hotel/residence di recentissima costruzione, moderno anche negli arredamenti, camere che sono mini-appartamenti con possibilità di avere la colazione (abbondante e abbastanza varia), pulito, a 100 mt dalla fermata del tram che porta nella città vecchia e di fronte a un centro commerciale con Carrefour e McDonald's (che consente di risparmiare cucinandosi i pasti da soli - c'è una mini-cucina ma completa di tutto, anche microonde, lavastoviglie e piano a induzione). Nel complesso, ben pochi difetti!

Ancorché periferica rispetto al centro di Antibes, ed in un quartiere collinare suburbano ancora in fase di insediamento, l'Hotel - con piccoli spazi comuni ma piuttosto confortevoli - è nella posizione ideale quale punto di partenza per ogni escursione in Costa Azzurra. Non ha attrattive serali, se non - se piace - un grande Bowling con caffetteria a non più di 100 metri. Non sufficientemente segnalato nelle recensioni di altri utenti, a non più di 5 min di auto si trova il parco della Valmasque, con numerose aree attrezzate per pic-nic.

A Nizza, Nouvel Hotel si trova a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: Centro commerciale Nice Etoile, Place Massena e Cours Saleya. Nella stessa area sono inoltre presenti: Cathedrale Ste-Reparate e Musee d'Art Moderne et d'Art Contemporain.

"Hotelo Nouvel Nice"
Stayed for 4 nights. Great location. Quiet. Very expensive for a very small single room with very basic furnishings. Bathroom was tiny with very small shower. Hallway carperts need to be replaced. Reception staff not too friendly except for the very nice gentleman who worked nights.

"Not so Nouvel"
Friendly helpful staff, very central location, half way between railway station and beach. Ideal for tripping back and forth to Monaco. Let down by stained carpets and uncomfortably small shower complete with clingy curtain. Still reasonable value for Nice.

This was a great value 2 Star hotel in a prime location on the Boulevard Victor hugo. The hotel rooms are basic but very clean and the location is superb ..7 mins walk to beach 15mins to Old town and 5mins to all the main restaurants in Nice Town. There is a supermarket 5 mins away for bottles of water and french bread etc. the staff are friendly especially […] the night shift staff who always had a warm welcome to the guests. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting accomodation in Nice and booking through Hotels.com was so easy and they provided us with a great room rate..... also do not pay expensive taxi fares to/from airport ..the nbrs 98 and 99 buses are 4 euros and take u to either station or Casino Ruhl bus stops bothe not far to walk with small suitcases on wheels....Our stay here was GREAT GREAT GREAT.. Awesome location, a very nice hotel with all teh amenities of a 3 star, we got an excellent rate for a corner room with huge balcony, overlooking a chapel, the street the hotel is in is quite posh,the girls at reception desk doing morning shifts din't speak much English but the guy doing the evening shift was really really helpful and provided a 5 star […] service to us. Hotel is just walking distance from the tram stop Jean Medecine. With easy access to the Old town, the beach , the rail station and the bus stops.To reach the hotel by public transport from Airport take a day pass 4 EUR then take 99 to rail station, then take a tram to Jean Medecine or take the 98 bus from airport to Opera and then take the tram to Jean Medecine. THIS HOTEL IS JUST AWESOME, real value for money and would recommend to anybody visiting Nice on budget or on splurge !! Continua a leggere
Would not normally stay in a 2 star but found the hotel to be clean and comfortable although room quite small and basic
"Tired but convenient"
Once past the reception area this hotel is in severe need need of a makeover. The rooms are small and the carpet has stains of dubious origin. The bathroom had holes in the wall where soap and tissue dispensers had been removed, or fallen off. The breakfast was a waste of money and, as the notice said, 'more than one glass of orange juice and you will […] be charged'. On the plus side - good aircon., essential as the noise from the street precludes opening the window and the free wifi was a definite plus. The location is great and, like New York you don't go to Nice to enjoy the hotel. 5 minutes walk to the Prom des Anglais and you can forget all about the hotel and enjoy Nice it really is. "Very pleased with the hotel and staff friendliness"
Very nice hotel with friendly receptionists. Very good experience. Will stay there next time. Very close to the train station and the beach. The shopping mall is also close by and has a supermarket . Safe area to walk at night.

I stayed alone at the Nouvel Hotel for a few days before my boyfriend joined me in Nice. I chose it because it was centrally located and relatively inexpensive. It turned out to be a pretty bad experience. The light in the bathroom didn't work - it was so dark in that room I had to leave the door open to shower/use the toilet so it was fortunate I was […] staying alone! I asked if it could be fixed the day I arrived and 4 days later when I checked out, it was still broken. The condition of the room wasn't great and the girl who worked the desk downstairs was extremely rude. Internet service was an additional fee and i was unable to access it from my room- I had to sit with my laptop in the lobby. You do not go to Nice to stay in the Hotel, so what you need is something simple, close to the beach and with a reasonable price. This hotel provides you exatly that. It is close to the beach, easy to get from and to the airport by bus and the price is good. The building itself is very charming. "Charmerende bygning med slidt inventar"
Smuk rigtig fransk bygning med rigtig god beliggenhed, men meget slidt indvendig. Har boet der for år tilbage, hvor standarden var meget højere. Pletter på gulvtæppet, manglende pærer i lamperne, TVet virkede ikke, revnede fliser på badeværelset, hvor bruseren ikke virkede optimalt. Morgenmaden spartansk. Ikke alle portier`er venlige. viime keväästä hotellin kunto ja siisteys on mennyt alaspäin. Käytävien ja huoneiden lattiamatot olivat tahraiset, epäsiistit ja paikoittain risat. Kylpyhuoneissa tehdyt korjaukset näyttivät paikkauksilta.

Kauniilla ja tyylikkäällä puistokadulla sijainnut vanha ja arvokkaan olonen rakennus. Hotellin sisätilat olivat kuitenkin nuhjuiset ja aikansa eläneet. Huoneessa oli ranskalainen talon tyylin mukainen parveke puistokadulle, tosi kiva yllätys! Epäkohtina oli huoneessa mm. nariseva lattia ja siinä likaisen oloinen ja nuhjuinen kokolattiamatto. Kylpyhuone […] oli laatoitettu, mutta ei todellakaan houkutteleva että olisi esim. mennyt ammeeseen. Puhe kuului selvästi toisista huoneista. Hotellissa vierailee paljon venäläisiä, kuten silloinkin kun olin siellä, bussilastillinen. Mutta hotellin sijainti oli kätevä ja turvallinen kulkea, joten se korvasi hotellioloja! "Ett enkelt hotell med centralt läge."
Mycket lyhört i små rum och trånga badrum. Frukostbrödet är inte färskt utan är torrt och mycket hårt, svårt att skära i och men segt att tugga av. Dagrummet saknar bar så man kan inte ens få köpa ett glas juice. Hotellet saknar i första hand en engelskspråkig TV-kanal och i andra hand en tyskspråkig dito. Bra, hjälpsam och informativ personal.

Bonne situation géographique par rapport au centre ville mais climatisation en panne et chambre orientée sur la rue très bruyante dès que le fenêtre était ouverte. Fuite au niveau de l'évacuation du lavabo et accessoires de douches un peu vieux.

Chambre très modeste voire spartiate. Mais hotel situé pas très loin du bord de mer et je n'y était que pour dormir. un peu froid mais pas de couverture en plus. Et prix raisonnable vu la ville et ses environs.

Har bott många gånger på detta hotell. Därför är det lite tråkigt att konstatera att det mesta gått utför. Verkar vara dåligt underhållet, sängarna var absolut i hårdaste laget, duvorna hade tagit över förnsterblecket och frukosten lämnar en hel del att önska. Blev tilldelade ett rum alldeles intill kök och gemensam toalett, medförde en hel del slammer […] och störningar i form av prat, sena kvällar och tidiga mornar. Har bodd her før, vært veldig fornøyd, men nå sviktet det meste! Her trengs en skikkelig opprusting av rommene inkludert badet.Skittent heldekkende teppe på gulvet, knust speil på badet, dusjhodet som lekker osv. Pluss at aircondition omtrent ikke virket- og det i en by som kan holde over 30 gr om sommeren. Hotellpersonalet er som før, svært hyggelige […] og hjelpsomme. Dette hotellet lå meget sentralt, nær strand, restaurant og Gamlebyen Rengjøring av rommet var meget bra f.eks rene håndklær hver dag

Enkel turiststandard, rent och snyggt men heltäckningsmatta och badrum av enkel standard. Ca 15 min promenadavstånd till tågstationen, busstationen och gamla stan. Nära affärsgator och stranden. Säkerhet och service helt ok.
