Posizione buona, semplice da trovare. Letto comodo, doccia calda ed eccelente. Colazione soddifacente. Parcheggio sotto l'hotel difficile, quindi sarebbe un problema usare la macchina. Dopo aver trovato un posto, abbiamo esplorato la città a piedi. Importante: non dimenticare chiamare un mezz'ora prima di arrivare, o forse nessuno sia là per ricevervi.
Posizione
Situato nel cuore commerciale della città, sul viale della Libertà, boulevard delle più rinomate boutique, circondato dal verde del Giardino Inglese, di Villa Garibaldi e di Villa Trabia, e vicino al Teatro Politeama, l’Excelsior Hilton Palermo rappresenta un punto di riferimento ideale per la clientela business e per chi intende vivere la città in un ambiente storico ed elegante.

Le nostre stanze per un problema idraulico non erano disponibili. Sono stati cortesissimi, si sono scusati e ci hanno alloggiato in uno splendido e storico hotel della stessa catena, in pieno centro "grand hotel et des palmes", pagand.Il taxi fino all' altro hotel.Il soggiorno si è rivelato superiore alle ns. aspettative. Hotel was nice and clean. The prices were disgusting in the hotel they take advantage of there guests. 200 grams of fresh fruit and vegtable 44 euros. 25 euros to park your car and they wanted over 140 euros to wash one load of laundry. the hotel is located on a main street in a nice residential area with a nearby supermarket and plenty of restaurants and bars. There is also major shopping along via della Liberta'. Great find in Palermo. The hotel has great character, it met my idea of an Italian hotel. The Breakfast was great, shuttle bus to Mondello Beach very helpful, short walk into centre of town and the port area. The staff were good, spoke English very well, and the room was very comfortable. it was a very pleasant stay. the reception was able to give any information you want in detail and explain all that you need to know. the room was very comfortable and we had a suite for 3 adults. excellant stay and we definitely will recommend it.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Excelsior Palermo. While it is a decent hotel it is not what I expected from a Hilton. The rooms are old and stuffy. We turned the aircon on all night but the room remained very hot and stuffy. You can't really open the windows as the hotel is on a busy street. The hotel Excelsior is situated in a really good area of Palermo. This is really critical as some of the areas in Palermo are really bad. The hotel staff went above and beyond in terms of providing really excellent service. They were extremely helpful and assisted us in everything we asked of them. In fact they were brilliant. Note that the internet […] here is E7 per hour - really expensive. The hotel faces a really busy road - so try and request the quiet side of the hotel. Beautiful old and distinguished building with a good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. However, very noicy from heavy trafic.

Hotellet hadde perfekt beliggenhet iforhold til sentrum og bussforbindelse. Lå ved hovedgata. Rommet var stort og rent med både dusj og badekar... Kontinental frokost med alt fra frukt til dessert. Ikke traffikstøy om natten. Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Anbefales!!
"Un vrai 4 étoiles"
Notre chambre était très belle, un lit gigantesque et confortable, très douillet. La salle de bain est superbe. Le resto de l'hotel était très bon pour le soir, il propose un menu à 25 euros avec antipasti + plat + dessert + eau + verre de vin. La pièce de boeuf enroulée avec du bacon était délicieuse (la meilleure pièce de boeuf que j'ai jamais mangée) […] et les serveurs sont très sympas : Gianni parle un peu français. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai buffet 4 étoiles, très varié, merveilleux. Le café et les cappuccinos sont de vrais cafés préparés à la demande. Très facile à trouver depuis l'aéroport : prendre la compagnie de bus "Prestia et Commandé", et descendre à l'arrêt "piazza croci", le bus s'arrête devant l'hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Excelsior Palermo. The hotel has a good location, the staff are very helpfull, and the rooms are nicely furnished and large. If we come to Palermo again we would consider this hotel again.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet hôtel. La chambre était très confortable, et le lit, aux dimensions gigantesques, très agréable.

Alles was meer dan in orde in dit hotel, personeel, locatie, kamer, ontbijt (zeer goed), receptie, (zeer goed) met één enorme teleurstelling : bij een superieure kamer verwacht je toch een uitzicht en niet een blinde muur op een meter of drie afstand. Dus geen uitzicht en veel minder daglicht;

El Hotel está muy bien en general y bien ubicado para realizar la visita de Palermo, las habitaciones estupendas y amplias. Necesita un poco de mantenimiento general para ser un verdadero H. Hilton. Desayunos estupendo. Recomendable al 100%.

Vi tilbragte en uge på dette hotel hvilket var ganske tilfredsstillende. Der var en god morgenmadsbuffe, værelse var flot, hotelpersonalet hjælpsomme og snakkede fint engelsk. Kvarteret er roligt og det tager ca. 10 minutters gang til centrum. Bussen til Mondello strand/by går lige uden for hotellet og tager ca. 20 min i bus. Det er en strand som er […] vær at opleve. Alt i alt har vi haft en dejlig afslappenede ferie, men vi synes dog at palermo er en skuffende storby som man blot kan nøjes med at bruge 1-2 dage i. Continua a leggere
