Ben collocato, vicino alla stazione e al centro, con camere modeste ma spaziose. Prima colazione abbondante e variata. Parcheggio coperto autonomo ma collegato direttamente all'hotel. Ricevimento con personale disponibile e gentile. Ottimo ber brevi soggiorni o come tappa di trasferimento.

hotel di buon livello, ottima posizione ma il parcheggio?? costa 25 euro al giorno, decisamente esagerato per i prezzi di Zagabria! il problema che il parcheggio in strada è di un'ora max, quindi occhio alle multe!

This Arcotel hotel is conveniently located near the city center. My wife and I could walk to the main square in about 15 minutes. Alternatively, there is an above ground trolley stop near the hotel that can take you to and from the main square. If you are driving, street parking is free from midnight until 7 in the morning. The hotel is located next door to a slot casino if you like to gamble and the neighborhood is very safe. The hotel itself is very modern. The rooms are spacious with modern amenities including plenty of outlets to charge electronic devices and a regular shower. The beds are not the most comfortable but they are still decent. The DVD player does not read American-formatted movies. Included in my price was a buffet breakfast each morning which was excellent, including scrambled eggs, pacakes, sausages, fresh fruit, a variety of juices and teas, chocolate croissants, and different cheeses and sliced meats. The hotel is very close to the Train Station and Main Bus Station. But it is a little bit far from the city center. (~20 walking). Hotel accomodation is good, but everything (including slippers) out of fixed price.

We stayed there a couple of nights before heading back to England. The staff were helpful though the reception was always busy. The breakfast is very varied and really good quality, and it's served until late. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom very clean and functional. There are some nice quirky details that makes it not too much of a "business" […] only hotel. The bar downstairs is quite cool and drinks have decent prices. The hotel restaurant has a good menu and the dishes we had were delicious. The restaurant staff went the extra mile serving us dinner when we were the only customers, turning up at about 10pm! It's a bit out of the way but the tram runs just in front of it. If you stay longer in Zagreb you might want a more central location in a more traditional hotel but for a city break this hotel is perfect. Continua a leggere

Quite modern design, elegant rooms, nothing special but everything OK. Slightly away from the centre / old town, mostly business clients

This is not normally the kind of hotel we stay in (we prefer smaller hotels with more charm and character), but for an overnight stay between a train trip and the pickup of a rental car it was excellent. The service could not have been better, nor could the comfort of the room, with wonderful bed linens and towels and a great bathroom. The view of the […] railway tracks was a negative, and dinner in the restaurant just okay, but for our purposes that didn't really matter. The breakfast buffet was more than ample. We didn't spend any time in Zagreb, so can't comment on that. This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean comfortable and have most of the amenities you would want. However, like most Croatian hotels, its air conditioning is enemic (just enough to claim that there is a/c). The only deficit to this hotel is the location. It is also directly across the stree from the train station which attracts large crowds and a large cast of characters. This hotel is not a 4 star. It is a 3 star hotel with nice service and a great breakfast. The hotel to me is very tacky. Overpriced

The hotel was awesome, they had a fabulous breakfast and great location right by the main train station. The staff was very helpful when we asked for a place to eat.

We stayed here one night before heading off around the country. Our stay was generally very pleasant. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was good. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom clean. There were nice little touches such as a couple of apples in a special holder on the wall and a lamp with different colour throws to create different […] moods. The only downside really was that double bed was actually two singles pushed together. There's an underground car-park, but you have to pay - I think about £18 for an overnight stay. I was pleased with the room. It was spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty good, there was free internet access and the staff were helpful and friendly. It seems very safe-you need your key card to use the elevator. My only complaint was that when I came back to the hotel at 1:30am,the front door was locked and there was no one at the front desk […] to let me in. I walked around the building and in through a shopping mall and found a security guard who was able to find a staff member to let me in. I wish they had told me about that. The location was good-near the train station and an 8 minute walk to the bus station that brings you to the airport and about 15 minutes to the center of town. The price was very reasonable too. The hotel was very new and well organised. The staff could not do enough. Our only gripe was that although they advertised parking available at a fee, I wasnt expecting it to be so much. At time of visit (July 2010) it was 200HRK/day (thats about £25 a day). Thought the design of this hotel was really nice. It was conveniently located next to the train station. We arrived at 7am in the morning from the train station (5 minute walk and easy to find) and thought that we would have to drop our bags and go out sightseeing as check in is in the afternoon sometime. Two computers in the lobby for easy and free internet access. The breakfast was the best one I had while traveling through Croatia with an assortment of fruits, cheese and cakes. We have nothing but good things to say about the Arcotel Allegra in Zagreb. The daily breakfast was fantastic. You don't need a meal til evening. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The tram stop is steps from the entrance. Seniors ride free. The train station is 4 blocks from the hotel and the bus station is only five blocks in the other […] direction. From the train station, everyone rides the tram free for the first two stops which is enough to get to the center of town. If you come into town by bus from the airport, walk though the bus station to the main street. With your back to the station, go left to the first main light, turn left and walk 4 blocks to the hotel. No need for a tram. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Everyone speaks English. Some older people on the streets speak only Croatian but Zagreb is a wonderful city that has fewer tourists than it deserves. Nice hotel, friendly staff and free, no-fuss, wi-fi - what more can you wish for? Oh, and the breakfast was really good. And the location is convenient - walking distance from the train station, the bus station (from the airport you can take the bus into town for 30 kn rathe than the 200kn taxi) and the city centre.

To be honest, I never experienced a comfortable hotel bed in Croatia, or most of Europe, but everything else was more than up to par. We were able to use the city mass transit system to get around, but found out we were very close to the main part of the city for sight-seeing. The hotel was very good for our modest budget. Close the old city - 10 minute walk. Modern, very clean with good facilities including good restaurant and bar. Friendly and accomodating staff. Excellent breakfast buffet included in the room rate. We would return.

Ilmastoitu hotelli lähellä päärautatieasemaa, mutta oli myös kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Alue ei ole rautatieaseman läheisyydestä johtuen hämyinen, vaan turvallinen ja vehreä. Aamiainen on myös monipuolinen ja palvelu pelaa. Valitsisin uudelleenkin.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit-mehrsprachig! Frühstück super Auswahl Hotel sehr sauber! Kingsize Bett leider mit 2 Matrazen und nicht eine grosse, sonst alles sehr angenehm! gemütlicher Spa Bereich!

部屋は適度に広さがあって、窓からの風景もさえぎるものがなく開放的。また、清潔感もあり、フロント、ハウスキーパーの対応もよく、朝食はパンがおいしい。 難点は、ネットがつながったたりつながらなかったりで、ネットセキュリティがサポートされていないこと。また、予約時のウェブサイトではスパ利用可となっているが、部屋にその利用方法に関する説明がないこと。

Det var anden gang jeg boede på dette hotel under et kort ophold i Zagreb, begge gange i forbindelse med arbejde. Første gang var det lidt bedre end anden gang, hvor det ikke lykkedes mig at få massage da massøren desværre ikke havde tid. Men alt i alt er hotellet ganske glimrende til prisen. Det er rent og pænt, god service og de har en udmærket restaurant. […] Det ligger ikke helt så centralt, men stadig centralt nok til at man kan gå ind i centrum hvis man har et par timer. 新しい建物でショッピングモール内にある便利なホテルです。 また、エアポートバス・長距離バスが出発・到着する中央バスターミナルから歩いて10分程度の場所にあり、プリトヴィツェ国立公園へ行くためにザグレブで一泊するという方には最適な場所だと思います。（バスターミナルを出て左に進み、トラムが通る大きな通りを渡って左折してしばらくの場所です。） ザグレブの中心も近く徒歩圏内なので、移動にもザグレブ観光にもどちらにもおすすめです。 通路は若干暗かったですが、お部屋は新しく清潔、広さも十分で大変満足でした。トイレ・バスもシンプルですが、清潔で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ただ、写真にあるようにクッション、ベッドライナー等に有名人（？）の顔が描かれた布が使われていましたが、あまり趣味が良いとは思えま […] せんでした。クッション、ベットカバーは外せばいいので、不満というほどではありませんが・・・ 朝食も比較的種類が豊富で美味しくいただきました。 ザグレブの前に訪れたドブロブニクでもそうでしたが、個人的にはクロアチアのアップルジュールは酸味があってとてもおいしいかったです！ Continua a leggere

Buen hotel, muy cerca de la estación de tren y a 10 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad. Al costado del hotel hay cines que generan movimiento de gente hasta tarde, dando seguridad al área y también servicios de comida rápida. Recomendable.
