Room clean and comfortable, cheap rates and even some food for a little breakfast included in the night rate. Remember that its a Motel so you cannot expect the services and the standing of a hotel. We used it only for sleeping then we moved to the beaches during the day or to the towns during the nights, so I cannot give any opinion about swimmingpool and other facilities. It was along the highway so a car is needed to move everywhere.

"A very bad experience!"
I spent 2 nights there while visiting cape cod with my husband. I would definitely say this place is absolutely not suitable for couples and people with a family... Our room was on the 1st floor at the street level. I could not get a good night sleep because of all the loud people staying around us. The walls made cracking noise when someone went up […] the stairs, our bathroom windows did not lock...so it was possible for anyone to get in our room through the bathroom windows. I felt kind of unsafe there...they always say you get what you pay for...but here, we paid a lot per night and still got this really bad 2 nights of stay. To add to the noise and safety issue, the breakfast room was very small and crowded, it was not very clean. The breakfast choice was extremely limited...so, in all, I felt like had I spent 10-15 more dollars per night, I could have really stayed in some other nice hotel where there was a decent environment. "Not what we expected"
Upon arriving at the hotel we could tell it had seen better days but there were several people fixing things around the property and thought it was a good sign. The room had a musty odor and the TV was at least 20 years old, most of the channels were fuzzy, and the drapes were stained and did not work properly. The bathroom was filthy. the sink had […] hair in it and the rim of the toilet had dried feces and urine on it. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves and decided we would skip the housekeeping services for the rest of our 3 night stay and got our fresh linens from the front desk. The heated pool was clean and we were looking forward to spending some time swimming but the indoor pool are was cold and the heated pool was NOT heated. When i spoke to the front desk i was told they had just turned on the heat and i could come back later; the next day the pool was still cold and we never got to go swimming. "Overnight stay"
Upon registration, Allan, the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We asked for a first floor room, and he was very accomodating. We rested for awhile in the room, went out to get a bite to eart and went to the beautiful heated pool. Much to our disappointment, the pool was NOT warm at all. We tried the next morning, and the pool was still too chily. […] Breakfast was very nice with good variety. Towels could be a little longer. Allan was able to point us to some very good restaurantes while in Hyannis that were very good. The Tugboat Restaurante was wonderful. Our over all stay was very nice. "Nothing good about it."
The hotel had a moldy smell and curtains and carpet were torn. The indoor pool wasn't open. A worker walked right into our room while we were in there without knocking and didnt even say sorry. THe hotel room was small, beds were poorly made & the bottom sheet was not fitted so it did not stay put while I slept. We did not have enough towels and when we asked for more were told they would be brought to our room and weren't. THe breakfast room was small and we had to wait for a table. This was a little busier area than I usually stay so I was disturbed by airplane activity as well as the trains. The room was very clean. Chose this motel because location and price was right. Very good deal for the money. Less than 10 minute walk to the fast ferry and lots of eateries nearby. The motel was easy to find and in a central location. Reasonably quiet even with Main Street in front and an airport out back. It's an older example but is in good repair and reasonable in appearance. Room was clean and odor free. It appeared to have been refurbished recently. TV and fridge were operational. Bathroom was adequate with lots of very hot […] water and good water pressure. Bathroom and bed linens were clean and fresh. We were there in off season so the pool was closed. This hotel offered the same amenities and good location as other higher priced hotels but at a lower price. Walking distancee to downtown Hyannis and the harbor area. The continental breakfast was a plus although the Cheerios were stale and the OJ tasted somewhat watered down. A good variety of food was offerred. "One of the worst"
This is not even a one star. No security bolts on the doors and my chain security lock was broke. The room was moldy, dirty and poorly furnished. No extra blankets or pillows. beds were uncomfortable. the blankets on the beds were stained with unknown organic substances. AC was modly smelling and loud. bathrooms small and somewhat dirty, towels frayed. […] The breakfast was 8-10 very small and much too crowded to use and poor choices. I did not bother to try because of this. Had i been with my family i would have walked out the minute i saw the lack of door security -anyone with a key could walk right in - nothing to at least bar the door from being opened by someone outside. No signs to post do not disturbe were available and room service was at it very early. This could be a good place but they need to some paint and remodeling. "BLEACH NEEDED"
Location was good, guy at the front desk was nice, but MAN does that place need a MASSIVE cleaning. I'm really not sure what else can be done. It's just GRIMEY. I ordered a non-smoking room but it smelt like the last person smoked two packs in there. Would never go back to this, would spend the extra $30 to get a nicer room up the road.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Do not go if you want a quiet time"
It was one of our worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We have been to several hotels on the cape this one was bad. It needs upgrading from the bathroom to the bedroom. The TV is outdated. No microwave in the room. Very noisy at night.Recensioni obiettive degli ospiti Expedia

The room could have used a good vacuuming, so right off the bat it makes you wonder what was cleaned and what was overlooked! There was long brown hair in the bath tub and since I have red hair and my husband has white hair, it clearly didn't belong to us. Breakfast was served till 10:00. We got to the breakfast room at 9:40. There were no muffins, […] bagels or fruit left and there was no staff from the hotel present in the room. So we had a cup of coffee for breakfast and had to find a restaurant so we could actually have breakfast. Our stay was a last minute decision and we were only there one night, which was a good thing. In center of Cape Cod in Hyannis, on great street for walking. Many restaurants and shops including, at least four ice cream places. Room was extremely clean and the hotel was well manintained. Hotel towels were flimsy. Need to upgrade their towels. Has decent free continental breakfast but breakfast room becomes very crowded. So need bigger room and […] should open earlier.
