My stay at Holiday Villas was horrible. There was roaches crawling everywhere, hair all in the shower that wasn't mine, rust spots on toliet sheets, and last but not least there was bugs crawling around on the pillows the bugs looked like maggots. hotel was located close to disney and the outlet malls. We were very pleased with our stay.

they rent for 7 people , but we don;t have enough pillows for everybody, the sleep sofa on living room was terrible , the mattress impossible, only one of the rooms have tv,we were with 4 children fighting for that room, I will not come back

After reading reviews on Trip Advisor and Hotels.com, we decided to stay at Holiday Villas for a quick trip to Orlando. There were 5 of us so the three bedroom set up was perfect. Yes, it was a bit dated - as had been stated in the reveiws, but it was clean, comfrotable and close to everywhere we wanted to be. And having our own kitchen, living room […] and Dining area made for a more comfortable hotel stay after a long day at the parks. You have to remember that there is no daily housekeeping service and you have to bring your own amenities (shampoo, soap, ect). but for the price, I was fine with that. we will definitely stay there again. Close to 192 where all the shopping is Apartments are kind of out date furniture and appliances. Don't sleep in futons .... No middle week service!!

The Holiday Villas are a great deal if you have multiple people in your party. Much more comfortable than sharing a hotel room, plus the kitchen and laundry in the apartment are useful. Tons a space to spread out and relax. The villas are starting to show their age, and some things don't always work. Price and location are great, but bring an air mattress because the beds are worn, out-dated, coil spring mattress' that sag in the middle.

We've stayed here several times already. Most-recently we had a multiple family trip to Disney and we all enjoyed 1) waking up and having breakfast together and planning our day, 2) all of the comforts of home, 3) winding down the evenings as one HUGE family, and 4) sharing the cost of the townhouse made things highly affordable. The staff there is […] very helpful and friendly. My only complaints are that 1) it's a bit out of the way but it only adds 5-10 minutes to the drive back to the hotel, 2) the beds are a bit small (only one King in the Master Bedroom), and 3) the bathrooms are a bit smaller than the ones in hotels so there's not much room for everyone to spread out their toiletries. I think that the Pros FAR outweigh the Cons but if everyone in your party needs a King Mattress, fuss about their preferred temperature (some like it hot!), or want a large bathroom to spread all of the stuff (eh hem...cosmetics and hair gadgets) then a regular hotel would be better. This turned out to be an excellent place to stay! We came in tentatively but discovered it was exactly as advertised. The 3 bedroom condo was about 2 miles from check-in. They have a little store in the club house. The pool was heated and the wife actually dove in... I lived in the hot tub, it was great. It was marathon weekend at Disney, the weather […] was horrible, but the spa was fantastic! The condo was just down the street from a Walgreens, a Publix supermarket with liquor store is around the corner. Everything you should want is within a mile or two! Disney is about 5 miles. Great place, would definately stay there again. You have to have your own transportation though! The rooms were clean, showers hot and the kitchen appliances all worked. There was a washer & dryer... which we used extensively (rained all day Saturday) The living area with dining room worked for us. We brought a lot of food with us and used the Condo as though it was ours! If you're coming in with nothing, then the nearby stores have everything you'll need. You have to have a car or rental though. The little club house was good, we only used the heated pool and hot tub/spa. Continua a leggere

I did wake up with a backache after sleeping on the bed... but I have a bad back and it happens sometimes. If anything, the beds were TOO firm- but in very very good shape. There were some very minor maintenance issues (the sofabed had a problem with the mechanism, the towel rack was broken in one of the bathrooms, one of the doors didn't close properly)... […] things that the owners wouldn't know unless the guests bothered to tell them. Overall, the villa was the perfect idea to fit my family members (there were 10 of us traveling) and I would definitely do it again! Continua a leggere

when i stayed at holiday villas back in may we were happy with the villa in lucayan circ...but now in july we were sent to a remote location which was so outdated, old & falling apart and on top they charge me a cleaning fee..of 50$. I will never make another reservation there again and will not recommend it to anyone else too.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

The bedrooms were okay, but the living room was a little worn. The couches were well worn; one of the couches had the fabric torn off the top of both arms. Also, the excessive "cleaning fee" was not necessary for a simple one night stay.

I can highly recomend this company. Both myself and my parents stayed for a week in orlando and the villas we rented were excellant. They were clean and spacious, well located and convient to most attractions. The only gripe I have is that the beds could have been better, but what they did have was good enough. While there the washer in my parents villa […] broke but the maintenance personel were prompt, well dresed and very competent. The grounds are well maintained and the saline pool was a hit with the kids:) It made vacationing with a large group a pleasure:) Continua a leggere

Tal cual estaba la descripcion en hoteles. Com Centrico Amplio Comodo Limpio Tranquilo Un Buen lugar para ir con niños

Un lugar muy bien ubicado, cerca de centros comerciales, supermercados,etc. Ideal para familias que van con niños, no hay ruido, lugar muy tranquilo y limpio. El Hotel se encuentra en las cercanias de las atracciones de Orlando. Hace varios años había ido y se mantiene espectacular. Lo recomiendo 100%

Condo 3 chambres très propre, tout équipé, à proximité des parcs de Disney. Piscine sur les lieux avec spa. Nous le recommandons sans gêne!

4・29～5･4まで家族4人で滞在しました。 　フロントのあるｳﾞｨﾗｽﾞではなく、少し車で走ったところにあるｳﾞｨﾗｽﾞでした。 　3ベッドルームでシャワールームも２つあり、新築というわけにはいきませんが、キチンと掃除されていて、部屋も広く、快適でした。 　ただ、レンタカーを借りないと、移動がとても不便です。 食洗機や洗濯機の使い方なども聞かないといけないので、ある程度、英語が話せないと無理かなと思います それと、食器洗いの洗剤はあるのですが、スポンジがなかったので、持っていくと、いいですね。 　バスタオル、タオルは予備の分までありました。トイレットペーパーは2ヶ所のトイレに備わっているだけなので、足りなくなり、購入。ティッシュは1箱持参。 テニスコート、プールなどはとてもきれいにしてあ […] り、いつでも使用可能なので、ﾗｹﾂﾄを持っていってもいいです。（私たちの他には、使用している人はいませんでした）　貸しラケットもｳﾞｨﾗによってはあるみたいです。 　 　食事は歩いて行ける所にはありません。車で少し走ると、レストランやマックなどがあるとても賑やかな通りがあります。逆バンジーやヘリコプター遊覧などもあります ユニバーサルスタジオやディズニーワールドも30~40分位でいけますし、アウトレットも幾つもありとても便利でした（コーチなどはとても安いです。） 私はこのホテルをお勧めします。 　 Continua a leggere
