hotel/residence di recentissima costruzione, moderno anche negli arredamenti, camere che sono mini-appartamenti con possibilità di avere la colazione (abbondante e abbastanza varia), pulito, a 100 mt dalla fermata del tram che porta nella città vecchia e di fronte a un centro commerciale con Carrefour e McDonald's (che consente di risparmiare cucinandosi i pasti da soli - c'è una mini-cucina ma completa di tutto, anche microonde, lavastoviglie e piano a induzione). Nel complesso, ben pochi difetti!

Ancorché periferica rispetto al centro di Antibes, ed in un quartiere collinare suburbano ancora in fase di insediamento, l'Hotel - con piccoli spazi comuni ma piuttosto confortevoli - è nella posizione ideale quale punto di partenza per ogni escursione in Costa Azzurra. Non ha attrattive serali, se non - se piace - un grande Bowling con caffetteria a non più di 100 metri. Non sufficientemente segnalato nelle recensioni di altri utenti, a non più di 5 min di auto si trova il parco della Valmasque, con numerose aree attrezzate per pic-nic.

mostra tutti gli hotel a Nizzastanze troppo piccole per una coppia di adulti, evitare le stanze esposte sulla strada principale (Avenue Thiers). I mini-croissant sono buoni!

"Good value and staff try very hard to please"
We stayed a night here - good location for the rail system although the surrounding area is not the most upmarket. The hotel is clean and the room, tho' small, had everything we needed. It smelt as if someone had smoked in it despite the hotel being non-smoking but opening the window meant that was not a major issue. "Best Western Riviera Nice"
A good hotel regarding position - the tram is very near as is the station but there are very few decent restaurants nearby. For two ladies, this posed a problem as the area is not a good one to be walking in at night. Friendly staff, packed lunch a plus and breakfast ok if a bit repetitive. Good value for money.

Our stay at the Riviera was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We stayed many times at other BW hotels, and if we had known that the Riviera is so nice we would have planned for a longer stay.

"great hotel"
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in January. The hotel is located close to the railway station and just few minutes from the main shopping street and 10 minutes from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not very large but they are very clean with comfortable bed and a flatscreen TV with 2 english and 1 german channel. The […] bathroom is very clean and has a bathtub. The breakfast is fully satisfactory with variety of food to choose from. The hotel has a free WiFi. The free lunch package every day is great. It contains sandwiches, chips, fruit and bottle of water. If you are looking for super luxurious hotel, then this one is not it. But if you want a hotel with comforatable, very clean and nicely decorated rooms, then this is the right place for you. Friendly staff, free WiFi and lunch package are great. "Best Western Riviera Nice - a great place to stay"
It was so good to arrive at Nice Rail Station and take a short walk to our Hotel, be greeted warmly then given a cool fruit juice. The reception staff were warm and welcoming at all times as if we were very special. They gave excellent advice and even researched information for us about the Pre- Alps then brought in a heap of brochures from the info […] Centre To top it off when we returned at the end of the day the staff were interested in how our day went and what we had done. Our room was good size with a balcony, comfy beds and a very nice bathroom - we asked ourselves is this really only a 3 star it was so nice. Breakfast and the lunch box were superb.Plus the Hotel put us on to a fabulous reasonably priced nearby cafe, we had to go back again it was so good. "Best Western Riviera Nice great value for money."
Excellent budget hotel as a base for visiting other towns as well as Nice itself. Train & tram within 5 mins walk. Good clean rooms with daily servicing of towels etc. Good buffet breakfast & packed lunch was a bonus.Would stay there again without doubt & tell family & friends to do the same.

It is amazing that for the price we paid, we not only got a good room in a good location, we also got a welcome drink, breakfast each morning and a lunch to go with chicken salad sandwich, water, chips and sliced apple. Great value! The staff is exceptional as well. They gave out information without being asked. Only the air conditioning in the room […] didn't work very well. Only really needed it one day. Location of hotel is near the station,bus and trams.Easy to find,just left when you leave the station and down the road for 2 blocks. We chose to use public transport everywhere so this hotel was perfect as it is an easy walk from Nice railway station -remember to turn right out of the front door of the station as numbering is iffy - and it is another easier walk to the no. 99 bus to the airport. Once there we had enthusiastic and professional welcome from Natalia who also provided […] the free kir when we'd settled in. We had free buffet breakfasts, free little lunchtime picnics every day and great tv. The room wasn't large but had a little balcony, very good bathroom, tea and coffee making, sensible cupboard space. The service was allover excellent and caring. they were keen to give us tips about eating, sightseeing, shopping and couldn't have done more. Just don't go out at night late in the neighbourhood, as we did as slightly timid older people, but fine during the day. You can walk to the no.100 bus - about 30minutes through the old town where for one euro each you can reach Monaco in half an hour on the coastal scenic trip through pretty towns. "convenient, but a bit damp and dark"
Staff were polite. the location is a 15-20 minutes walk from the sea, but in a neighborhood I did not like full of sex-shops prostitutes and ... The breakfast was quite basic, but OK for a few days. The hallways were too dark, with no convenient lighting system. You have to walk to the light switch in a fully dark passage.

This one night stay was better than expected. While the room and shower were small, the staywas great. Breakfast was included, as well as welcome drink and a lunch box, which was a great plus. The staff were so nice, giving maps, directions, bus and train schedules. They could not have been nicer. The hotel was clean and a good value for 3 stars. "BW Riviera-Rooms aren't too nice but staff is!"
We recently stayed at the BW Riviera for one night before heading to Villefranche. The location by the train station is why we stayed there. Although the neighborhood is a little unsavory and the hotel is a little hostel like the staff really shined. I think that the hotel is very well located about ten mins walk from the sea front and right beside the train station which is brilliant for hopping on a train to cannes of Monaco. The rooms were nice but a bit small for moving around in. However the breakfast was lovely and it was really handy getting the very nice packed lunch each day, this saved […] time when going on day trips. "thrilled with Nice"
I would have to agree with all the reviews I read about this hotel when searching for accomodation in Nice.Very friendly and helpful staff.Very clean accomodation and while the avenue Thier is not the most attractive area it very accesible to the main streets of Nice.Wonderful stay in Nice and the hotel added to our great stay.

The major strength and the major weakness are the same: It's near the railroad station. Not a nice neighborhood, although better in the direction of the hotel than in the opposite direction.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, good breakfast - would recommend to all. Our room was on the top floor so we had a fantastic view over the rooftops of Nice. Only niggle - bed quite hard! Location great. Walkable to station, tram or sea front.

Very very friendly staff. Excellent service for the price listed. Got breakfast and lunch included!!!!!!. What more can you ask for. Excellent location as well. Just a stones throw from Gare Nice Ville and to all local amenities. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will also revisit if ever in Nice. Cheers!!!!

This hotel is quite small, probably best for a short stay. Staff are very helpful, and cleanliness is excellent. Our room was very small, but adequate. Could have had more drawers! Bathroom clean and we had clean towels every day. Breakfast was adequate, typical continental one,the usual food available. Free lunchbox was a bonus and saved us quite a […] bit of money. Our ten day stay at this hotel was made very enjoyable for a number of reasons. The room was comfortable, spacious, had a small fridge, good quality furnishings and an electricly operated window shutter which reduced traffic noise to a minimum. The en suite area was also good and towels were changed regularly during the daily cleaning. The continental […] breakfast together with a daily lunch box both of which were included in the overall price,were excellent and enabled us to have full days sightseeing. Small hotel, convenient to train station and tram. Tram provides quick access to Old Town and the Promenade. Excellen staff who are pleasant, competent, and have a "can do" attitude. Our only real […] complaint was with the surrounding area......not dangerous by any means, but just a little seedy, as you might find around other train stations. For example, there was an X rated sex cinema in the next block on our path to the train station and to the tram. Overall, good value and good service. I stayed in Nice for two nights with a friend. We were a bit sceptical worrrying what hotel would be like,as we got it at a good rate. Upon arrival we were in one word...delighted!! "Good for Short Stay"
We arrived in Nice by train, so this hotel was perfectly placed as it is less than 400m from the station (and car hire offices). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the seafront only 10 minutes' walk away. Staff were extremely pleasant, the hotel was very clean, and breakfast was fine. The rooms were relatively small for a Best Western - functional […] rather than plush - but fine for a short stay (we only stayed overnight, and would probably choose somewhere nearer the seafront with larger rooms - at a premium, mind - for a stay longer than a couple of days). We checked all the reviews and were not disappointed. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and the train station opposite makes it simple to travel anywhere along the coast. 15 minute walk to the promenade and beach was quite straightforward - plenty of bars along the route! The room was quite basic, bit on the small side, but clean and bathroom […] was well equipped. The only improvement to the room would be some drawer space, as there was only a shelf and a wardrobe for our clothes. We were on the 5th floor at the front of the hotel and there was some traffic noise from around 5am onwards, even though the balcony door was closed. The packed lunch was an absolute bonus and enabled us to enjoy our days out without worrying where to stop for lunch, the sandwich was tasty and fresh; can't fault it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffé was very good (though I missed the scrambled egg). A pleasent surprise was the complementary lunch box.

"Prisvärt"
Ett mycket prisvärt hotell som även är mycket fräscht. En bra frukost (i franska mått) och lunchboxen är ett trevligt initiativ. Rummen är inte jättestora men inte heller för små. Läget är helt ok, för oss passade det bra med att ha nära till stationen och en av de större shoppinggatorna. Det är inte heller särskilt långt till stranden och Promenade […] de Anglais.
