Fantasy World Resort Kissimmee

My husband, my 5 year old son, and I stayed at the villas for 3 nights. We enjoyed the convenience to Disney and many other restaurants and attractions. We didn't get to use the pool but it looks awesome! The unit we stayed in was well kept. I agree that it could use a little updating in some areas but it was very clean.

This is my second visit here and it did not disappoint. The additions that were added since our last visit were wonderful. The staff there are so helpful and will get anything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one. I will definitely be back next year!!! One note: the toilet handle to flush the toilet needs to be repaired and I would like to have […] grab bars and bath mats in the bathroom or safety reasons. Thanks for a great stay!!! wished we couldve stayd longer--nice hotel

We were 3 adults and 2 young children. We had a 2 bdrm villa townhome with upgraded full kitchen. The place was large and clean and convient. We went to Disney however never used the shuttle service cause did not love the times offered however it is available for those that do not want to drive and pay for parking. The grounds and pool area was INCREDIBLE, […] fun and filled with stuff for all ages from zero entry pools to lazy rivers to a splash pad that lights up at night all different colours to water slides to hot tubs...what more could anyone want or need. The location of the hotel is close to lots of shops and resturants, including a huge walmart right down the street. Would keep going back there it was AMAZING!!! Continua a leggere

Enjoyed our time - lots to do and the rooms were great. Clean, full kitchen, refrigerator and all the extras for the kitchen. Had scheduled activities if people wanted to join. Great time and the staff was very helpful with tickets, directions, ect.

My stay at Fabulous World of Villas was very enjoyable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They were attentive to our needs. There is a bar on site and the wait staff were exceptional. They advised us of the amenities on site and they made our stay and time in the bar area very enjoyable. very clean and comfortable and close to all of the disney parks and lots of restaurants. Would go again and recommend to others. Only problem we had some ants in kitchen. Should have ant traps put around.

Very nice room with kitchen and 2 bathroom for a family. Close to Disney, Universal Studios and all major restaurants . Pool, slide and lagoon made my kid crasy! Would go back again any time!

Great location and very good amenities. The gym, sauna and pools are quite spectacular. The actual accommodations are not luxurious, but are quite adequate - our family would go back.

This is a great place to stay! We had six ppl and it was very clean and spacious.It was like our home away from home. The villa is minutes from all the major theme parks. We stayed here and were very dissatisfied. We were given a unit that was not updated and not clean. We went to the pool and they did not have any towels available all the guest were complaining to management about the situation. Upon checking out we were charge a $5.00 fee for not returning the plastic credit card key to the room. We usually don't even […] return these when we stay in hotels. The water slides were SO MUCH FUN. The gym was nice, tennis courts great, and the pool perfect. Service was excellent as well. My family and I were very impressed with the villas. Very close to the Disney parks! The lazy river and water slide was a big hit with my kids! We will definantly stay here again!

The townhouses are old, Visually not what I like, but it is very clean and have everything you nee : safe box, vacuum cleaner, brooms, kitchen accessories. The kitchen is good! Very close to attractions.

We started our vacation at an expensive "on-site" hotel, then moved to condo. Loved having kitched, 'fridge, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. Having the space was great!

Villas were great! The pool set up was really good, you can definately spend a whole day at the pool, hot tub has an outdoor fireplace that is really nice to enjoy in the evenings. The only minus was the pull out sofa bed was really old and uncomfortable. Other furnishing were fine. We had one complaint upon arrival with the shower and it was taken […] care of immediately. The location is close to everything and I would recommend it and stay there again. They do invite you to a vacation time share presentation but it is optional and they are not pushy at all. staff was friendly and accommodating. very helpful. place was nice. it was a full two story town house, small but very adequate for up to six people. only complaint was bed was too soft, which they noted and hopefully, fixed.

My stay at this hotel was great. There were five adults in our party and every one of us were very pleased. The only complaint i would have, was that the carpet in our villa was kind of in need of a shampooing

Room was clean and the service was good. The only issue was that even though it was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen utensils and other cooking wares were missing.

Convenient location to Disney and outlet malls with nearby grocery stores for nessicities. If you don't want to cook in the fully furnished kitchen there is a variety of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area. We had stayed here before on two separate occasions, but were pleasantly surprised by the unexpected updates. Check in was quick. Very friendly. Get to the room and was clean. Is my second time and I love the space in the rooms. Love the kitchen, save some money, expecially when is a few kids. We have a good time in the little water park. I will come back again!

A very clean townhouse for a hotel room price. The pool area is wonderful and very clean. Close to a Publix supermarket and about a 10 minute drive to Disney. Great place for a family to stay.

I stayed 4 days with my kids, We had the best vacation ever. Excellent Poolside and iluminated tennis court. The only one complain are the beds, sofa bed and sheets, really unconfortable. The decoration inside the condo very old.

Very nice place my granddaughters just loved staying here would return on our next visit to Disney.

Loved It! Staff was not the friendliest but didn't deal with them except for checkin and checkout. Traveled with 4 kids , very convient close to grocery and restaurants.

The villa was just what I expected and more. Very clean and close to many restaurants and markets. The AC worked great and I enjoyed having all the space. Its great when you are traveling with children since you are able to cook and save some money on eating out.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the service was great. Location was convenient. Close to shopping places and dining restaurants. Disney parks about 10 minutes away. Less than 5 minutes from I-4. 15-20 minutes from airport. I would recomend this place for anyone with a large family. Was a great place for the price and it is in a great location.

This is a nice townhouse, everything is provided for use, especially since I cooked. Nice location. I will lodge here again.

We had a hard time trying to figure out what hotel to stay at because of the bed bug issues in Orlando. Found this townhouse and was a good value for the money and no bed bugs. I would not pay more than we paid a night however with all the other rentals in the area, but with the cleaning fee waived and the low deposit, it was a good value. It is dated […] and the one pool is not exactly a luxury pool, but it was clean and our overall experience with this property was good and we would stay again for the price. They have transportation to some of the parks and activities for the kids, something that the other properties like this one do not have. Continua a leggere

The experience was very nice -- we're hooked. We plan on going back to Orlando next year and will probably be looking to stay at this hotel. The washer/dryer were a bit old and only ran properly on the "normal" cycles, but they did the trick (so really no complaints there).

This Hotel just keeps getting better. We stayed here last year and just loved it so much we came back this year. They have a new simulation surf place that you get a discount on for staying at fantasy villas and by next year they will have completed their water park they are now installing. It is just amazing! These are 2 bedroom townhouses. They are […] well kept and come with everything you need to live. They have two swimming pools and nearby you have grocery stores, walmarts, and restaurant. They also have shuttles to and from universal, sea world, and disney world. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to the Orlando area. Continua a leggere

The place is perfect, clean and convenient

First of all, we were never asked to view any timeshare presentations. I had heard that we might be asked, but this was never even mentioned to us. These are two story condos. On the lower level there is a small kitchen (but it still has full size appliances), a dining table and chairs, a living room with a sofa, chair, and TV and a bathroom with a […] shower. Right outside the living room is a sliding glass door leading to a screened in small patio in the back. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one queen bed with a safe in the closet, and one bedroom with two single beds in it), one full bathroom, and a stackable washer and dryer (it's not coin operated). We had just come back from a week cruise in the Caribbean so we were grateful to have the convenience of our own washer and dryer in the unit. That was awesome! Be aware though, that this isn't like a typical hotel where you get maid service every day. We stayed here four days without maid service. It wasn't a problem for us, because we hang our towels and reuse them at home so we just did the same here. The neighborhood consists of probably a hundred of these units and we saw the landscapers out maintaining daily. The units were clean and well maintained. They are located in a neighborhood just behind the main area in Kissimmee where all the stores and restaurants are located, so it was very convenient to everything. Even the parks (Disney and Universal) were very easy to get to. We were told that we could catch a free shuttle from the office... they go over twice in the morning and pick up twice at night. But we opted to use our rental car and pay the parking fees so that we didn't have to adhere to their scheduled times. The pool was nice, but had too many noisy kids splashing in it. I love kids, but I don't really want to be in a pool filled with them! There is a Target Superstore and a Publix grocery store nearby. Friendly people and everything was fine. Except we paid for cleaning service and nothing was cleaned during our 3 day stay. I rather stay at a hotel that provides a clean and made bed when returning exhausted after visiting the parks.

Not knowing what we were getting into doing this on line we were pleasantly surprised. Very nice place for the price. Would stay here again. This is an older establishment but is updated and very clean.
