"Not fit for a family"
This hotel looks like a truck stop. All the doors were wide opened for everyone on the freeway to view. It looks as though it is rented out by the hour. The office smells horrible and I would never expose my children or myself to such a horrible looking place!

THe room was spacey and the bed nice. I was a little disappointed. I had requested a non-smoking room and the room stunk of cigarette smoke. I lived with it because I was tired but it was less than appealing. The hotel was great. nice and clean. The jacuzzi was great! Breakfast was ok.
"Stafford House inn, Temple"
Everything was clean and a good price for what we got. However, the bathtub was not a jaccuzi as promised. Also, the bathroom was slightly dirty. Room was clean though, and would recommend as a good value place to crash for the night.

The room was great! It was in the secluded part of the motel. When I go back in a few weeks, I will be staying here again and requesting the same room. The only negative I have about my stay was the remote didnt work at first but it just needed to be reset and the comforter smelled like smoke and it was suppose to be a non smoking room. "Staffird House Inn - Temple TX"
This hotel is old but very clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would stay here again. It is a lot of bang for your buck.
"BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The room smelled horrible when we walked in. We drove in and arrived at 11:30pm there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed (although they were obviously needed via our reservation). When we requested them the attendent was rude about it. There were 2 towels for 4 guests. The bathtub was disgusting and the ceiling was falling in near the shower […] (like there was a water leak). The "jets" in the tub did not work and were only open holes with NO actual jets. The bed was broken and leaned to the left with no support. I took pictures and showed them to the manager in the morning. When I complained about the room I was told "This is an old hotel and needs some work but we don't have the money to do it right now". I was very UNSATISFIED. Then my husband went to get breakfast from the free breakfast bar and bring it back to our kids while we got ready for the day. He was told that he couldn't take ANY food from the lobby. There was not much to take anyway and we chose not to take our two small kids to the small lobby to eat since one is Autistic. They were very unaccomidating to our family. We travel through Temple often and I will NEVER stay there again. Continua a leggere
"VERY GOOD"
the reservations were found quickly and we were in our room in a short time. The room was large, the bed was good but the pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice with a small but good selection.
"Nice for the price"
We were passing through and stopped there. The room was clean and the air conditioning was good. The pool was very nice. It was was quiet at night. Overall very nice for the cheap price.
