall a great little hotel in nusa dua

We knew by the pictures what we were getting and it was spot on, we only spent the nights there sleeping and were out and about seeing the sites and the experiencing the local culture after breakfast. Stayed one week Bed and Breakfast as family, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff, good location for watersports and Turtle "Island". Other meals at hotel were a bit expensive but plenty of choice of restaurants behind the hotel. Groceries and ATM also very close to hotel.

Generally a very pleasant stay. Room was not very big but kept clean and tidy. Food was the biggest disappointment. One particularly bad experience when ordered beef rangang. it was cold, large cubes and tough.... basically unedible.

CLUB MED WAS JUST WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR THIS HOLIDAY. TO RELAX. EVERYTHING NEEDED WAS HERE. LOVELY POOL,BEACH, LOTS OF SHADE, IF NEEDED. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS, WITH PRIVATE BALCONY. Hotel was listed as 4*, but compared with 4* in Thailand I would put it down to 2/3*. There was no in room safe, even though advertised and stae of room was n a bad state of disrepair. On the upside, staff are very friendly. Would not stay here again, better hotels are available in the area for same cost or less.

The meals and drinks were expensive by comparison to other hotels I have stayed in. US$5 dollars for a Bali beer is ridiculous. The beer had been opened so I paid, but voiced my objection - needless to say bought nothing after that. The staff were lovely, no complaints there, rooms were cleaned and beds made well. The building is starting to show some […] wear and tear and needs some tlc. In our room the water ran out of the shower over the bathtub and onto the floor - bit slippery those tiles. Walking in puddles to go to the toilet is not fun. My mothers room did not have the same problem with the water, but the doors to the balcony were a bit sticky to open. A great cheaper hotel..Upgraded our room to a 2 room suite which was large and well equipped...Yes this hotel is a bit older but it is more than comfortable...Staff are superb and nothing is too hard for them..The pool area is really well maintained and has water sports at the beach area..Food is more than ample and a good selection for breakfast including […] eggs sausages cereals breads fruits bacon and other items..Location is great and great restraunts in the street...Try the Casanova..it is the best restraunt around and the chicken fillet with pepper sauce and veg was to die for...The hotel drivers are the best around and will take you all over the island for the cheapest cost available...It cost us $30 aus for a driver and a car for around 10 hours...The sister resort Bali Mirage next door is magnificent and a massive complex and you are free to use its facilities...Overall the resort was very good and very cheap to stay...It was around a 1/3rd of the cost if we stayed next door so no complaints there..Overall we had a great stay and would definately stay here again... Yoga on the beach each morning at Grand Mirage next door (which is the sister hotel and you can use facilities) and the instructors were very good and made everyone welcome. Right on the beach and you can walk to a few other hotels. Musical entertainment and a Balinese show were unexpected extras. Very good hotel. Value for money. Only negative is sports: it is all available at the sister hotel Grand Bali Mirage and if you're not all-inclusive, you have to pay for gym, aqua-aerobics etc. And elevator was not working!

The hotel was ok for what we paid. Our bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived and wasn't washed for the whole week we were there. Yukk. The breakfast was good if you stuck to eggs and fruit. there were some very wierd and wonderful breakfast items. there was no food or drink service around the pool which is unusual for Bali. Generally OK. Food ordinary and expensive. Did not appreciate manager trying to charge me twice for meals. About $125.00 AUD. Only gave in when i threatened to call Police. Ruined my experience of Bali. Would not stay there again - although had intended to return next February.
