Fantastico hotel, camera spaziosa, letto a 3 piazze fantastico! Lo consiglio vivamente

L'Hotel è molto bello. A pochissima distanza da Karlsplatz (dove è anche presente la metropolitana), dal Duomo di Santo Stefano e dal Palazzo Imperiale Hofburg. Noi avevamo prenotato una superior ed era super accessoriata con TV al plasma da circa 40 pollici, divano, poltroncina e tavolino, mi immagino cosa potesse essere la camera deluxe. Il minibar […] contenente acqua, coca cola, birra e succhi di frutta è gratuito. Come il caffè e il tè da farsi con bollitore anche quest'ultimo in stanza. Il bagno era dotato sia di vasca che doccia separate. Una cosa sfiziosa era lo specchio da trucco. Andateci senza indugio, l'unico consiglio che vi posso dare è nella scelta della stanza. Noi abbiamo scelto una superior ed era dotata di letto queen size che, come sapete è una via di mezzo tra la piazza e mezza e il letto matrimoniale. Noi non avevamo particolari esigenze essendo di statura media entrambi, ma vi consiglio di valutare la cosa. Continua a leggere

The Le Meridien has the service and condition you would expect, but the shower area in the bathroom could use a door. It has a 2 additional water flow systems besides the main shower, but it's impossible to keep the entire bathroom from 'flooding' after taking a shower. Other than that, my stay was great. Convenient location and comfortable bed.

great location, friendly staff. had a certificate for free capuccino at the Le Moet cafe in the room which was a nice touch.

I can't recommend this hotel more highly, especially to those traveling to Vienna for cultural reasons. All the major musical institutions are within 5 minutes' walk and the hotel itself is superb.

It was very nice seven days in Le Meridien because of its artistic atmosphere inside and outside, nice room and bathroom. We enjoyed Wien, but loved to come back to hotel and have cozy evening around.

The Meridien possibly tries a little too hard to be be cool and modern, but this would doubtless appeal to many of its clientele who appear to be fashion victims or dubious new money from Russia. However, for all that, it is actually a comfortable and welcoming environment in which to stay. This is my number 1 hotel among others in Europe, friendly staffs, service with professionalism, clean & fully equipped room. Best location, close to everywhere. Highly recommended & definilty will choose this hotel in our next trip.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Meridien. It is in a very convenient location - right next to Wiener Staatsoper (also where the bus tours depart from), as well as a pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. It's also just a 5 minute walk to the big museums and art galleries. The hotel itself was very clean. Staff were all very polite. The room […] was comfortable. My only issues were the lack of English-language TV channels, and that there was no door to the shower stall so it was very easy to get the bathroom floor wet. On the other hand, free wireless was very useful, and the complimentary mini-bar was a nice touch (one bottle of still water, one sparkling water, an apple juice, an orange juice, Coke and beer refilled every day). My booking didn't include breakfast, but there were plenty of cafes nearby so I had no trouble trying out a new place for breakfast every day. Continua a leggere

Modern is the style of decor. I would give this all 5s but my first room had a busted A/C unit making the room intolerably hot. The staff didn't hesitate in changing my room immediately. They first offered maintenance staff to have a look. That step I do not like, it's as if they don't believe me that the unit was broken. I have been to Vienna a number of times. I was traveling this time with my son, 17 years old. I chose Le Meridien for the location; hotels.com great price and the reviews. The location is excellent and the hotel is nice. Small but nice health club, sauna, etc. My big complaint is with the bathrooms. The hotel is very modern in the rooms and common areas. […] The bathroom shower, however, is just open glass. No door. Every time we took a shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor and into the room. We had to leave soaked towels and the floor to create a "dam" to keep the water in. I complained about the flooding but nothing was done- or could be done- about it. That was fairly unpleasant. Otherwise, staff was polite and did their best. Location is excellent and the price was great but the leaking bathrooms detracted from the experience. Continua a leggere

This is a great hotel: super location in the Old Town; convenient for the metro; spacious and modern rooms; bathroom with freestanding roll top bath and a shower big enough to have a party in; first class service; ... I will definately stay at this hotel again.

Probably the best location in Vienna if you are coming for tourism or leisure, close to all the museums and the shopping areas. Hotel is beautifully decorated in bauhaus style. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at the Le Meridien Wein; the room was beautiful and clean. The hotel manager sent up a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The location was great, right on the ringstrausse next to the Opera. The staff was very helpful and spoke English well. A big plus was free internet and a free, daily re-stocked […] mini-fridge. My only complaint would be about the frosted glass bathroom doors / wall which was awkward and in my opinion a poor design decision. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel! Continua a leggere

Perfect location, perfect modern rooms, perfect hotel. Very helpful front desk, and all speak perfect Engligh. Also, very gay-friendly hotel. Tip: Ask for a room facing outside towards the street, as opposed to the interior court.

The location of the hotel is excellent on the Ring Road by the Opera House. The staff were always extremely helpful and friendly. This was an excellent stay of 7 days. Careful of breakfast. Expensive but not the best I've seen in Europe by a long shot.

Surpassed our expectations in every way....we loved this hotel! We arrived by train and took a short subway ride to the hotel which was no problem. The decor in the room and hotel lobby was modern and very classy. Our room was clean and had very tall ceilings and windows and looked out to the famous Opernring street which is very close to the Opera […] House. Bathroom was very upscale with a great shower and vanity area. Mini-bar was stocked with all types of juice, water, soda, and a beer and was included as part of our room price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here, again, since we very much enjoyed our stay. Continua a leggere

Very nice hotel, I'd stay there again! Very modern decor so don't expect the "old world charm". The shower was actually GREAT - you can play with the setting, as not to flood the bathroom.... (saw other posts about people not liking the shower) Recomended

Great place for visiting the Museums and National Library, the State Opera House which are just a few blocks away, and the shopping areas. Handy to the underground metro and the streetcars and busses. Good room, with very good service. One problem for some people ... the restaurant and the bar area seem to be very loud and popular. Great hotel, very centrally located next to the Opera House. Rooms were very nice with contemporary decor. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant was a little too zoomy for our liking and the food was OK. Very good value for he money.

The Meridien Hotel is in an excellent location in Vienna - one block away from the Opera House, and across the street from a park abutting the Hapsburg Palace. It is a very contemporary hotel, so the decor was not what we prefer, but it was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. We celebrated my husband's birthday while in Vienna, and […] they upgraded our room and sent us a bottle of Champagne. And the shower is incredible - all kinds of jets! We enjoyed it. I stayed at the Le Meridien in Vienna w/my partner for 3 nights. We loved Vienna and the location of the hotel is terrific, right on the ring near the Karlsplatz. The hotel struck us as a bit odd in that it tries a bit too hard to be chic. The lobby is not warm and inviting and is filled with ugly modern art. The signage w/in the hotel is rather confusing […] and the elevators are too dark. We did love the showers in the bedrooms and the pool and hot tub. Other criticisms: rooms are a bit tattered and worn, housekeeping is a bit lax in filling the free minibar, A/C is not sufficient, bathroom isnt lit well, and movies on the in room tv are 19 euros! Would stay here again, but would look elsewhere too. Not a bad hotel, just nothing particularly special. Continua a leggere

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well-maintained hotel and room. Room was modern and very comfortable. The bathroom in the room was increible - stall shower with 3 level shower heads, claw foot tub, very spacious bathroom for Europe! TV, internet service, complimentary mini-bar were all great. This hotel was by far the very nicest Euro-modern hotel I've ever stayed in. The beds were amazing. The windows from our room overlooked the rooftops of Vienna with a view of St. Stephen's Cathedral in the backdrop. The bathrooms were just amazing. Wonderful hotel with great staff, facilities, and location right beside everything you will have time to see in Vienna, which is a fantastic city to visit and walk about. Koeling van de kamers met airco beperkt, kamers zijn vrij warm

Vi var lidt utilfredse med, at værelset var det mindste i katagorien og uden badekar, hvilket der var på de øvrige værelser på etagen. Men den største udfordring var, at vandet ikke løb ned i afløbet, men ud på badeværelsesgulvet, hvor der stod blankt vand over hele gulvet.

Vi bestilte fra denne kjeden etter en fantastisk hotellopplevelse på Le Meridien i Porto for noen år siden. Fikk et bortgjemt standardrom med løst toalettlokk, leselampe på vei til å falle ned og glassdørs-sperre til bad på vei til å falle av og der gummisikring var vekke og metall slo mot glass. Fikk bytte rom uten problemer. Bra. 7-8 trappetrinn […] fra heisetasje til hotellrometasjen vår, til nytt rom. Mye støy fra aircondition. Baropplevelsen var mildt sagt underlig. Standard Mohito ble sendt tilbake to ganger og deretter gitt opp siden ikke engang i nærheten av det den skal smake. Byttet ett av to rom til minisuite på andre dag som følge av at bestillingen for dette rommet ble gjort separat. Da vi kom inn i rommet, lå velkomstbrev til annen celeber gjest på bordet, sammen med en sjokolade/bærinstallasjon som bar preg av ett døgns tid i romtemperatur. (Vi ble usikre på om vi var kommet rett og sjekket dette ut med resepsjon, romtildelingen var riktig) Frokost overpriset, men god og omfattende, betjeningen virket overarbeidet, men vennlig. Kort sagt. Her er det en jobb å gjøre på sjekk av rutiner. Den femte stjernen bør ikke overleve lenge uten at noe gjøres. Dette var skuffende og siste gang på denne hotellkjeden for vårt vedkommende. Synd for oss, siden vi hadde store forventninger, og synd for hotellet siden vi også var der for å sjekke det ut for en jobbweekend med 100 kolleger/ektefeller. Enormt nöjd med vistelsen på Le Meridien. Givet att priset är bra kommer jag garanterat boka detta igen. Bodde i ett "Superior-rum" med stor säng, fint badrum och väldigt bra rum generellt. Ska jag peka på något som inte var 100% så var det mini-baren på hotellrummet. Den är "free of charge" men när man öppnar den inser man varför...det fanns vatten […] och cola men det var i princip allt. I övrigt inget negativt att notera alls! Continua a leggere

O Hotel é SUPER moderno e muito bem localizado para se conhecer Vienna, seja a pé ou pelo metro. Quarto confortável, internet funcionou muito bem. Para ser perfeito poderiam incluir o café da manhã na diária.
