L' hotel è davvero bello con struttura moderna e grande. Check-in semplice e veloce con personale accogliente. Nella struttura sono presenti bar, ristoranti e distributori automatici con generi alimentari e oggetti di ogni tipo (cura personale, collants e adattatori corrente). La camera spaziosa, illuminata e soprattutto pulita con tv piatta, aria condizionata […] e letti King Bed (grandi e comodi). Il bagno indipendente con servizi nuovi e di ottima manifattura inglese. Acqua calda a volontà e doccia super pulita. Gli ascensori e le porte di accesso sono dotati di lettori badge per evitare la presenza di inutili chiavi. A soli 2 km dall' aeroporto di Heathrow con la presenza di bus ogni 5 minuti e un ristorante Mcdonald's a circa 300 metri. Da ritornarci assolutamente. Continua a leggere

L'albergo è molto pulito e ben tenuto. Molto cortese il personale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Solo la stanza è leggermente stretta per una famiglia composta da due adulti ed un bambino di 10 anni. Sicuramente consigliabile.

Hotel di ottima qualità, anche se la struttura è un po' anonima (struttura tipo padiglione di una fiera). Il servizio e l'accoglienza sono stati ottimi, anche se c'è stato un piccolo disguido iniziale nell'assegnazione della camera. Pulizia delle camere più che soddisfacente. L'Hotel e' mediocre e, purtroppo, al bar non accettano Euro. Proprio per questo mio marito ed io non abbiamo consumato nulla. Inoltre, dall'aeroporto all'hotel abbiamo sostenuto altre spese per il trasferimento con l'autobus e, quindi, per risparmiare tempo converrebbe soggiornare direttamente al Sofitel presso l'aereporto terminal 5.

Hotel vicino all'aeroporto di Heathrow, direttamente raggiugibile dal terminal 4 con la linea di autobus bus H56 . Perfettamente insonorizzato rispetto ai rumori esterni, ma non dai rumori dei clienti, comunque tollerabili nel mio caso. La mattina seguente all'arrivo sono andato, tramite un autobus (potete prendere il 222, l'81 o l'H98 ) diretto alla […] stazione metro (underground o "the tube" per i londinesi) di Hounslow west della linea Piccadilly, ad acquistare la oyster card insieme alla travelcard (settimanale zona 1-6). Così ho potuto prendere liberamente tutti (o quasi) i mezzi di superficie e sotterranei, senza limitazione di tempo e di luogo. Per il resto confermo le opinioni degli altri: unica pecca il fatto che dovevo pensare io a pulirmi le tazze e le posate per il the (peraltro gratuito). Ideal place to spend a couple of nights to recoup from long flight before continuing on beyond London. Convenient bus and Underground to get into town for a little sightseeing before picking up a rental car.

This was our second stay at the Premier Inn and the service and quality was very good each time. Quick check in and we were able to access our room early. An excellent hotel to stay for an overnight before flying and as an inexpensive base for London. Great breakfast; dinner; lots of choice and affordable. Highly recommended. Will stay again!

Stayed over the weekend with 5 old army colleagues for the Army-v-Navy rugby match at Twickenham. It was hard to find and drive to - especially since there was more than one Premier inn in the area. This is our second visit to this Premier Inn. We use it for a final staging point the night before our flights back home to N. America. It is excellent for that purpose. The location is very close, withing 10 minutes of both Heathrow and the car rental return sites. The hotel is further updated from our stay 2 years ago. We had a car this time and drove about 2o minuted to Windsor. Great for last minute sighseeing and restaurants. The hostess who checked us in even volunteered and provided a printout for road directions to Windsor. While not a destination in itself, I would highly recommend this hotel for a restful, economical, very comfortable night before or immediately after your flights. This was my first booking through Hotels.com and it did not work smoothly. The reservation was for one room for 4 adults. When we got to the hotel we were informed that the hotel policy did not allow four adults in a room and we had to pay for another room and that there was a warning bleeping in the computer system indicating we needed to get a second […] room. ( We booked the room because we had a 10 hours layover before bording our next flight). The hotel management indicated that Hotels.com new the policy. We should be refunded the cost of the second room. When the hotel was booked I spent good 30 to 45 minutes with your representative discussing the accomodations and it was very clear that there were four adults. The Premier Inn was perfectly designed for an inexpensive overnight stay for the business traveler with an early morning flight at Heathrow. Needed a place to stay overnight layover. Found Premier Inn was the right price, location, and clean and very basic, Comfortable bed, but bring shampoo, alarm clock. Took Heathrow Express to Terminal 1 and took bus from Central Station. Hotel is 2 stops outside free zone but kind driver let us off across the street from the hotel for free. Modern, straight forward hotel but not great for Heathrow as shuttle takes 30mins even though its less than 2 miles. If you book with hotels.com you can't use the self check in terminals which is annoying

After arriving back to Heathrow from a 12 hour flight from Bangkok, we were too tired to make the car journey home so as we waited for our baggage it was the simplest of tasks to check hotel availability on the Hotels.com app and we booked the Premier Inn as it was right next to the off airport parking where our car was. (In hindsight we should have […] left the car there overnight rather than paying £10 for overnight parking in the Premier Inn car park). Just make sure you go to the correct Premier Inn on the Bath road as there are two and several people, me included made the mistake of going to the wrong one. It's then not easy getting to the other. They should call them by different names to help prevent this confusion!

Totally surprised at how nice this hotel was for the price! I travel the world on business frequently and this is one of the best value for money airport hotels I have ever found. The service was outstanding and the staff really wanted to make you feel welcome. At check in Ruchika kindly provided me all the info I needed to know about the hotel, Hoppa […] Bus service and how to get into London and back for the day. A good hotel but noisy vents in rooms. Also only get a room on the second floor as you can get noisy people above you.

The Hotel is very good for the price except a couple of problems. Each room has two air vents which constantly make a noise. Also if you are on the ground or first floor you could get noise from the room above, woke me at 1am,3am,5am and 6.30am. Food is ok and priced ok. My advice, take earplugs and it will be fine.

We use the purple parking next door and so for a stopover or an early morning flight it was great. Our room at Premier was clean and comfortable and we could have had a reasonable evening meal if we had chosen to do so. I believe the hotel offers stay and Park facilities also.

Beautiful lobby area and bars/costa/restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The service was fantastic and you were never left waiting more than a few minutes to be checked in or served. Would def recommend if you want a slightly cheaper stay in London. Will def return in the future.
