The hotel was excellent, but the dining room is not recommended, especially for special needs. We only had dinner once, and did not try any other meals.
We were more than satisifed with the room we got at this hotel. The room was spacious, and included a sink in the bathroom as well as a seperate vanity. The staff was friendly and very responsive whenever we had a question or needed something. The only downside is that the breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel. "the Mount Robson inn -Jasper"
I spent 3 nights at the Mount Robson inn – Jasper. The hotel is right in the entrance to the city, so it was easy to find. The room was well quipped, nicely lighten, clean and comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and helpful when ever I asked.

The price of the room is too expensive for the content. I will not book again at this Hotel at this price
"Small Room"
Booked a room with double bed. Was told that they hold an "economy queen room" for Expedia bookings. Not much room for two people to navigate. At least linen was clean.

"Mount Robson Inn-close to town, large room"
The room was large compared with many others in the Jasper area. Location is OK, only a few blocks form town a ten minute walk. The room had a small fridge and a microwave which allowed us to eat in the room more often save money eating in restaurants. On site parking was very convenient.

My stay at Mount Robson Inn was just as I wanted it to be. Quiet, Very helpful staff. Good service at all levels. Just need to reveiw the quality of their coffee.

The Mount Robson Inn offered a compact and clean room with the highest pressure shower I have ever experienced in a hotel room. None of that low-flow garbage that spits water at you. "Mount Robson..Jasper"
Basically this is a motel rather than a hotel. Location is a long walk from downtown, and is on the main road into town.Need a car to go anywhere. Pricing seemed a little expensive for a motel, especially when it was off season. Restaurant was not open. OK place to stay as long as you know it`s a motel and you have transportation.

beds are very uncomfortable (hard) as well as the pillows (cheap pillows) otherwise rooms were clean enough.......hotel office staff were very accommodating and friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel before, i like it alot.Its closer to the ski hill. But i have a problem with hotel .com.I payed more for a single room,Then a double how is this possible.I asked the front desk person she said if i would of booked it with them it would of been much cheaper.

Very nice motel for those looking for a place to stay rather than the "experience". Nice and close to the mountain which is convenient. It would be nice if they would allow snowboards, etc in the rooms as I I do not prefer to lock it in a bin where others have access to a key, or in my car. "Nice, but expensive for what you get"
The hotel was clean. It's a very small room, really just big enough for the bed. The bed was really uncomfortable. I woke up about 5 times a night and my back and shoulders hurt for days. The shower was very nice - great pressure and lots of hot water. We didn't test out the hot tubs. We ate breakfast in the hotel each morning. "The Mount Robson Inn in Jasper, AB"
We booked the Whistler Suite and a standard room for an 'extended family' vacation over Christmas. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the service and amenities great. Staff were accommodating and attentive with out being overbearing. We had plenty of room in the suite for family games nights and socializing. "City sounds, mountain surroundings"
This hotel was extremely loud- at all hours. The walls must have been poorly insulated and paper thin. Throughout the night, we woke up every hour, and every time we could hear loud voices- loud enough to make out the words of the conversation. At one point, we had to call the front desk and request that they look into a drunk group of people drinking […] and smoking right outside our door. A very clean and well maintained hotel most definitely, as to be expected. Well located and great staff as well as quiet. Parking wasn't very good but that wasn't entirely the fault of the hotel and not ash tray friendly. Only major thing for me was the amount it was to stay there for two nights. "Mt Robsin Inn on edge of town"
Older motel with room doors to the outside. Some rooms not updated. Of all the rooms I booked in Banff and Jasper, thios one was the most expensive I stayed in. Banff Hotels a better value.

The Mount Robson Inn itself was great, clean, comfortable room and amazing hot tub. The restauant however was definitely one of the worst that we've ever eaten in. Three of us had three different meals and all three were left practically untouched! Canned soup and frozen dinners would of been much better. Very noisy, drunk people that were not evicted despite inumerous complaints from other hotel guests. My room was the smallest I have ever been in. The add said there was a microwave - there wasn't any. Noise travels from room to room, staff was not friendly at all. You could feel that even they did not want to work in such a place. Although allocated room was very small it was comfortble and adequate. The included free buffet breakfast was an added bonus as was being able to park your vehicle at your room door.

"Best Hotel / Inn for the Money in Jasper!"
Never been to Jasper before but I have stayed in many 5 star and 4 star hotels and I would love to say this is a great inn. From clean rooms the super friendly staff. My family enjoyed it so much. They offer a few selection of hot breakfast items complimentary which saves you alot of money. The cost of this inn was super cheap and I was skeptical because […] of the photos. They simply do not do justice. It is in the best location near the town of Jasper and the main highways. Make sure you ask for Point of Interests around Jasper to the front desk. A must see attraction is the Gondola Tram at Whistler Mountain. Excellent views from top of Whistler Mountain gives you a magnificent view of almost all the peaks. A must see. Continua a leggere
"The Robson is a basic no frills hotel"
This hotel met all of the basic needs. It looked like an old motel. The bed was uncomfortable. The location is good. The price was great. If you are looking for a clean, no frills hotel at a great price this is for you. However, if you want something a bit larger, more up-to-date and a comfortable bed, try somewhere else.

The room was clean, and I liked the bothroom. It was bigger than I expected. A weird thing was the air conditioner in the room. I turned up the heat, but suddenly it switched to cooler. Even I turned off the air conditioner, it was turned on suddenly.

Hotel room was much nicer than expected from my initial impression of the exterior. Outside looked fine for a privately owned hotel/motel: freshly painted, hot tub, clean, but not as fancy as the chains.
