Ok la logistica per quanto riguarda la vicinanza con la stazione, un po' meno per il resto del quartiere, non troppo raccomandabile. ottima posizione, vcino alla stazione ma non si sentono rumori.molt soddisfatto ma l'unico neo è che non sanno fare il caffè: vi consiglio a colazione di non berlo, fà veramente schifo ma daltronde noi italiani siamo dei cultori del caffè......per il resto ottimo hotel consigliato vivamete

camera molto piccola ma pulita,,bel bagno recentemente ristrutturato,buono per un 3 stelle, va bene la colazione, carina l'idea del cestino della merenda,ma...attenzione, è lontano dal centro e dal mare, soprattutto la sera meglio prendereun taxi o muoversi in auto. il parking di fronte è molto caro.

Se […] è domenica conviene cercare posto della strade vicine dove il parcheggio è gratuito. A 10 minuti a piedi da Nicetoile e dalla via principale di nizza. A 5 minuti dalla Metro e dalla stazione. The hotel was very easy to find from the railway station and only about 15 mins by bus from the airport. Staff were all very friendly but Norbert was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Very close to tram line & bus links too - or a pleasant walk from Old Town if you prefer. Great location (only 1 min walk to the train station and direct bus link from/to the airport). Takes approx 20 mins to walk to the main area of Nice. The room was clean and convenient and the breakfast was good as well.

The hotel is very close to Nice Ville train station, and it is only a short walk away from the city centre area. The rooms are very clean and nicely decrorated, and reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Old hotel in Nice near the railway station. Booked this hotel because it was on the bus route to the airport which we were travelling from the next day. Good for bus services around Nice and easy to get to most places. Public transport is cheap in this area. The streets around the hotel were a bit on the rough side. I didn't love or hate this hotel. I had intended to stay only in Nice to go to Monaco via train, but it was clear the hotel wasn't aware of the schedule times and halfheartedly told me that they knew for sure the train ran every half an hour. The location is next to the train station which was convenient, but always filled with many young men walking […] the streets (not the best neighborhood to find yourself at night). Hotel very good overall. Very central, 5 min from train station and ten minutes or less from stores and restaurants. However the Promenaide de l'Anglais is a good 20-25 min walk. FYI. And I am a fast walker. Staff was very very helpful and help me plan my stay of 9 days. Had been in Nice many times before so I explored the lil villages around by bus. […] When you arrive buy a 7 day pass for all buses Lignes d'azur w 15 euros. Saves you money, Norbert was genuinly helpful and extremely good in planning my visits around. His English is perfect and he is the best hotel has. His co-workers are very helpful too but not so personable. Very clean, quiet room, has a lil fridge. Room size normal for Europe or big cities. Breakfast decent and fresh. Coffee bad. Go get an caffee or expresso. Lunch box is a nice touch but only got my water since walked around and didn't want to carry stuff around. If you are vegetarian like me there is a good Indian on the way to main bldv very good and affordable and peaceful. Not many clients since kind of on the side. I totally recommend this hotel. Simply the best value you'll find, ever! Staff were wonderful, very welcoming and whilst the rooms are compact and the area is typical "transit" territory being near the station the hotel was faultless - good breakfast AND a worthwhile lunch pack with sandwich, fruit, drink and crisp. Excellent.

Good location, public paid parking across the street at the train station, typical small room as in other European cities, walking distance to major shopping, dining area, friendly front dest staff. We reserved a double room but found it very small for 2 with no place to lay out luggages. The hotel exchanged it with a 3-person room with no extra charge. […] There is free breakfast and lunch box. Not for luxurious vacation but adequate for a night in Nice to catch a flight the next day. We didn't find safety a concern at all. This hotel was made all the better due to the staff of the hotel. Helpful at all times. My only real criticism was the size of the room that was not obvious from the photos which I have no doubt made it more difficult to hoover. Other than that, book direct with the hotel, it will be cheaper.

The hotel was quite nice. The room was smaller than expected and although a suitcase stand was provided there was not much space to put it up. We only had one large towel in the room, and had to ring for a second one. Otherwise the service was pretty good - we arrived first thing in the morning and although we could not check in so early, they looked […] after our luggage for us, gave us a map and explained how to get to the centre of Nice without us asking them. However, when I wanted them to make a phone call to confirm a hotel pick-up time for a tour we had booked for the following day, they wouldn't do it, apparently because they were too busy that time of day - seemed to think it unimportant although our voucher said to confirm the time a day in advance. (The tourist office rang for us, however.) We did appreciate the provided packed lunch. We chose this hotel because it was close to the railway station and (as usual for such a location) the area was not the best and it was a bit of a hike to the main shopping street and down to the coast. Excellent location opposite side of road to Nice main Railway station and a Multi Storey car park. We had a main road facing room with no noise disturbance at night. Staff could not have been more friendly and spoke English really well. Positioned very close to the sea front, about 15 minutes walk, via the Avenue Jean Medici which has many shops and […] restaurants. Buffet breakfast, Cereal,Yoghurt,Ham,Cheese and Pastries. Excellent Services with nice room. Very close to the train station and town centre. It's just 20 mins train journey away from Monaco.For people who cannot afford the high hotel prices in Monte Carlo, this is absolutely value for money. Will come again in the future.

Yes, it is a little bit of a walk to the main area, but if you don't mind that (I didn't) then it is a great hotel (esp. for early morning trains out of Nice). But the neighborhood is dodgy and walking around at night wasn't the safest.

It's a decent budget hotels. Rooms are very small and the walls are very thin, and you have to walk for 10 minutes to get down to the beach and most popular restaurants. Slightly uncomfortable area at night, good if you're traveling by train.

For a 3 Star this is a really good quality hotel, ideally close to the train station and Airport. They even throw in a free lunch box every day. Not many hotels do that. Overall really impressed.

Luckily we had two rooms at the hotel as our balcony door refused to open and despite asking a couple of times for it to be looked at it never did. Some of the staff were very friendly others less so. The rooms were adequate and the beds were very comfortable. The Bathroom was nice and clean. You get tea and coffee and a welcome drink and a lunch bag […] on your first day. Shame they haven't got a bar. Although Nice is quite expensive the public transport is very cheap. Three minute walk from Nice ville railway station. Hop-on hop off tourist bus operates from outside the station. Blue tourist bus also operates from the railway station - takes you down a fanstastic scenic route to Eze, Monaco, Monte Carlo, and even as far as the border town of Menton for the price of 1 Euro each way!! Brilliant location 100metres from the central station, to catch direct trains to Monaco and Cannes. Tram located in front of he station which takes you to the old town for the best eating out spots and the promenade de anglias, costs only €1 per person. We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and generally we were satisfied with it. The reception people were very friendly and helpfull, they gave good advices about dining, travel, train, etc., especially Norbert, he was really great and surprisingly speaking Hungarian, he was very helpfull. The room was a bit small, but acceptable and clean (and we didn't spend […] too much time in it). The breakfast service was a bit poor, if it was a bit more busy, then you had to wait allways to get knives or glasses, etc. The location of the hotel is also good, very easy access from the airport with bus 99 and it is 100 meter from railway station as well. The downside of the close station is the homeless people around, when the evening was coming (after the first experience, we avoided it by using alternative roads. All together, it was OK. The hotel is on the good side of functional. Whilst the location is ideal for transportation, it is a 20 minute walk from the key attractions. The area is a little shabby/undesirable, but keeping to the busy main road at night was no extra bother. The service from staff was good, with most being multi-lingual for those with little French. On arrival […] I was handed a map & offered a brief intro to the city. The amenities were fine, with the room covering all the necessities i.e. comfortable bed, shower, air-con etc though I was unable to activate the heating. I arrived early & forgot the check-in time, but was allowed to leave my case with reception until 2pm. I did still have to wait a little while to check-in, and towels were provided for me later. Breakfast was simple continental, which was fine, though those expecting a little more for 3 stars & above would be disappointed. The basic lunchbox (sandwich, fruit, drink, crisps) was inconsistent and not provided on the bank holiday. I received a complimentary drink at a time of my choosing, and used the free wifi. Checking out was a little awkward but no bother, and I left my case until later in the evening at no extra charge. Overall I was satisfied with my stay, the hotel served its purpose acceptably, though those seeking a more immediate/extravagant experience of Nice might prefer to stay closer to the centre.
