"ottimo hotel"
Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 28 ago 2012Nonostante la posizione sia centrale il quartiere è desolante! Intorno solo parcheggi a più piani, uffici e immobili anche d'epoca dismessi. Credo che la crisi a Cleveland si senta molto! E' a 5 minuti di cammino dal centro dove vi è un pochino più di vita! Nulla da eccepire sull'hotel con camere comode e pulite e con ogni confort. Noi ci siamo fermati solo una notte per visitare la Rock and Roll Hall of fame che per gli appassionati è un "must"

"Friendly staff - pet welcoming"
Only issue for us was that we were a little off of our I-80 path. Put us about 30-40 minutes off our route. But hotel was worthy enough for us to rebook on our way back.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

The hotel intself was very cute, and in good condition. The little bar that has just recently opened was fantastic-great service, food and an entertaining bartender. The complimentary breakfast was also great-no buffet like normal hotels do, but a nice selection of 4 or 5 options to choose from, and a waitress serves you. The food was something I would […] certainly would have paid for, it was that good- not your average bagel/donut/cereal complimentary breakfast that is for sure. My complaint, and the reason for the lower rating is due to cleanliness. We found 2 different bug type things in the bed, throughout the evening. We tried to change rooms, as I did NOT want to sleep after seeing the first bug, but were only offered clean sheets. Then later, we found a gnat type thing in bed. I again, went to the front desk, and again was only offered clean sheets, I asked for a new room, and was told they booked solid. When I went to check out in the morning, I complained again, and they acted like I was exaggerating. Also, pay attention to your bill, because they automatically charge you to use the safe, and when you initial that you won't use the safe, the clerk told me that i would not charged the fee. Well, after checking out, and miles down the road, I looked at my receipt, and sure enough was charged for using the safe. Like I said, the hotel itself was nice, but i was not pleased with the bugs, and the lack of interest of the service team to try to remedy the situation. "Would stay again"
Hotel very nice. Loved the pool and the courtyard. We stayed in July so the courtyard was in full bloom with beautiful flowers. I could have stayed there all day and relaxed while the kids swam. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

This hotel is an older home restored, a wonderful idea. They made you feel relaxed and lots of room to venture. Board games were provided in a room, purchase snacks, gifts and a bar area. "A Wonderful Stay in Mentor"
This hotel was absolutely lovely. The desk clerks were so nice at check in and check out. Our room was clean, nice looking, with beautiful high ceilings. Great cable. Hair dryer, coffee maker, iron & ironing board. I have to rave about the excellent morning breakfast in a very beautifully decorated room. Sunday morning, each table with a small vase […] of fresh flowers. Excellent selection of bagels, toast, juices, coffee, cereal, fruit, danish and really delicious waffles that you can make yourself. Sind dort auf dem Weg von Detroit zu den Niagara Fällen abgestiegen. Sehr ordentliches Hotel mit guten, frisch zubereiteten Frühstück. Zimmer sehr geräumig, Bad OK.
