hotel che secondo il mio parere non corrisponde ad un 4 stelle, occorre avere un certa intimita' con i compagnio di viaggio perche' il water e la doccia sono a ridosso del letto con un vetro trasparente come '' separe'' inoltre se fai una doccia rischi di dormire a in un letto bagnato perche' l'acqua esce e va per tutta la stanza , a me hanno prenotato […] un letto '' king '' ma non era 3 piazze , era 2 piazze scarse e mia figlia a dormito per terra con un materasso non troppo comodo incastrato tra water e doccia , direi che per un notte puo' bastare non di piu' , inoltre la prima colazione non e' a pagamento non troppo convenzionale per un 4 stelle .. premetto che mi adatto ad ogni situazione ma prenotando in un 4 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa di piu' .. hotel non per famiglie , per coppie giovani Continua a leggere

The room looked beautiful but the layout was terrible; we kept bumping our feet against the footbeds and had no place where to place our lugagge. We had to shower with only one hand, since you had to keep the faucet in your hand or else the room would be flooded with water. We complained about the room and requested a change, since we were staying for […] two nights, and they did not change us, even thought the hotel was practically empty, alleging that was the type of room we paid for. The projection TV was a nightmare to operate, even though my husband and I are tech aware, and most channels were scrambled. Very modern design, I stayed one night on my way to Eze, delighted with service. My room was comfortable except for the lights, which i couldn't reach while in bed. Also used the private beach which was being closed out for the winter (late Sept.). Single travellerOverall fun experience.

Unfortunately this hotel was the worst hotel we had stayed with my family in our life. İn the description of the hotel it was said that it is near the sea which is not true. The hotel has a separete beach and even the guests of the hotel have to pay. My room has a toilet without a door and i need to climb to the toilet which three very small stairs […] which is very dangerous and not safe. The water does not flow easily of the sink and i said this three times to the reception and no one fixed it. Also the house keepers made too much noises stared from 7 and when i told them to be quiet they didnt listen to me. The reception also did not solve this problem and i couldnt sleep for 6 days. Also the doors of the rooms were very old and made noises too. When you enter the reception, there is a terrible smell and my mom and i are allergic and we cant even breath. There was no one who can help us with our baggage and they didnt have such a service so we need to carry our own luggage by our own. At the roof, the hotel has a swimming pool which is really very small and dirty. İt was really a dissappointment for us and i always arrange my holidays from expedia and i cant believe that expedia is working with such a terrible hotel. When i asked the hotel that i wanted to contact with expedia because the hotel was really very different from the photos and i was dissappointed, they told me that even i contacted with you nothing would be changed and i would loose all of my money! This is a very fun and funky hotel. Rooms are nice and cozy. The associated beach is NOT free though. I don't think I read the description correctly. It is not cheap but I would highly recommend the 16 Euros for private beach access. The private HI beach is beautiful, secure and they have waiters to serve you drinks and food. A very accommodating staff and a fun, unique atmosphere (due to its focus on yoga studio-like pace and feel). Really enjoyable stay! Recommend the interior courtyard rooms. Location not ideal; a few sidestreets nearby were not comfortable to walk on at night (a few callgirls and unruly-types) but the main streets and the routes to and from centre-ville […] and the beach were both comfortable. The walk to the main part of Nice was a little longer than it looked on the map but was still comfortable and probably only ten minutes. So location was "good" but not "excellent". Good location, service and expierence. The private beach area was very conveinent. The only issue we had was with the bathroom. The sink was on one side of the room, the toilet on the other and the glass shower was in the middle of the room. Pretty interesting concept, but it really doesn't work when you are traveling with friends. The toilet is closed […] off, so you can do your business privately, but the shower and sink are exposed to the entire room. It made for a very uncomfortable environment. It’s hard to describe because it is so different to other hotels. Incredible and relaxing atmosphere at any place inside. The room was perfect cleaned every day and the design is almost special and different. A quiet aroma all around the hotel. You will like the hotel if you’re a modern and trendy person. I was very disappointed with the hotel, in terms of the small size of rooms, lack of fresh catering provisions, its distance to the beach, lack of wardrobe space, bed too large for room, inconvenience of a single lift (cleaners were using majority of the day to move cleaning trolleys). It was not what I would expect with the rating given to this hotel. I […] felt I was staying in student accommodations. The bathroom was intergrated into the bedroom, not very nice with smell transfer. The bed had slopey legs,with the small size of the room, i kept kicking the bed legs, causing me serious pain. Also, the room had shelves that protruded to fit a goldfish type glass bowl. Again, this was a hazard, as I was accidentally banging my head on it, causing more pain. On top,there was a single step between the bedroom and bath area, which I also found hazardous. In addition, there are generators on the roof, which were very noisy through the day, and at night time. You can hear it 24/7. Not what I would call a quiet hotel. The hotel offered a sushi restaurant. We want to try this, only realising the sushi selection were premade, presented in a take away box. Knowing this, we declined eating there. I can go on, there were so many more negatives. However, the staff were very present. In all, the hotel has new concept design theme. I have read all the reviews for this hotel, as a solo traveler for 7 months and having stayed in many hotels of this time I have much to say. I am a qualified interior designer and this is the perfect example of something being over designed. I am not 100% sure, however I believe the designer is not an interior designer. I think the designer is a furniture […] designer and sorry to say, furniture is totally different from interiors. Never should a bathroom be exposed the way it is in this hotel. If you wish to use the bathroom, you must lower the blinds. I am sorry to say, but who in their right mind wants to wake up looking at a toilet and a shower. I am a solo traveler, and I even find the openness awkward. The colour palate used is, I will just leave my views, but lets say completely wrong for Nice. The Bed is poorly designed, the steps leading to the toilet and shower (ah hello, what about disabled people), the TV is in the most horrible position you knock it each time you want to use the balcony, there is no baggage/ clothes storage and the night stand is at least 300 mm to low. In summary, design of hotel is a complete disaster. On a positive note, I found the hotel to be in a nice location, close to the beach, not far from the station or really anywhere for that matter. But, if this hotels wants to charge the rates it does, have it redesigned, it does not work and never will and no competent talented designer would ever highly rate this hotel on its design. Very much like a high end, pricey hostel. Everything is self-help, no room service. But they do provide complimentary bottles of water & juice in the room. There is NO door on the toilet. The bathroom is all open. Only for couples who are not shy about using the bathroom in front of each other. But who wants to SMELL each other's toilet expulsions? […] Everything else I can deal with, but not having an enclosed toilet area is a deal breaker for me. Far from the Old Town, but close to the beach. Far from the train station. Overall, not a convenient or central location. For first timers to Nice who don't have cars, I would recommend staying closer to the Old Town area. Oh and doesn't provide body lotion or hair conditioner so be prepared if you stay here. This hotel was random at best, certainly not 4 star or worth the price. My room was apparently upgraded and i can't imagine what anything below would have been. The layout was odd--sink by your bed? a tub that took up 1/2 of the room, no standard shower. There was not 1 person in this hotel, no bar, empty and i stayed on a Friday night! I had to search […] for someone to order a glass of wine. Also very loud in room from street traffic/noise. Staff i did encounter were fine. It is not clear who their target traveller shoudl be. Unser Zimmer war super stylish und extravagant. Für ein Wochenende nahezu perfekt. Die Designerdusche steht mitten im Zimmer. Waschbecken am Bettende mit hängendem Spiegel. Toilette steht als geschlossener Kubus im Raum. Zimmerbeleuchtung ist herrlich und man kann nur staunen über soviel Desing. Kom nyss hem till Sverige igen efter att ha spenderat fyra nätter på detta annorlunda och spännande hotell. Vi slogs direkt när vi kom dit över hur gott det doftade på hotellet, en blandning av ylang-ylang och citron fick vi sedan veta. Vi bodde i rummet Digital Active på femte våningen och hade balkong ut mot innergården. Personalen var väldigt trevliga […] och gav oss god service under hela vår vistelse. Vyn uppe från poolen på taket var helt otrolig. Verkligen panorama vy över hela Nice, havet och bergen. Hotellet ligger 10 min gångväg från centrum vilket gjorde att det var väldigt lugnt och skönt i området. Var nere på Hi Beach (hotellets privata beach) ett par av dagarna vilket vi verkligen njöt av. Dock hade man kunnat tycka att hotellets gäster skulle kunna gå dit gratis men man fick istället rabatt, 12€ för en halv dag och 16€ för en hel dag. Maten på beachen höll hög klass dock kunde servicen varit lite bättre. Provade även på hotellets Hammam (ångbastu) vilket var en trevlig upplevelse. Om man är trött på traditionella hotell och vill prova nåt nytt och hippt så ska man boka det här hotellet. Vi kommer definitivt göra det igen. Continua a leggere

Vi fikk ikke det rommet vi hadde bestilt. Fikk et rom med toalett /dusj rett i rommet. Ellers var det ingen lyddemping mellom gang og rom. Så det var enormt mye bråk fra tidlig morgen fra vaskepersonellet med trallene sine og gjester. Det burde også vært kjøleskap på rommene om dette skal være et fire stjerners hotell. Kul och ovanligt hotell. Lite väl dyrt men takpoolen och strandbaren var verkligen värt pengarna. Rummet vi hade kändes påvert men roligt. Ingen parkering utan det kostade 24€ per dygn extra. Gillar man konceptet så får man mycket för pengarna, men clubkänslan fanns mest på pappret.

Å ankomme rommet ble en hysterisk morsom affære - utelukkende fordi jeg bodde alene. Det første synet som møtte meg var en rosa trone av et toalett-avduket med fire trappetrinn opp og åpen utsik ut i rommet. Det samme gjaldt for dusjen som var i grønne glassvegger. På rommet fantes hverken stoler eller bord, men satte pris på en liten lufte-verandaen. […] SPA-et var ute av drift, og det blir feilaktig oppgitt at de har treningsrom. Det har de ikke. Prøv ikke å spise både Munch og middag på hotellet, for de serverer den samme tre-rettens menyen både til lunsj og middag. Men maten var god. Servicen var god og personalet snakket godt engelsk. We had 3 nights in Nice staying at Hi hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the location was almost perfect. The design was impressive but not so practical. The reason we booked this hotel was because Hotels.com stating the fasility had an gymnasium. Which was discovered not true at arrival. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr speziell, aber trotzdem empfehlenswert. Halt mal was anderes als die 08/15 hotels :-) Die toilette ohne tür im zimmer jedoch ist wirklich nur für seeeehr vertraute Leute/Paare.. Den Strand (ca 10min zu fuss vom hotel) ist super gestylt aber vieeeeeel zu teuer. 16 EUR pro person) 17Eur für externe Gäste. Auch dürfte man keine […] eigenen Getränke mitnehmen und nur von dort konsumieren.. was auch ziemlich happig is. Im hotel haben wir nie gegessen- war uns n bisschen zu grün angehaucht... We had some expectations for the hotel of this price and this location, based on how hotel was displayed in www. Unfortunately, there was plenty of dissapointment. The hotel provides minumum support and low quality under cover of modern design and innovation. There is plenty of small dissapointments waiting especially if you have kids on board: - so […] called Hi Play - beach corner for kids is in fact one half-size matress, one broken plastic swing toy (dangrerous to use!) and wooden cowboy-like cart with completely damaged stairs (impossible to use for kids below 4y). Everything without roof nor any sun cover- imagine kids playing on beach in 35 deg heat. The brochure was suggesting there will be at least roof and the staff was assuring us there are toys to play! Of course the beach access is paid even for hotel guests- 16e/person - hotel pool on the roof is max 4 by 4 meters- good luck for squizzing there about 12 people as it was displayed on hotel's brochures :) - restaurant serves sushi made by japanese chef- so they claim. Warning- if you buy maki-sushi of 12 pieces your wasabi+soya will end somewhere around 6th piece and there were 4 pieces of ginger. I think japanese chef would know the proportions better :/ - food is not allowed in hotel rooms! - due to the fact the hotel has a restaurant there is no food allowed in the rooms and no fridges these either- good to know when you are travelling with kids. Interesting fact about it is that the resturant does not serve anything more behind sushi- good luck for everybody trying to feed your kid when staying at this hotel. FRom my perspective its misunderstanding so we tried to smuggle into hotel room joghurt for kids as there werent for going out (nap time). I was instructed by the hotel owner (or director?) that bringing the food even in these circumstainces to the hotel is NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS therefore not allowed.
