When we first went in we found a dirty sock sticking out from under the bed. There was some type of unknown stain on the floor in front of the TV and the previous guest "Matthew ......." still had his check in garbage in the room. We put the sock in the hallway where it remained for he rest of the day.

I needed a place to stay as I attended a 3 day conference in the Wyndham hotel. I initially wanted to stay at the Wyndham hotel but saw that Holiday Inn Express was a a better deal financially (Almost a hundred dollars less for the entire weekend). I had stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels at other locations and was pleased with their service before […] so I figure I'd give it a try here in Orlando too. It was better than I expected. Breakfast was included, unlike many hotels in the area. The room was clean. The service was friendly. The parking was conveniently located all around the hotel so you could park your vehicle close to your room. I was even able to see my vehicle from my room. The location was excellent, being that I was just a couple of minutes from Downtown Disney. The hotel didn't even charge me a parking fee like most hotels do. I was in such a great mood from the deal I had received from this hotel that I decided to go in the jacuzzi, which was clean and fantastic. I was there to play golf. I was gone most of the day. room was serviced by the time I returned. Bathroom was clean. Towels were slightly hard but clean and very tolerable Hotel staff was very helpful. Walls are a little thin-can hear TV next door. I still would recommend.

I travel a lot for business and this hotel was a bright spot. It was modern, clean, comfortable and with everything I could need; well thought out. Not high end or fancy, but welcoming, warm and efficient---which I value more than looks. I also appreciated that the included breakfast was hearty and had a lot of choices. Not just a few muffins and bad […] coffee. I enjoyed something different and filling each morning. This was my first time in a Holiday Inn Express. When I return to Orlando, I would consider this location again if it is near where my business would be. And I will look for this same type of hotel in other cities. Continua a leggere

We booked the room because of the location and the Holiday Inn name. What we found was, walls so thin you could hear your neighbor's TV and understand the words being spoken. The king bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again.

The staff was excellent. They helped us out and were very courteous. The room was comfortable. Nice for the price. I will stay there again.

This hotel is a great deal but the hallway does really sink. It smells like the a/c is not on but fan is only running. The room was comfortable and I would stay there again.

Very pleased. Great price & location. Very helpful staff. Great for families will stay again!

The staff was a little slow in regards to check-in and assisting with the complementary breakfast, but I've seen worse as well. For the money, its a good stay.

The hotel was good overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As in the other reviews, the walls and ceilings are thin and you can hear everything that went on in the next room. Also there was a mildew odor in the room, but the room looked very clean.

Arrived at hotel on sat. 4/2/11 was pleased with the appearance of hotel. the staff behind the desk was nice and he answered all my questions. the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was very nice and looked to be taken care of. they had a hot and cold food breakfast bar which was ok, always kept well stocked. as in other reviews the walls seemed […] thin and you could hear activities in the adjoining room but not that bad didnt seem to hinder my sleeping.. i would stay there again Continua a leggere

This motel is in terrible condition. The room had running water, electricity and a flushing toilet, but it's all downhill after that. The rooms are dirty. The furniture is in poor condition. Holes in the wall go unrepaired and the mold in the refrigerator has a solid foothold. I did not take my shoes off in the room, I simply turned around and left […] the premises. The walls are entirely too thin! You can hear everything that goes on in the room next to you, and the hallways, like they were in your own room. But it was clean and a good location.

Traffic noise did not exist.. Good sized rooms. Nice breakfast. I would be happy to use it again.

The previous reviews are dead-on...the walls are paper thin. You can hear people whisper next door, no exagerration Just hope that the people in the next room sleep late or else you definitely will be woken up

This hotel was very clean and convenient to the area I was there to visit. The rate was very good as well. The only negatives were that although there is a complimentary breakfast, the eggs tasted as if they were either artificial or simply watered down. Almost like a cardboard powdery texture. And since it's a good value, there are many families with […] lots of kids who get to run rampant at all hours of the night. The walls are not very soundproof so it's hard to escape the noise even when you retreat to your room. Bring earplugs or headsets and you'll be fine. Continua a leggere

We wanted to stay a night on last minute and found this hotel to be a very good deal in the middle of the busy season in Orlando. It is in a very good location, not to close to heavy traffic areas but easy access to the parks. WalMart is right across the street if you need to pick up supplies, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room also. […] there is a small pool but there did not seem to be a crowd. The cleaniness of the room was good, However the bathroom faucet was stuck and very hard to turn on. After fighting with it for about 5 minutes we finally got it unstuck. Afterward had no other problems with the bathroom. It was very clean. not enough channels on the TV to watch. Walls to thin we could hear everything eg., water running in hte next […] round and people talking, and TV Playing. walls not insulated enough to avoid hearing actions in the next room. Oh and the breakfast was not good at all. Food was cold and tasteless. had to go out for breakfast each day. A friend of mine and I booked (and paid) the hotel for three nights. Unfortunately she hurt her foot and we could not arrive for the first night. We arrived on the second night, but as we tried to check-in, we were informed that our resevations were cancelled, just because we didn't arrive on the time due. On our last night in the hotel, someone tried […] to get in our room, without knocking or ringing the bell... later, we were 'gently' informed that we were supposed to leave that morning and we were going to be charged for that night! Another mistake, since we booked and paid for 3 nights! I loved everything about Orlando, but the service and all this confusion in the hotel were really annoying. Continua a leggere

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The price was reasonable and it was very close to the Disney parks. It was very clean and the customer service was exellent. There were no hidden fees. We paid what we expected to pay. When you walk in the hotel is lovely. We will certainly go back and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Convenient location to all attractions. Nice breakfast buffet, though the line was long, they continually brought food out to keep the it moving. Only complaint would be to move the toaster to the end of the line instead of at the front that may help some of the conjestion for breakfast.

Very clean and updated. The breakfast was an added bonus. It had everything we wanted at a really good price and was conveniently located. Not often am I this impressed with a hotel but this one is a keeper. We will stay here again.

stayed for 5 days,it was perfect, i came a day early and they got me right in!!! AAAAA+++++ only one down fall i had a non-smoking room and that was fine, had to go outside to smoke and there is only one bench to sit on, there is plenty of room for another bench or two......

the hotel is clean and affordable. There staff were very pleasant, approachable and helpful.

Quede satisfecha y no me arrepiento de haber escogido este hotel pero sugiero que por favor cambien los televisores ya que son de la epoca de mi abuelito

Todo muy bien, personal muy atento, instalaciones muy buenas, ubicacion muy buena para parques y compras. Recomendado.

Dit hotel heeft een prima locatie. 12 minuten rechts Sea World. 15 minuten links Disney enz. Het hotel zelf is netjes met een prima zwembad en whirlpool. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en het ontbijt is helemaal super. Je kunt zoveel eten als je wilt als je dat maar voor 9.30 uur doet. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed.
