Hotel comodo e molto carino soprattutto per essere un due stelle di una grande città come Parigi! di fronte c'è un comodo supermetcato e attorno ci sono un sacco di ristorantini molto carini.lo consiglio e ci tornerei!:)Tra l'altro c'era una ragazza italiana alla reception, non sempre, ma c'era!

Camere molto accoglienti, posizione strategica con la metro a 100 mt. Una colazione meravigliosa ma soprattutto pulitissimo cosa che in Francia non è facile trovare in queste categorie medie. Posizione comodissima tra Opera e Pigalle. Zona molto tranquilla.

Vi ho soggiornato nel settembre 2012 per 5 notti. Camera singola piccola, ma estremamente pulita. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ho il sonno molto leggero e la prima notte sono stato svegliato da dei rumori provenienti dalle condutture d'acqua. La mattina ho esposto il problema e il personale, nonostante inizialmente si fosse scusato per l'impossibilità […] di cambiare camera data la situazione di prenotazione completa dell'albergo, mi ha prima procurato dei tappi per le orecchie (gentili...), poi poco dopo colazione mi hanno contattato per comunicarmi che mi avrebbero sostituito camera quello stesso pomeriggio. Da allora sonni indisturbati. Si trova vicino alle fermate di due linee della metro (7 e 12 se non erro); una piacevole passeggiata separa l'hotel dal caratteristico quartiere di Montmartre. Colazione in albergo non provata, ma nei dintorni vi sono molti locali dove prendere un ottimo cappuccino con croissant. Il supermercato Carrefour è sul lato opposto della strada. In definitiva, se non si hanno grosse pretese e si considera l'albergo solo un posto dove riposare la notte, rappresenta un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Continua a leggere

ottima posizione, solo un pò rumorosa di notte se avete il sonno troppo leggero...io non ho avuto problemi a dormire. La camera e il bagno erano piuttosto piccoli ma pulitissimi, se non siete di taglia extra large vanno più che bene Al prossimo viaggio a Parigi ci ritornerò.

Hotel piccolo ma accogliente. Prima colazione di buona qualità. Collegamento Wi-Fi gratuito. Lo spazio disponibile in camera è ridotto ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero eccellente. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici con due fermate della metropolitana raggiungibili in pochi minuti.

Buon hotel posto nel quartiere Opera a soli 100 metri dalla linea della metro 12. Se si arriva dall'areoporto di Orly Sud conviene prendere l'Orly bus e poi due linee di metro e in 50/60 minuti si arriva in hotel. Camere un pò piccoline ma confortevoli e soprattutto pulite. Personale gentile. Colazione in hotel a 13 euro. Personalmente non l'ho provata […] poiché mi sembra un prezzo eccessivo. Se si esce dall'hotel verso destra, si arriva all'incrocio e si prende la prima stada a sinistra in salita, ci sono circa 5 pasticcerie e 3 caffè a prezzi poco più alti che in Italia. Buon hotel situato in posizione strategica (a 100 mt la più vicina fermata della metro ed a circa 2 km da Notre Dame). Personale disponibile e professionale, wi fi gratuito nell'intera struttura, Le dimensioni delle camere e dei servizi sono modeste (tipico di Parigi) ma, comunque, sufficienti per un soggiorno gradevole. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo albergo, in cui però siamo tornati solamente per dormire, quindi posso assolutamente consigliarlo come base di partenza, molto vicina a 2 stazioni metro, a piedi in 10 minuti si raggiungono pigalle e montmartre, sconsiglio la colazione in albergo, non per la qualità (non avendola sfruttata),ma più che altro perchè […] tutto intorno ci sono boulangerie e supermercati, salumerie, ristoranti, insomma molta vita diurna e serale e si notte passano pochissime macchine,quindi sonno assicurato.Le camere belle e soprattutto il bagno, sembra ristrutturato di recente, molto pulito e soprattutto senza moquette, non molto grandi ma sembra sia nello standard parigino. gentilissimi gli inservienti in reception. this hotel was a good value and well maintained...the breakfast offering was quite good and good service in the breakfast room...the desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable..the neighborhood was safe..but i have been to paris many times and i thought this hotel was a little closer to the shopping area and it was not..a little off the beaten path.

We spent 19 days at the Albion and it was a great time, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect, between two Metro Stations and within walking distance to a great many attractions. I will recommend the hotel to anyone I know heading for Paris.

This is a clean friendly hotel located in a good quite neighborhood. Restaurants in the immediate area. The room was good for me, the staff was a big help and very friendly. Can't say anything bad about this place.

Very friendly English speaking staff. The hotel was clean and in a good area of town close to 2 metro stations. Very nice breakfast in a beautiful cellar type room. My bedroom was a single and quite small but had everything I needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel France Albion, the room was clean, excellent shower, toiletries, free safe and clean towels everyday. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, even when we locked ourselves out of our safe! The breakfasts were more than adequate and we enjoyed breakfast in our room at no extra cost! The hotel was 2 minutes walk […] from the Metro and also within walking distance of Gard de Nord and Sacre Coeur. I would recommend the hotel to friends and definitely use it again. Was so overly impressed by this hotel, I must say i was not expecting much as it was only rated 2 stars but everybody that served us were super friendly and helpful and our room was clean with lovely interiors, there wasn't much of a view but that was not an issue for us. We would definatley stay here again for the same price!

I spent just two nights in Paris before heading south where I'm spending a couple of months. I don't need luxury in hotels abroad; I'd rather spend money eating and shopping. What I do want in a hotel is cleanliness, decent (safe) location, close to transportation, and friendly staff. And the France Albion was a winner on all counts! The room - a "Simple" […] single - was tiny, with just a twin bed, but it was clean, the window opened with ease, and the hot water was hot. The elevator worked just fine. The staff were, to a person, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is one very short block away from the Metro (the stop is "Notre Dame de Lorette"), and from there all of Paris is accessible. The neighborhood itself, though, has plenty of restaurants and grocery marts. All this would have been enough for my 5-star rating, but one desk clerk made herself a superstar in my book by agreeing to engage in a long, aggravating phone conversation with the railroad about a piece of baggage I was shipping separately from myself. She never seemed bothered that I'd asked in the first place, and she made it through with aplomb. This was Four Seasons service in a 2-star hotel. I would definitely go back to the France Albion when I'm in Paris again (which I hope is soon). Continua a leggere

Great location, very sweet staff. It is a great place to sleep, not to hang out. Very, very close to Metro. Nice neighborhood with lots of shops and cafes nearby. Walking distance to the Grand Opera House. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very handy as it is near to a metro. It is within walking distance to the Sacre Couer and Printemps shops. Opposite is a carrefour supermarket. THe people are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there is no electric kettle for tea making. Do not mind if there is no bar fridge but i think to have a cup of […] tea or coffee in winter is a must so it is not convenient. Although when we ask (as i was sick with flu) the staff gave me a hot pot of water in the evening. Also while we were there there was work done next door so the banging and renovation work was quite noisy. And the doors are not sound proof so you can hear people in and out. For the location and cleanliness and friendliness, I give it a 3.5 star as it is a nice hotel but without tea making facilities, i do not know if i will stay there again. Also good is that they arrange airport shuttle for euro36 for 2 people which is handy. I must say the place is clean although not new but sheets are changed everyday and they give the bath a good wipe. Good little hotel for the price. Continua a leggere

This is a truly wonderful hotel. Staff friendly and knowledgeable but don't insist on speaking English (we're fluent French speakers). Room attractive and comfortable. It was also quiet at night - in spite of being at the front overlooking the road. The area is full of interesting shops: specialist butchers and cheese shops, chocolate makers, boulangeries, […] etc. Some v.good restaurants at reasonable prices. We had some difficulty locating the hotel when we first came out of St Georges train station but after we found it, it was not too far from the train station, about 60m away. We had a comfortable room with two single beds on the fourth floor. It was clean and cosy and the room was cleaned up well each time we returned from our day trips. The receptionists […] were also very helpful. I remember asking for hot water from the front desk and they offered us a kettle! The room also comes with a safe, free wireless internet and a bathtub, all in all - a very homey place. It was also very accessible by train and is a ten minute walk from Moulin Rouge and Galleries Lafayette. We felt safe even while coming home late, at around 11-plus pm. There is a carrefour supermarket right in front of the hotel with a wide selection of food so it was also very convenient for us to get groceries. The hotel also helped us to arrange for our transfer back to the hotel - 18 Euros per person at a time that we requested for. Continua a leggere

Excellent staff and excellent location. I have no idea why this hotel only has 2 stars. The staffs are super nice and are fluent in English. Breakfast and coffee is great. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

The hotel is not a luxury hotel by any stretch. It is generally comfortable and suitable for travelers and met our basic needs since we don't spend much time in the hotel. The location is perhaps less than ideal concerning the attractions since most attractions are situated south of the hotel. Two metro stops are close by though, which assists with […] transportation. Me and my wife stayed for one week at the France Albion. The positves are the location is really good with Metro really close as well as most of the popular monuments and museums in walking distance. Breakfest was just ok, there is no professional cook just a really nice girls who treat you really well and make you feel welcome but the limited hot food […] made us get tired of eating there. There is a grociery store right in front of the hotel so you can shop for drinks and snack. Price is good for a hotel in central Paris. Our room was always cleaned every day and after a busy day out it was really nice. Most of the staff was nice. WiFi worked really well. Now the few negitives. The bed was very hard and the bed is only like 180x140cm and im 187cm tall so my feet where standing out of the bed. We tought the woman in reception that was there on dayshift made us feel like we where not welcome. One time we came into the reception and no one was there and since you have to leave your key when you go out you need to get it when coming back, we waited for few minutes and we gave up and went behind the desk and got the key ourselfs but that made us fell more unsafe leaving our laptop in the room since people from the street can just walk in and take our key and help them self to our stuff. All in all we went there with a little high expectations but overall we liked my stay and would stay there again. Continua a leggere

This year was our second visit to Hotel France Albion, we did not hesitate to book this hotel again for our Pairs city break, the staff are so friendly courteous and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the breakfast is superb, the rooms spotlessly clean, the area is very safe at any time of day or night. It faces a supermarket so snacks drinks or […] anything else you may need is just a few steps away. We did a late night river Seine cruise to see 'Paris by Night' afterwards we travelled back to the hotel using the metro system which is fabulous, safe, easy and cheap and only 2 mins walk from the hotel, our overall experience once again did NOT disappoint in any way at all and we will definately stay there again on our next visit to Paris. Hotel was lovely, staff VERY helpful, could not help us enough, breakfast was always superb and again, staff always greeted you with a smile on their face which is all you can ask for. If you are going here on the Metro, use St George station rather than Notre Dame de Lorette as it is nearer.

I would have given this place all fives except that when I was saying there, their wifi went down and all guests had to congregate in the lobby to use a local hotspot. Needless to say, for those of us who were on skype with loved ones and or business calls, this was not a pleasant experience. It was a good value for the price. The street is under construction with jack hammer at 6h am. If you are on the 1 floor you will hear the noise of the entry door of the Hotel. beside that is was very good.
