TRYP Palma Bellver Hotel Palma di Maiorca

Located right across the road from the port. Perfect walking distance to heaps of clubs and bars. Free parking across the road. Breakfast spread was unbelievable - lots of pastries, hot breakfast, breads, and cold cuts. Only had a swimming pool. Note, there is no spa or sauna at this hotel.

Very convenient to everything and quiet. Need more lounge chairs by the pool and a bit of TLC in the rooms.

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in October. Location is good. Rooms are decent size and in good order. Beds are not that comfortable. The main issue we had was with air-conditioning. The cooling was reduced for contraolling temperatures in some rooms( as they dont have thermostats). Which means all the rooms were warm even the ones with Thermostat. […] We could the theromstat to 18 but it will never reach that temperature. Room used to be very hot in the morning. On one of the days , it was quite hot outside. When we got backt o room , it was very uncomfotable. Had to take shower 2 times to be able to sleep. SO, the stay was not comfortable. Only just 4*, less than expected for the price paid. Location is good for the port where we were picking up the cruise but poor for the centre of the city.

I liked the hotel, location's pretty good, around 15-20 minutes walk along the harbour front to the stunning old town around the cathedral. It was a bit noisey with the traffic at the back, the bin collection at 7.30am was clearly audible. The hotel's looking a bit tired, ready for a major refurb. Had an excellent 4 day break at Trypp Bellver. Room and view were great. Buffet breakfast was first class. Overall gret value. Will use again.

My husband and I were only there for 2 nights following a cruise of the Mediterrean but we wish our stay had been much longer. Excellent accomodations - very clean, well appointed, fantastic view of the harbor from our balcony. Within easy walking distance to the historic district. A variety of shops and restaurants to pick from in any direction. Staff […] were very helpful. And the buffet breakfast each morning was one of the best we have ever seen. Hotel very good - everything worked, except the door to the in-room safe, which usually required several entries of the code before it would open or lock. Large room, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Bath a death-trap when using the shower, as it was very slippery. All of the staff we met were courteous, efficient and helpful. Breakfast in the […] Maritim Restaurant was excellent. We had dinner in there on one night, and found it very sub-standard - the "grilled fish" ordered by my wife was wet and unattractive, and the chips seemed to be on their second or third outing. We certainly would not dine there again. Coach transfer was booked through the Melia Hotels web-site: on the outward journey, we were told that the booked transfer would not arrive for some 20 minutes, so they offered us an immediate transfer. On the return, we were advised that we would be picked up from the hotel at 12.35: the coach had not arrived by 13.00, so we asked the Hotel receptionist to confirm that it was on its way. He enquired by telephone, and advised us to take a taxi, and claim a refund from the TUI office at the airport. Continua a leggere

Although the room was very clean, beds made, clean towels etc each day, there was a pervading smell of what could only be described as 'drainy' in our room. The most unfortunate thing was the sighting of a cockroach in the bathroom on the last night. We didn't report it straight away as it was late at night but mentioned it in the morning. Perfect location, not only to see the harbour but to get to all places about Palma but not loud or annoying people at all. Very friendly staff, great rooms. Amazing breakfast buffet with huge choice and very reasonably priced. Great clean pool with and relaxing environment. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms - squeaky clean overall. Best choice around and […] extremely recommendable. They are truly going the extra mile, for example we found a sweet delicatessen treat on my mum's birthday in our room with best wishes from the entire team! Overall disappointing for a so called 4 star hotel. Bathroom wasn't clean, reception staff not the friendliest, the pool towel boy was super moody (he needs to get out more), outside of the hotel looks shabby and needs a good coat of paint. Best thing was the location and view from the pool deck. A real shame cos I stayed in a Tryp hotel in Berlin […] which was excellent. Continua a leggere

I bought this present for my son and his wife. They came back full of praise for the hotel. Great location, superb view of the harbour from the room and also from the pool.they also added that the drinks were very reasonably priced. they want to go back !!!

We were in Mallorca to celebrate 40 th birthday of my friend. We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We got a room that face a wall. The room has a constant smell coming from the toilets and we were told if we demand a decent room we had to pay extra. During check out, we were asked 3 times whether we have used anything from the minibar. Mallorca and […] the people were great but if you want to enjoy your stay, please try to avoid this hotel. The hotel reception is really nice and the pool area was nice. I was slightly dissapointed in our room in as much as our balcony was on the ground floor overlooking the street. But apart from that generally pleased with the hotel and location

Bra hotell med härlig utsikt över hamnen. Underbar frukost med allt! Allt fräscht. Synd bara att de inte slänger ut heltäckningsmattorna i rummen. Bra pool men i övrigt inga extra plusdetaljer i hotellet. Baren ligger mörkt, långt in i foajen som är överstor - inget man vill nyttja tyvärr. Men som sagt bra läge, rent och fantastisk frukostbuffe.

Vi kan kun anbefale dette hotel til andre ,kanon service,beliggenhed i top !!

Hotellet og beliggenheten er topp, servicen likeså. Flott basseng og god mat, rent og fint. Enkelte steder litt slitt, så noe vedlikehold er vel nødvendig. Det eneste vi har å utsette er at trafikken på 6-feltsveien langs sjøen på forsiden bråker en del.

Skräp låg kvar under sängarna från tidigare gäster, städades ej undan trots att vi flyttade på sängarna så det skulle hittas. Vi hade endast en stol på balkongen och skulle minsann inte få någon mer trots att hotellet inte var fullbelagt och vi kunde se att ´på alla andra balkonger stod 2 stolar. Vid frukostbuffen så hade 6 min äggen ej kokats så vitan […] ens hade stelnat. Provade dessa flera dagar innan jag slutligen gav upp. Väldigt livlig trafik utanför som gjorde att man ej kunde sova med öppet fönster. Helt greit hotel, men en utrolig treg innsjekkingsprosess - 15 min er for mye når rommet er forhåndsbetalt og navnene oppgitt i bestillingen. Deilig å spise frokost ute på terassen ved poolen. Noe harde madrasser.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Gåafstend til by og, fin badestrand. Man skal vælge et værelse med balkon. Fantastisk udsigt over havn og skibstrafik.

Suveränt läge vid tsrandpromenaden. Gångavstånd till den centrala delen av Palma med alla sevärdheter och restauranter. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal både i receptionen och i matsalen. Dock- första rummet vi fick hade en förskräcklig avlopps/mögel-lukt så vi kunde inte ha rummet kvar och fick byta ganska omgående. Inga problem i recptionen med […] detta. Stor balkong med utsikt över havet och hamnen som vi hade betalat extra för. Poolen sköttes exemplariskt. Dock var handdukservicen väldigt ojämn. Vissa dagar fanns ingen på plats över huvudtaget och inga handdukar fanns att tillgå, men den vänliga rumsstäderskan förstod problemet och gav oss handdukar. Hotellet behöver snarast renoveras utvändigt! Det ser schabbigt ut medflagad puts och skadad målning men interiört var det fint. Continua a leggere

walking distance to downtown, large rooms with views over the harbor

Hotellet ligger mycket centralt alldeles vid småbåtshamnen, och nära till både shopping och sevärdheter. Vi hade rum mot havet med mycket bra utsikt över hamnen och pool-området. Det är en del ljud från trafiken ute på balkongen, men rummen är mycket välisolerade. Mycket bra frukost - köp till den. En förbättringsmöjlighet är att det inte finns wi-fi […] anslutning på hela hotellet, endast runt receptionen. Continua a leggere

Godt hotel med en dejlig solterrasse med swimmingpool. Der er 15 min. gang til Palma centrum langs havnen. Husk at bestille morgenmad ved indcheckning, da der er stor rabat i forhold til at købe den i restaurenten.

Sendte mail ang ønske om rom i de øvre etasjer på hotellet da dette ligger inntil 4 feltsvei m trafikklys rett utenfor.Fikk rom i 8 etasje av hotellets 14...Mye støy fortsatt.Steinharde senger,hotellet trenger et ansiktsløft.Slitte tepper ,avskallet maling ,flisete hjørner osv.Bra frokost!!

Бронировала и оплачивала отель заранее в интернете. Прибыла в отель в 11 часов утра. Сказали что номера не освободились и попросили прийти через час. Но услужливо взяли багаж на хранение. Вернулась через два часа - ответ тот же: ждите, номеров нет. Для других же регистрирующихся людей номера были!!! После часа отстаивания своих прав я все таки получила […] заветную карточку от комнаты. Когда я поднялась в номер меня ожидал сюрприз - номер был эконом класса. (Я бронировала люкс). Пришлось возвращаться на ресепцию снова. Потребовала старшего администратора. Он попросил подождать пока в этом номере. я сидела пол дня и ждала карточку от моего номера!! Это ужасное обслуживание!!! Riktigt bra hotell utan några direkta svagheter. Lobbyn är jättevacker. Servicen perfekt. Frukosten generös med mängder med ostar, oliver, grönsaker, frukter, flingor, mjölksorter, ägg, kött, färskpressade juicer i olika smaker - ja allt man kan tänka sig. Läget är tipptopp med vacker utsikt över hamnen. Poolområdet är mysigt, rent och vackert. Rummen […] rymliga och smakfullt inredda med parkettgolv (rätt ovanligt för medelhavsländer). Vi uppskattade särskilt närhet till buss och möjlighet att ta sig till Playa De Illietes (15 min bort) för att bada, samt alla nattklubbar (Tito) och mysiga tapasbarer i området. Kan inte nog rekommendera detta hotell, som bör passa för både affärsresenärer, romantiska par och festsugna singlar. Continua a leggere

Að panta hótel á Hotel.com er mjög þægilegt, æðislegt að geta notað sitt eigið tungumál. Við pöntuðum á Tryp Bellver vegna staðsetningar og urðum ekki fyrir vonbrigðum. Það eina sem við getum sett út á er að handrið á svölum eru mjög lág, þannig að við myndum ekki geta leift börnum að fara út á svalirnar.

Fantastisk frukost, fanns allt! Rekommenderas verkligen att inkludera i rumspriset. Annars kostar frukosten 18Eur. Även mkt bra läge på hotellet, nära till centr .
