Assolutamente perfetto per il relax- tutto davvero impeccabile tranne il mare della baia che non invita ad attività acquatiche. ritornero'sicuramente in questo hotel.

L'albergo è molto comodo, si trova abbastanza vicino al centro da poterlo raggiungere a piedi. Gli arredi della camera erano un po' più datati rispetto alle fotografie del sito, nel complesso comunque la struttura è pulita e dotata di comfort quali la wifi gratis e la fornitura di acqua, possibilità di noleggiare scooter e prenotare escursioni direttamente all'albergo. L'albergo non è provvisto di ascensore e se avete il sonno leggero cercate di evitare le stanze che danno sulla strada. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

Valido Hotel che come noi, essendo una famiglia con una figlia di 14 anni, vuole stare un po' piu' distante dal centro di Patong per una maggiore tranquillita'. Personale disponibile, camere pulite, ottima la piscina (anche se piccola) sul roof per un momento di relax dopo la spiaggia. Di negativo pochi tavoli disponibili per la colazione rispetto al numero delle camere.
Posizione
Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort si trova a Phuket, vicino al mare e a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: Buddha gigante, Spiaggia Kata Yai e Tri Trang Beach. Nelle vicinanze è inoltre presente: Spiaggia Kata Noi.

Appena 3 km a sud di Patong, questa spiaggia è famosa per la sua spiaggia di sabbia bianca lunga cinque chilometri che scricchiola sotto i tuoi piedi. What a disappointment! With the price we paid we would expect friendlier staff and warmer service. "family spot"
The hotels front office staff excellent. We called them from Singapore and they arranged hotel transport for 700 bhat....great feeling of security when we landed there....The drive was about 45 minutrs...the hotel built on the sideof a hill with views of the ocean...No Lifts.....If you are happy to carry your bags up the stairs this is perfvect..three […] massive swimmig pools...closeby beach restuarants and good foot massages....all in all I will stUY HERE AGAIN...Free wireless.... "overpriced and very noicy"
The room was really overpriced. This property is located in one of the busiest beaches in Phuket. the area has some restaurants and clubs and yes there is a beach next door. It is somehow a comprimise: the area (Kuron) doesn't have the vibe of Patong and is -abolutely NOT- silent and relaxing. The swimming pools are tiny, the AC in the room is so noicy […] to cover the TV. I changed 2 rooms but no difference. you can however rend a scooter or move by taxi and be in PAtong in 10 minutes (or 8 euro). Continua a leggere
"The dirtiest hotel room ever!!"
The checkin and staff were very helpful however the room was one of the dirtiest rooms we have stayed in. The pillows we were stained with yellow patches and one even had a black mark on it. We expected the pillows to be changed the next day but instead they just flipped it over and left them. The blanket and sheets were just as dirty with stains from […] the previous use. The bed we slept on felt like there was two wooden planks running across the bed, which ended up giving my partner a bruise on her hip. The bath tub had paint flakes coming off it and mold on every side. The shower head was so low that for me, a 165cm guy had to bend or squat to shower in. The tub wasn't even wide enough to stand with both feet flat on the tub floor. We also had incidents where a gecko found its way into our room through the air con ducts and started to crawl on our wall. Mice could be heard scouring inside the walls and the roof of the room while we were in bed watching TV. Overall, whilst the location is ok it doesn't make up for the dirty, moldy and mice infested rooms that they provide. Continua a leggere
"great location"
hotel is situated 5 minute walk from beautiful karon beach, lovely view of the ocean from the big balcony in our room. lovely quiet area but not too far from patong and kata for the nightlife. great service, lovely breakfast available but was not included in the price of our room.

В комнате висело большое зеркало, которое неожиданно упало в миллиметре от нашего 2-х летнего рабенка и чудом его не задело. Штраф все равно заплатить пришлось, но после наших возмущений, взяли 50% от стоимости. неудобно то, что постоянное […] подниматься навернх к своему номеру. Отель на сопке. Хотя заранее просили номер пониже, т.к. едем с малышом. но почему-то нам не захотели в этом помочь. Из плюсов - 3 бассейна и один детский. Территория аккуратная, кустики каждый день подстригают. Своими глазами видели пробегающую по территории крысу. Дорогой интернет в номере. На ресепшене бесплатный со своим ноутбуком. Детская комната убогая... ну то есть очень скромная и почти вся разломанная. И почему-то там очень грязно. До моря недалеко - минут 5 пешком. Рядом многочисленные турагентства, севен-элевен, кафе. Vi valde innan vi åkte ner att endast boka 5 nätter då vi trodde att vi skulle flytta på oss. Vi tyckte hotellet och dess personal var så bra att vi stannade ytterligare 9 nätter. Det fanns 4 pooler, väldigt vänlig personal samt en fin växtlighet med palmer och annat på området. Visst fanns det små fläckar på sängkläder men närheten till marknaden, […] restauranger och havet övervägde detta. Utsikten från hotellet var också bra då det låg lite högre än havet. Frukosten hade en blandninng av västerländsk och Thailand upp till var och en att välja. Gratis internet i receptionen var dock något långsam jämfört med att använda internet mot en kostnad (något dyrt) på rummet. "Bel Hotel, mauvais emplacement"
Nous avions choisis un hôtel Best Western pour la qualité de la marque. Mais malheureusement, cet hôtel et mal placé à Karon, dans un virage d'une route très fréquentée, et loin de la plage (10 min à pieds)
