Personale dell'hotel altezzoso e poco sorridente. Più adatto ad una clientela business che family. Eccellente la colazione ma cara se non inclusa nella tariffa. Posizione eccellente e tranquilla di fronte alla Stazione di Montparnasse

Si tratta di un'albergo ben collegato vicinissimo alla RER C, che permette di raggiungere rapidamente il centro di Parigi e l'aeroporto di Orly. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ideale se non si hanno particolari pretese.

Posizione.
Posizionato vicino al lago, questo hotel per famiglie è ad appena 10 minuti di navetta dal Parco Disneyland Paris®. La navetta collega anche la stazione dei treni locale, dove i clienti possono prendere un treno RER A per Parigi e il tragitto è di 35 minuti. L'aeroporto Charles De Gaulle (CDG) è a circa 12 minuti dal Parco di Disneyland Paris® ed è collegato con un treno ad alta velocità. La Vallée Village, un elegante outlet, si trova a 2 km di distanza.
Caratteristiche dell'hotel.
Il Magic Circus Hotel di Disneyland Paris offre 2 piscine interne, con una piscina per bambini. In una grande sala giochi ci sono tavoli da biliardo, air hockey e tanti video game. I bambini più piccoli possono divertirsi nel parco giochi e nellagiostra in miniatura. La palestra è aperta tutto il giorno. L'hotel serve ogni giorno un'abbondante colazione gratuita a buffet. Il ristorante L'Etoile serve anche la cena e sono disponibili menu per bambini. Sia il ristorante sia il bar si affacciano su una terrazza con apertura stagionale sui giardini e sul lago. I biglietti per Disneyland Paris® possono essere acquistati alla reception. L'accesso a Internet in modalità Wi-Fi è disponibile in tutto l'albergo (con supplemento). Tra gli altri servizi sono inclusi il babysitting, il parcheggio gratuito e una reception aperta 24 ore su 24. Servizio di massaggio e manicure/pedicure disponibile. "Magic Circus Hotel Disneyland - pro e contro"
Elenco pro e contro della mia permanenza. Ricordo che l'albergo è molto vicino a Disneyland Paris ed è stato creato in pratica per servire al meglio questo parco. La mia permanenza è stata fondamentalmente per visitare il vicino parco. PRO: Servizio navette per il parco ineccepibile e mai affollato. Camera abbastanza spaziosa e luminosa oltre che pulita […] e confortevole. Letto "queen size" molto comodo e lungo, specialmente se, come me, siete abbastanza alti. Colazione abbondante sia di quantità che di possibilità, in pratica c'era parecchia roba sia dolce che salata. CONTRO: WI-FI disponibile solo a pagamento. Internet gratis solo per 2 computer fissi a disposizione di tutti ubicati nella hall. Ho chiesto alla reception indicazioni per la mattina della partenza visto che dovevo recarmi all'aereoporto molto presto; non mi hanno saputo aiutare granchè, alla fine mi hanno detto che avrei potuto usare il taxi visto che il loro servizio navette non era disponibile a quell'orario. Mi sono messo a cercare io in internet ed ho trovato molti servizi alternativi per le navette ed infatti ho prenotato chiamandoli a telefono spendendo molto meno del taxi. La mia stanza aveva: una delle due luci che illuminavano il lavabo all'altezza dello specchio nemmeno fulminata, semplicemente mancava proprio la lampadina, questo per più giorni. Il poggiarotolo si è staccato dal muro non appena ho preso la carta igienica; l'ho lasciato smontato in bagno; il giorno dopo era rimontato ma appena ho preso il rotolo si è ristaccato. Faccio notare che è un semplice mini-tubo di metallo che si avvita nel muro, evidentemente però danneggiato. Il poggia asciugamano aveva 2 plafoniere per renderlo più piacevole alla vista ma uno si è staccato senza averlo nemmeno toccato quasi. Lo scarico ogni 8-9 secondi faceva un rumore di acqua che passava (come se l'ospite della camera di sopra avesse tirato lo sciacquone per intenderci) per poi finire con un TAC. Ho soggiornato una notte presso questo hotel con i miei bimbi di 3 e 5 anni. La camera era ampia, con bagno perfetto (vasca grande con doccia con getto perfetto e acqua calda) e particolari a tema circense molto apprezzati dai pargoli. L'hotel è a 5 minuti di navetta (gratuita e con passaggi frequenti) dall'ingresso di Euro Disney, offre un a piscina […] coperta a misura di bimbo e un'ampia hall con giochi a disposizione dei più piccoli. Unica nota stonata la gestione lentissima del ristorante. Presentatevi al'ingresso del ristorante appena apre perchè non accettano prenotazioni e il personale, seppure molto gentile, è insufficiente per garantire tempi decenti del servizio. Noi abbiamo dovuto aspettare parecchio in fila che si loiberasse qualche tavolo e che i pochi camerieri apparecchiassero. Alla fine abbiamo potuto mangiare oltre le 22, con bimbi ormai stanchi e stra affamati. Ma i piatti, non proprio economici, sono ok e la colazione a buffet al mattino ottima e abbondante (senza problemi di attesa di tavoli ). Non potendo scrivere cifra esatta, dirò che abbiamo pagato una somma non spropositata per una stanza family con comodo letto matrimoniale e letto a castello separato da tendone colorate. Mi é piaciuto tanto . Parlano tante lingue e è molto confortabile . La colazione era optima, tanta varietà , il restaurante a la sera pmer me é um po' caro e il mangiare aveva poco sapore. Pero lo stezo lo consiglio.

Booked this hotel and then read some bad reviews so was expecting the worst but turned out to be a alrite! Stayed for 2 nights in a double room. Nice and clean, fresh towels everyday. Staff were very very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice loads to chose from. Definitly stay there again. Only bad point and im being picky is that […] the room was a little bit cramped but your not in disneyland to spend it sitting indoors are you? Would recomend this hotel to a friend. Brilliant stay, perfect for our stay to eurodisney. There where four adults in our room and the bunk beds where more than perfect for adults.Would definitely recommend these rooms for families. Only a short distance to eurodisney. Please get the tgv fast train to eurodisney from cdg it is a lot faster.
"Great value for the money"
Not really a 4 star hotel but very comfortable for the money. Don't miss breakfast (included in the room rate) but dinner is way too expensive for the quality of the food. Staff were very friendly.

"Nice hotel"
A very nice hotel with reasonable price. The buffet breakfast is also very good. The free shuttle bus services to Disneyland and railway station is not so good. ( Not comfortable with bad feeling ) So I spend 15 Euro to hire a taxi when I left.
The customer service was not very good,I mean the staffs at the reception did'nt want to answer enough!

This hotel not very close to Disneyland. The first time I check into a 4 star hotel which did not provide shower cap and toothbrush. Breakfast was quite nice especially croissant
"Stayed 2 nights during Easter"
Overall it is a nice hotel however there are a few things that could've made it better. Good things - it is close to disneyland and has a free shuttle bus operating. It is very big and located in a quiet area next to other hotels. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was reasonable. The car park was free Bad bits - We […] were given the wrong room upon arrival but that was quickly sorted once I pointed it put. I havent stayed in any of the Euro Disney hotels before and they may probably be the same in terms of experience. What I liked best about Magic Circus was their freindliness towards children. The staff is excellent and very patient. The breakfast room was full of children and the staff was not stressed at all. With two children aged 6 and 2 I couldnt […] have asked for a better hotel environment. The hotel lobby had enough to do for the children, although some of the games were exceptionally expensive like a game of pool was €4.00. The room was exactly as promised with comfortable bed and bunk bed for the children with a curtain and their own private TV, giving the parents a little privacy which is a luxury on a family holiday. The house keeping was a bit sluggish but I dont blame them especially in the time when the hotel is 100% occupied. The swimming pools could do with slightly warmer water, but that didnt stop the kids having a plunge. The kids pool is fantastic and best it has easy access to the rooms. The shuttle to Disneyland is very frequest and takes only 10 minutes to get there and run till midnight. All in all I will recommend this hotel for a family with children. Continua a leggere
"Perfect for a family visit to Disneyland"
Huge hotel but v well run. Perfect for Disney parks. We had a Family room with double and bunk beds - comfortable beds, fun circus-themed decor, large bathroom with bath & good shower + mini-fridge & safe in wardrobe. We were on 1st floor above the bar but had no problem with noise. The hotel reception staff were v helpful throughout. Ample parking […] and frequent free shuttle to Disney parks and RER station for easy access to Paris. Great buffet breakfast. "Save hundreds without sparing comfort"
We traveled to Disneyland Paris over spring break (2 adults, 1 seven-yr-old). If you look at what this hotel offers compared to those offered by the Disney Parks hotels, you will realize that you can save hundreds, perhaps thousands of dollars by staying off the Disney property WITHOUT sacrificing any of the comforts/benefits. "pleasant stay"
Breakfast absolutely lovely.
Nice hotel for the price. Staff were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful when needed. Thermostat knob missing and internet did not work in room, but not a big problem in March. Buffet breakfast was adequate and had good selection, nothing fancy.

This is a great family hotel. Convenient from train and to get to Disney. Breakfast is well-supplied and long-lasting. Two major issues: There are no deadbolts or safety stops on doors (they say it has to do with guest saftey re: fires) and no thermostatic control meant room was VERY hot in january. Needed window wide open to sleep.

The hotel represented the Magic Kingdom very well, the staff were very accommodating, the hotel was very clean and a lovely fresh aroma greeted us as we entered the foyer. Our stay at the Magic Circus Hotel could not be faulted. The room was clean and comfortable, check in was easy and efficient. The bus to Euro Disney was very frequent. Breakfast was excellent. Well appointed 4 star hotel within 5 min drive from main car park. Free parking at hotel and also Disneyland car park if you show your room pass at the barrier. Otherwise frequent shuttle bus service. Lovely kingsize bed and bunks for kids. Room adequate size. Good sized bathroom with nice hot shower. Safe provided in room for valuables. "Magic Circus in Disney 4 star? NOT!!"
On our arival the outside of the hotel looked a little shabby, in need of some decoration. We thought it might be better inside but we were mistaken.The linen was dirty when we arrived. The carpet looked like it needed a good clean. It had bits of stuck gum on it. We found rubbish under the bed, which must have been left from previous guests.The curtains […] were very dusty. The bathroom was not very clean. The toilet had dark brown marks at the bottom, in need of some bleach and the glasses which where in the bathroom had water stains at the bottom of them. After the bathroom was supposed to be cleaned, we still found toothpast in the sink and water marks on the mirror. We never saw a single room cleaner thoughout our stay. The swimming pool was not very appealing. Changing rooms not very clean and swimming pool was also not clean. Lots of bits floating around at the bottom. Great location, free shuttle buses to and from Disney are frequent. This did not feel like a 4* hotel though. Shabby round the edges, needs a good clean. Good buffet breakfast, suited us all, but gets very busy around 9am, likely to be a wait whilst they replenish hot food, floors under tables get dirty. No problems at 7am before the crowds though. […] I did tell the manager I thought it was grubby. Could be great if they spent some time and effort. The rooms are clean and OK. The breakfast buffet is very low quality; scrambled eggs are uneatable, croissants of lowest quality ever seen, canned fruits, .... The service in the restaurant is very poor and the dishes are served cold.

Great service by staffs and the lobby is great for kids as there were a lot of kiddy rides to keep the kids occupied while parents enjoy d drinks at d bar or waiting for the shuttle

This was a grate hotel I would go back again, the room was grate the little one loved the idea of the bunks with the curtin around like a circus tent. only thing was to eat it the hotel was very dear and i could't even eat my meal! and to buy a can of coke ect. cost 2.50euro. other then that hade a rate stay and woukd go back and stay here again

This was a very nice hotel. Close to Disneyland Paris. Service at the Hotel was great and the staff were all very friendly and multilingual. We did have some issues w/ the shuttle service to Disneyland and the Train station. It wasn't running when we came back from Paris due to the snow and we had to walk/get cab. Cab was extremely expensive because […] of the situation. Several of the shuttle drivers were rude and one almost left us while my kids were walking the 15 ft from the hotel door to the shuttle. "Convenient for Disney, tight fit for family"
The hotel was convenient for Disney, with buses every 15-25 minutes, and hence convenient for central Paris as well (40 minutes on RER A). The room was perhaps a little tight for 2 adults and two teenagers (never a problem in the US last summer). Eating in the hotel was very expensive, but this was true of almost everywhere near Disney.
