Piscina all'ultimo piano dove si può andare salutando i lavoratori degli uffici circostanti. La piscina non ha uno spogliatoio, ma nulla di grave. We were in town for a wedding and stayed two days over the weekend. The rooms are a really nice size and very clean. The staff was also very friendly. "Good Service & comfortable but has HWY noise"
The service was great; clean and comfortable room. We had a room on the end of the building right next to the Hwy and the road noise WILL keep a light sleeper awake, so make sure you ask for another room if this is important to you!! "Awesome Hotel"
My husband and I stayed at the hotel because of a 60th surprise Birthday Party for my brother this past Saturday night. The hotel is VERY nice. The staff was amazing. This is a very pleasant, hotel. I stay here once a year for business. The pool has been upgraded since last visit. Was a little disappointed to find the hot tub not working. "Nice hotel, close to QVC but needs improvement"
The hotel was nice with a great location, near QVC. I am an on-air guest for QVC. I travel to West Chester 3-4 times per month. I have been staying at the Hampton. The hotel is conveniently located, it was very clean in the lobby and halls and room itself. Bathroom was clean but poor lighting. No mini frige or microwave in room but only stayed for 1 night so not really an issue. "Not great in dealing with customer relations"
Our BIG problem...and it was big...my daughter left her computer in the room and they found it... She asked the hotel to pack it up CAREFULLY with lots of bubble wrap, etc. and mark it FRAGILE and send it Fed Ex...well, the idiot who packed it put NOT packing around the lap top...it destroyed the computer. We were very disappointed in this hotel. We were reserved for a room with a balcony. None were available. The bathtub did not drain well and as a result to shower I had to stand in 4 inches of water. The room needed cosmetic work. The ice maker wasn't working on our floor. Finally, the hotel management blamed their shortcomings on Hotel.com claiming […] the site did not do its homework to determine what this hotel had to offer. "This is the perfect spot in the Great Valley !"
Spent only one night, but had a great time. The hotel directions were a little off using googlemaps, so be careful. Checking in was easy, since we booked through Hotels.com. The room is furnished well and well maintained. We did not use a lot of the amenities the hotel had to offer, but they had plaenty. Right accross the street, actually within the […] same parking lot, we enjoyed a great steak dinner. The hotel offers a great restaurant too. The only complaint, which is not a big deal, is that in the bathroom, we were only given a comp conditioner. No shampoo. I thought the room could do with more electic outlets, and they should offer free internet services. Currently you have to pay for it. Otherwise, I would return here in a minute. Comfort, style, and upgraded furnishings make this a great value !! I may even join the Sheridan Resorts frequent users plan because of my stay here...
