"Just not worth it"
Smelly towels, stained carpet throughout, struggle to get the card reader to open the door. Property outside not very well kept/groomed. Breakfast not all that great either. Would not risk going back.

I would definitely choose this hotel again. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast items (hot and cold).

We stayed 3 nights. The indoor pool was great for the kids. The front desk staff were really kind and helpful. The full breakfast was a nice bonus. We were minutes from many of the attractions we attended. Our only difficulty was trying to get the temperature adjusted in our room so that it wasn't too hot or too cold. Overall a good experience.

The Branson Towers staff was extremely gracious. The room and facilities were well above average with no apparent let down due to low occupancy during our off season visit. The rate was excellent. We will stay there again on our next visit.

The hotel was right next to two things we were doing Kirby Von birch NAND my wife was seeing michael Bolton at the mansion easy to get to attractions using the back streets very good free breakfast the only cons were uncomfortable mattress and ac Made a bumping noise when on but otherwise a great place to stay

"Branson Towers Hotel"
Very clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue was that towels and washrags had holes in them

Very nice. Great location. Close to the shows and resturants, but far enough away for peace and quite. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comp. breakfast same every day, but a good value when it is free. We go to Branson 2 times per year. First time at this hotel ,but will stay there from now on.
I was very happy with our stay. The rooms were big and comfortable and clean. Great pool area. The only thing about our stay is the breakfast. It would probably have been good except they did not have enought help in the kitchen to get the food out, They did not have enough for the size of the hotel. "HORRIBLE!"
This was the worst experience I EVER had in my life! After the long drive we get to the hotel aroung 1:30 pm and could not check in until 3:00pm. Once we arrived back @ 4:00pm we checked in & was given a room key on the 2nd floor. (no luggage carrier was offered) So after hauling all of the luggage and bags to the 2nd floor at the very end of the hallway […] we slide our key in and OH NO!!!! A entire family is in this room!!! I have NEVER been so embarassed... To walk in on a family, Unexceptable!!!! "Last Minute Trip"
Well, this was a last minute trip. We arrived at the hotel about 15 min before check-in and our room was not ready. We had to wait until about 3:20. The hotel gave us free ice cream coupons to their ice cream social they have every evening (nice social) and inexpensive if you have to pay. It was not a bad hotel experience. The pool and jacuzzi could […] use some updating and maintenance for sure. We had one problem with our toilet but maintenance came right away. The room did have complementary lotion, soap, coffeemaker, iron and board so this is not a traditional "cheap motel." The halls have no numbers but they give you a map because the hotel is huge. They have a guess laundry facility at cost of course and the breakfast is not bad at all. We had a great stay at the Branson towers. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My 11 year old loved the pool and the breakfast was great! A nice way to start the day. Not on the strip, so it was quieter but not to far away. Would stay here again!

I thought that the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean.. my only suggestion would be for thier to be a way to get to the indoor pool without having to go outside.

"Had a Wonderful TIme!"
My daughter and I went to Branson for a Christmas Shopping trip. The hotel was all that I had expected. The front desk staff was very nice, and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. There was a bit of a musty odor in the hall, but not unbearable. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I would recommend this hotel to others!
Good clean place to stay, enjoyed the nice pool & hot tub and the evening ice cream socials.

Handicap room was on second floor, a long way to walk . Coffee at breakfast was terrible.

The hotel was alright, but there was a strange funky odor in the room. I complained to the hotel, but they just told me to open the window and air it out. Even with the window open for a full day the room continued to stink. Hotel management offered no alternative room or solution. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Overall, the hotel was not bad. The rooms were a bit run down and there was a damp smell in the hallway as well as in the room. However, the two queen beds were comfortable and the room (including the bathroom) was large, and could easily have held a family of four. Overall, […] it just wasn't as nice as most hotels I've stayed at in Branson, and the rooms were dowdy and poorly appointed compared to many I've enjoyed there for the same price. Most annoying, however, was the 7:30 AM wakeup call that I received the first morning of my stay, after arriving late and having a midnight dinner. "This is your wakeup call," the man said after I answered. When I politely stated that we had not requested a wakeup call, he smugly said "oh, yes you did, and you got it right on time" and then slammed the phone down in my ear. I called the front desk to see it someone from another room had given me a prank call, and a different desk attendant told me that the front desk had indeed called and must have made a mistake. "A Good Value"
We enjoyed our stay, especially liked the "ice cream social" at night. The room was clean and very comfortable, air conditioning worked great. We were not too impressed with the breakfast, though, and the whirlpool was kind of yucky.

This hotel was very nice and at a good price. We would definitely stay there again. My son loved the pool, hot tub, and ice cream social. The breakfast was good but it would be nice if the hours that it was served was until 10 instead of 9.

While on a week long vacation to Branson, Missouri we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The continential breakfast was ok if you like the same thing for 4 mornings in a row - Scrambled eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, and an assortment of Breakfast Breads. The atmosphere was nice and quiet - since we are away from the 76 strip. Not that far off the beaten […] path though - close to most of our shows or entertainment. There is no restaurant located inside the hotel facility, but an ice cream social was offered every night at the hotel lobby. The entrance to the hotel is located at the top of a hill and a little dangerous if you can't see what is coming from the other side of the hill. Hope you enjoy your next stay here. Pool was cold...and not the cleanest. HBO was shut off for Friday night...not sure why.
