We weren't expecting a 4 star hotel but it did make complete sense on why the room were so "cheap". The bed were awful it was like sleeping on a bag of rocks. The elevator was like a gang of chain smokers had a celebration all day in there and for someone with a smokers allergy that make for a horrible experience. This hotel does not look as young as it does in the pictures. The decor is older and needs to be updated. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors through them. There was grout missing in the bathroom floor tile. The shower whines/whistles when you turn it on. The breakfast is VERY basic and so is the front desk service as I didn't really see them go above and beyond their usual job. The Wi-Fi might as well be dial-up because it is so slow. We had dirty sheets, with stains and hair. The sink would not drain. When it was brought to management we were treated as if it were our fault. He continued to make excuses regarding the stains. All we wanted was an apology, which wa never given, and a new room which we had to insist upon. We will not return to this location.

The hotel was good for a one night stay. I had to change room due to a water leak on the toilet, I had to move one bed to find a toy of my kid and I found all kind of trash under the bed. The hotel needs maintenance, the restroom door did not work at all.

Where to begin, the employees are so rude! Especially , the man that's works in the evening . Our door to our room didn't even shut properly. We had to slam it shut & you could still see light through the crack! The room smelled bad like it wasent ever cleaned. No hot water in the shower! Floors were hard wood which were dirty also . Kept hearing some […] sort of plumbing noise from pipes all night . 2nd day stay, the maids didn't even come in and give us new towels , I had to go to the office and get new ones & toliet paper ! If I hadn't already paid for this room for 2 nights, we would have left . I would have much rather slept on the beach. No comforter on the bed or quilt. Just sheets!! That was the must nasty hotel we have ever stayed in. You shouldn't be allowing your customers to book rooms their and to take pride in your company name. I give this hotel a big (F) fail ! My stay at this hotel was not a good one. The hotel is old and it smells like old as well. I had originally scheduled 2 nights but the smell was just horrible so I canceled the second night. The room was clean but I guess its just too old. Its in a good location and it you don't mind the odors and all you need is a place to sleep you be the judge.

Overall very happy. Rooms not quite what was shown in pictures, but still nice, clean and comfortable. Very close to Beach. Maintenance could've been better, but I wasn't displeased at all for the price. Would absolutely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay very much! The beach was literally a block away, couldn't ask for a better location. The only issue we had was the 3 year old above us running constantly after 9 pm. The hotel wasn't that full, I would have thought they could have put them on the ground floor so it didn't disturb other guests, other than that the room was comfy. […] The room was clean, showed a little wear and tear but overall the room was good. My ground floor room by the stairs was easy to get in and out of, but since it was spring break I found the paper thin walls to be unhelpful. The worst part for me was the large amount of sand in the bath tub when I arrived. The desk clerk was unable to get em any help with it so I cleaned it myself. Location to gulf was great, rooms were nice with king size beds. Person at the front desk should not be dealing with the public, he was rather rude during check-in and at breakfast. Hotel says all rooms are nonsmoking but this room smelled musty or smoky. There was some kind of black residue on the floor and bed sheets possibly from the air conditioner. No tv remote and one lamp did not work. Bathroom was clean however. We just neede a place to shower and sleep anyway.

Not far from the Sea-wall but not too close to anything. We needed a low cost room for one night. This hotel was the winner. It was recetly refurbished. It was done by a the lowest bid type contractor. We did get the front desk to respond. They did what we asked for. Of all the motels we stayed at this was one of them.

The bed was comfortable. But room could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty, blackened my socks. The underside of the toilet seat was very dirty. The batteries in the TV remote were dead.

This is a good budget motel. Very close to the gulf and the beach. Most attractions are an easy drive. The rates can vary wildly according to the night and the season. Everything revolves around the cruise line schedule, so Saturday night is the most expensive. Plan accordingly.

Appears to have been remodeled in recent years. Nice funiture, fridge and microwave in the room, very nice to have. Within walking distance to the seawall, and several great restaurants. Was very skeptical of this place, but it turned out ok. As i went to check in there was another couple complaining of a dirty room so I had to check out the room before I brought our bags. Cops came @ 4:30 am to bust druggies in the room below us. Guns pulled and everything and then the guest actually came back afterwards and caused more commotion ! Loud and the rooms smelled like an old ash tray

Decent considering the price. I'm sure it's hard to keep any building in this area from smelling moldy. It's kind of an odd grape juice smell. The beds in the room were pretty comfy (2 king room). The room could have been a little cleaner - the floors are laminate so they have to be swept (and weren't swept very well). The wifi worked really well and […] was fast except for when it was stormy (signal in and out all day). The water pressure was fantastic - one of the best hotel showers ever! Can't complain too much - was a great deal, we ended up staying here for almost 2 weeks! I would recommend staying on a weekday - it's pretty empty so it's nice and quiet. Upon arrival, the room had coffee cups out with old coffee in them...there were some type of seeds/dirt clumps on the couch. We only stayed one night so was tolerable. The rate for the room was good.
