Good service, nice staffs but rooms can be better decorated.

I went with my parents and younger brother around Chinese New Year. The scenery that out villa overlooks is one of a kind-all I enjoy to do is lie down in front of the pool to enjoy everything around me. The service is perfect too around the hotel. Room was settled very well. Scenary is very beautiful. Private beach and pool in hotel is in good condition. Breakfast in hotel at Tree Tops was nice. Almost all restaurant serve excellent food.

The staff was very friendly, the villa was nice. Would definitely visit again.

My husband and I took a break from his business trip in Singapore to relax in Bintan, Indonesia. We were nervous about the ease of taking a ferry and then getting to our hotel, but it was super easy!!!! We stayed 2 nights at the Banyan Tree Resort on the island. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel!!! The staff were friendly and doting! […] They picked us up from the ferry terminal and drove us the 10 minutes to the resort. We had our own private villa with a jacuzzi!!! The room was comfortable, clean, and luxurious. Again, I must mention how nice the staff was here! They took care of our every need and made our stay extra-special and relaxing. On our last night, the turn-down service even surprised us with flowers and candles around the jacuzzi! A great romantic getaway. Secluded. Not much to do other than golf and relax!

We have stayed at Banyan Tree resorts before, and I am always extremely impressed with their staff and the relaxed atmosphere of the resort. We spend a long weekend in Banyan tree for a romantic get away, which was really nice. Food was very good, guest services good, waterspots facilities including a jet ski tour very well done with very friendly people. The room was outstanding.

ホテルマンの対応はとてもよく、何度もバギー（ホテル内の移動はほとんどバギー）を呼んでも快く対応してくれました。プール付きのビィラに2泊しましたが、北西のビィラだったので暑い日でも水は冷たく、風が強かったので、プールに落ち葉が沢山落ちていました。 ビーチにあるプールは昼食もとれ快適だったので、プール付きに泊まったのに、ビーチのプールにほとんどいました。ビーチであそんでいる人はほとんどいません。波も高かったです。 部屋のジャグジーは入れるのに水をはってから温めるので2時間くらいかかりました。 新年にホテルからチョコレートのプレゼントを頂きお皿にラップがしてあったのに、数分後には小さな蟻が沢山ついていました。ベットにもありがいました。蚊かダニか？わかりませんが子供も親も数ヶ所虫に刺されました。季 […] 節によっても違うでしょうし、自然の中なので仕方がありませんがトーンはさがりました。 日本から予約をしてロイヤルコースというエステをしました。とてもリラックスできました。よかったです。でも年末で忙しいせいか3時間のはずが、2時間半に省略されてしまいました。もちろん値段はそのままでした。 Continua a leggere

适合两个家庭结伴出游，共享的无边泳池，发呆亭，餐厅，按摩温泉缸，餐厅和休闲区，带给你舒适的豪华度假体验，价格在两家分担后，性价比还是非常高的。另外酒店的生态环境非常好，近一米长的蜥蜴在酒店绿地悠闲散步和人们保持着安全的距离；猴子在林间穿梭跳跃，常常偷吃你放在院子里的水果和面包；小松鼠在清晨四处觅食，偶尔会经过你的院子；各种各样的鸟早早地就开始唱歌了；运气好的话你在用早餐的路上可以看见捕食蜥蜴的蛇。 不过酒店之外就没什么特别好玩的景点了，海水清澈程度比不上塞班和巴厘岛。

Al llegar al puerto de Bintan, pues allí nos esperaban en el stand de Banyan Tree Bintan para llevarnos al hotel. Lo tiene muy bien organizado, no has de preocuparte por nada. El hotel es maravilloso. estuvimos en una villa en las rocas. Preciosa! un jacuzzi privado en nuestra terraza, una cama con mosquitera preciosa, un sonido del mar mientras duermes […] muy relajante. te ponen todo tipo de detalles en la habitación 8incienso, velas, fruta, dvd's...)La comida es espectacular, los desayunos impresionantes. La playa está cuidada hasta el más último milímetro. Aconsejo a todo el mundo que pueda, vaya a ver esta isla tan bonita y acogedora. Puedes hacer excursiones por allí o simplemente relajarte en el hotel.Los restaurantes que hay son muy buenos y tiene una calidad en los alimentos y en la cocina muy buenos.La habitación está muy limpia y te dan todo tipo de artilugios para la prevención de picaduras de mosquitos, así que no hace falta que te lleves repelentes, te los dan ellos. La diuchga de nuestra villa tenía una enorme ventana mirando al océano. Es un sitio fabuloso.Ellos te confirman tu ferry de regreso.Y a la salida te vuelven a llevar en coche al puerto. El desayuno está incluido, pero las comidas y cenas se pagan a parte, al hacer el check out te lo cobran todo. los precios son en dólares americanos. La relación calidad precio de las cenas y comidas está muy bien. No es caro para el sitio donde estás ni para el tipo de comida que te ofrecen. A la gente que le guste practicar golf tiene allí su paraíso. también se pueden hacer actividades acuáticas y senderismo, etc. Continua a leggere

It was a great hotel to stay and relax. The room was spacious surrounded by nature. Monkeys sometimes visit you in your balcony. They were very cute. Spa massages were also great. Beach was not as clear as expected, but you can still see many fishes when you snorkel close to the shore. I highly recommend the Indonesian Tafel (in-room dining), it was […] a very nice and romantic candle light dinner which you can enjoy at your own balcony provided more than enough food. The one thing to point out is that we cannot get enough warm water to fill the bathtub in the room... this is something they should consider fixing.. But at the same time, I have faced the same issue in many of the asian resort hotels,,, so maybe this is just how it is??? Anway, I think everything was just Superbt! But especially, all the warm greetings and smiles I receive by every hotel staff when we pass them by. They even remember our name and our room number in the latter part of the trip. 近隣はすべて自然であり、夜になると動物の音しかしません。すべてヴィラタイプであり、宿泊者数も限られることから、昼でもそれほど騒がしいわけではなく、その後都会に帰るととても騒々しく感じます。それぐらい静かな場所で、真上から照りつける太陽と真っ白な砂浜、グリーンに染まる海をみると、心が安らぎます。また併設のスパはホスピタリティ・設備などどれをとっても満足のいくものです。とても贅沢な休日を味わえます。しかしながら、ホテル内各所の移動にバギーが必須なのと、プールの大きさが若干小さいことが難点かもしれません。
