Sono stata con i miei amici dal 24-04 al 30-04-12. L' albergo è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno è pulito ma sostituirei la vasca con la doccia. La sala da pranzo/colazione è carina e affaccia sul lago. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona vicino al lago (molto romantica), la CN Tower, il Roger Centre; per visitare parte più centrale (Yonge Street) è preferibile prendere l'autobus o il tram ( che passano ogni 5').

L'hotel è tenuto bene e pulito, ma situato in piena Chinatown, sopra un centro commerciale che dà più l'idea di essere a Pechino piuttosto che a Toronto (anche il personale è tutto di origine cinese). Comunque le camere sono spaziose e pulite, è situato su Spadina Ave quindi in buona posizione per raggiungere CN Tower e porto a sud, e parco e università a nord. Il quartiere circostante non è granchè, ma non dà l'idea di essere insicuro. E' dotato anche di parcheggio sotterraneo condiviso col centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

leggermente fuori mano rispetto alla zona dei locali. di sera intorno c'è poco e niente. comunque pulito e ben tenuto.

Classico Hotel della catena. Camera grande, pulita, letto immenso. Frigo bar ben fornito. Unica pecca una strada, a poche centinaia di metri, dall'hotel piena di barboni e gente poco raccomandabile. Comunque posizione comoda per girare Toronto a piedi!

"Great room, close to airport"
Hotel recently renovated, clean and comfortable room with all the amenities, close to airport with free shuttle, helpful staff and a great continental breakfast at the restaurant next door is included. Excellent rate compared to some of the big hotels nearby. Will definitely consider again if having to overnight in Toronto before a trip.

"Well recommended"
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Wish we had more time. But this is to be near the airport only. Not too much around.
"Toronto airport area"
If arriving later than midnight, it is very expensive to use a limo to hotel. $34- minimum for about a 2 mile drive. Toronto airport does not have metered taxis. The free breakfast was okay but owner pushes people out by attitude and cleaning table before breakfast is finished.

We were really pleased with this hotel. Good service, really nice rooms and beds, good airport shuttle however couldn't stay here on the way back because the shuttle doesn't run past 12pm. Good attached Italian restaurant.

"Excellent Value!"
This hotel was really great - my wife and I spent one night and found it to be very cozy. Breakfast was good, the hotel staff were pleasant. Overall, really great.

"Best Hotel we ever stayed at"
Privately owned and newly renovated, the Hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, well decorated and most of all, the staff if very friendly and professional ... you don't have to ask, they anticipate your needs. The shuttle drivers are really nice and its only about a 10-15 minutes drive to the airport. Their restaurant Michelle's is well organized ... […] they serve complimentary self serve continental breakfast which consists of boiled eggs, fresh made waffles, toast, cereals and fresh fruits. Returning from an arduous overseas journey with two young children, we were pleased and grateful to find this hotel close to the airport. The staff were attentive and helpful, the facility/room clean and comfortable. One added plus is that breakfast is in an adjoining restaurant and is served on real china/flatware, not the usual flimsy and environmentally […] unfriendly styrofoam and plastic. "unclean bathroom! No shulltle after midnight!"
this was my second stay at the hotel. The first time I stayed everything was fine( though they tried to charge me for parking I had already paid for!). I found my self at the airport and the shulltle dosen't run to the hotel after midnight; it was 40 dollars for a cab! The bathroom was unclean, there was no linen for the sofa bed ( thought I did let […] them know a shild was in the room with me when I booked)and My daughter had to go to the lobby to get it as there was only the front desk guy working who couldn't leave his post. Next time I will spend 40 dollars on a better hotel with clean bathrooms and shuttle that operates after midnight Continua a leggere
"Surprisingly modern and clean"
My wife and I stayed one night before flying out of Toronto, if you have your own car it's only 10 mins to the airport (and if not, they offer a shuttle service) so it's very convenient. Considering the low price we paid this place was amazing! My stay at this hotel was perfect. The staff were nice and very helpful, the restaurant on site offers delicious food and a good complimentary breakfast, there shuttle is a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport... The rooms were recently renovated and are very nice. Very cosy.

"Terrible Customer Service"
The hotel itself is nothing special but in acceptable condition. The staff however in my experience is uncooperative and apathetic about any concerns you address. Another thing anyone booking here should know is that they will charge you a fee if you're not out exactly at the check out time. I believe the fee is 60$ but I'm not sure. "Great layover with shuttle"
I laid over at this hotel, flying in late one night and leaving first thing the following morning, so can only comment on the customer service at the desk and on the ride from and to the airport, and on the the room itself, all of which were great. I flew in late without having requested their complimentary shuttle service in advance, and the fellow […] at reception was still very kind about sending one to get me. I got my room promptly and it was very nicely appointed - I travel a lot and it was the nicest hotel room I had stayed in that week (out of 4). "Great except breakfast"
Everything about the hotel was great - except that when we went in for our complimentary breakfast (so can't really compain) there was a strong smell of the woodfired Pizza ovens on the first day.

We were very pleased with the price, condition, service, amenities and the breakfast at this location. The evening meal we had there was particularly good and we would recommend it to other visiting Toronto wanting accommodation near to the airport.

"BEST WESTERN HOTEL PLUS Pearson airport"
Hotel has recently been renovated. Rooms are quite large and very clean Service is excellent and Restaurant " Michele's" is exceptional Italian Dining. Front desk is friendly, goes out of their way to be helpful. Great alternative to Hilton and Marriotte chains if afordability is an issue.

The place was very very nice. I highley recommened it to others. You can see downtown Toronto from your bedroom window. Very clean, polite and mins from Expressway. Great hotel on short notice worth the price. Breakfast was delicious and they have a excersise room, spa and comfrots of home!

Very spacious hotel room and convenient for driving hotel guests . Overall very clean except a bit smelly when entering into the room. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. "Loved Every Minute of It"
I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the motel was in good condition, the service was just right and the look of it was quite pleasing. The breakfast was basic but we appreciated it, especially since it was in their classy restaurant. The Plus in Best Western Plus really made a difference!

Small beds, boring breakfast, and blood stains in the bed!!!!!!!!!!
The hotel stay was only for one night. The room was very clean, very nice looking room, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. In our reservation it was to include a continental breakfast and when we went to attend we were asked for a ticket which we were not provided by the front desk.
